Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种适用于室内装饰用合成树脂砖头，为解决通过插接与销钉连接就能够实现简便砌筑的问题而设计。本实用新型结构为：在使用合成树脂制成的普通六面体形状的砖头的下面设有一对突出的突出部与在其中间纵向突出的突棱，且在砖头的上面为形成能够插接上述各突出部的凹槽而突出设有一对插接部，从而通过将上述突出部插接在凹槽中的方式实现简便砌筑的合成树脂砖头；并且还设有能够垂直贯通上述各突出部与凹槽中央的销钉孔。本实用新型适用于各种装饰的场合。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种适用于室内装饰的合成树脂砖头，尤其涉及一种重量轻、坚固、通过插接与销钉连接就能够实现简便砌筑的、能够制成多种室内装饰用品的室内装饰用合成树脂砖头。
背景技术
通常，为营造个性化的室内氛围采用多种多样的材料与方法，其中为营造古典风格作为展台等用途多使用砌筑砖头的室内装饰，然而利用上述砖头的室内装饰由于砖头重量大，并且为施工必须使用混凝土等粘结材料，因此材料购置费与为施工投入的专门人力的人力费等设施费用较高，并且施工完毕后需要进行重修时必须全部拆除，由于材料的破损与丢失而发生重新购置材料的费用以及人力费，从而存在经济上不合算的问题。
为解决此问题，出现了多个重量轻，并且可防止拆除时材料的破损与丢失，同时可通过各种连接件与螺栓组装与分解的使用合成树脂材料的砖头，而现有技术由于零部件数量繁多提高了整体生产单价，并且组装与分解等施工过程复杂，因此不便于设置以及重新设置，还存在各砖头之间的坚固度差从而不能积极应用的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种施工与拆除简便、并且非常坚固的室内装饰用合成树脂砖头。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：该室内装饰用合成树脂砖头，具备如下结构：
在下面11：在中心线上相互对称的位置上分别设有四角形形状突出的一对突出部12、12’；
在上述各突出部12、12’之间设有纵向一定长度突出的直四角形突棱13，
在上面14：在中心线上相互对称的位置上为形成能够插接上述各突出部12、12’的凹槽16、16’而突出设有一对插接部15、15’；
还设有能够垂直贯通上述各突出部12、12’与各凹槽16、16’中央的销钉孔17。
由于本实用新型是在使用合成树脂制成的中空的普通六面体形状的砖头的下面设有一对突出的突出部与在上述各突出部中间纵向突出的突棱，并且在砖头的上面为形成能够插接上述各突出部的凹槽而突出设有一对插接部，从而通过将上述突出部插接在凹槽中的方式实现简便砌筑的合成树脂砖头。
并且还设有能够垂直贯通上述各突出部与凹槽中央的销钉孔，因此砌筑砖头后在上述销钉孔中能够插入连接固定销，从而提高砌筑成的砖头的坚固度。

具体实施方式
下面，参照各附图中图示的实施例进一步详细说明具备如上特征的本实用新型的室内装饰用合成树脂砖头的结构。
本实用新型的室内装饰用合成树脂砖头如图1或2所示，在具备普通六面体形状的砖头10的上面14与下面11分别设置能够相互插接的突出部12、12’与插接部15、15’，首先如图2所示，在下面11，在中心线上相互对称的位置上设置正四角形形状突出的一对突出部12、12’，且在上述各突出部12、12’之间设置纵向突出的直四角形形状的突棱13，此时，上述突棱13设计成比突出部12、12’更长。
如上将突棱13设计成比突出部12、12’更长后，如图6所示在进行砖头10砌筑时，可使上面14与下面11之间留有一定缝隙，从而可使应用该砖头10的造型外观更加美丽。
然后，如图1所示在砖头10的上面14，在中心线上相互对称的位置上设置正四角形形状突出的一对插接部15、15’，且在上述各插接部15、15’中央设置能够分别插接上述突出部12、12’的凹槽16、16’。
此时，上述各插接部15、15’之间的距离设计成与上述突棱13的横宽相同，并且自上述各插接部15、15’的外侧面至上面14角落之间的距离为上述突棱13横宽的一半。
由于具备如上设计的长度，本实用新型的砖头10不仅能够依次排列砌筑，而且也可以相互交错砌筑或垂直砌筑，相互交错砌筑砖头10时，使上方砖头的突棱13插接在下方邻接的砖头10的各插接部15、15’之间，从而提高坚固度、使外观更加美丽。
还有，如图3所示，在垂直贯通上述各突出部12、12’与各凹槽16、16’中央的方向设置能够插入固定销的销钉孔17，从而在砌筑砖头10后将一个固定销插入到位于同一线上的销钉孔17中，因此能够简易固定砌筑的砖头10，从而提高了由砖头10构成的造型的坚固度，此时，在销钉孔17的上面还设置能够插接固定销头部的凹槽，以使砖头10的上面14更加美丽。
具备如上结构的砖头10可依次排列砌筑或相互交错砌筑，在砌筑的一端砖头10上面的凹槽16、16’内侧插入作为顶层的砖头10的突出部12、12’完成砌筑，利用这种普通方式砌筑到所需高度后，在上述突出部12、12’与凹槽16、16’中央的设在同一线上的销钉孔17中插入固定销而成，因此施工简易，从而缩短施工时间，最终形成提高坚固度的砖头造型。
并且，由于上述各突出部12、12’与插接部15、15’设计成正四角形，因此能够相互垂直砌筑砖头10，从而在交错砌筑的砖头10的末端进行垂直砌筑完成施工或，在每个端都进行垂直砌筑，作为本实用新型的另一实施例，如图4或5所示，垂直横断上述砖头10的突棱13中心从而形成终结砖头20，并且如图6所示在交错砌筑的砖头10的末端使用该终结砖头20完成施工，以使利用砖头10的造型外观更加美丽。
如上所述，本实用新型的砖头在上、下面分别设有突出部与插接上述突出部的插接部，因此能够通过插接方式砌筑多层砖头，并且通过销钉孔插入固定销以固定上述多层砖头，因此施工与拆除简便并且非常坚固。

Claims (4)

1.一种室内装饰用合成树脂砖头，其特征在于，上述砖头(10)具备如下结构：
在下面(11)：在中心线上相互对称的位置上分别设有四角形形状突出的一对突出部(12)、(12’)；
在上述各突出部(12)、(12’)之间设有纵向一定长度突出的直四角形突棱(13)；
在上面(14)：在中心线上相互对称的位置上为形成能够插接上述各突出部(12)、(12’)的凹槽(16)、(16’)而突出设有一对插接部(15)、(15’)；
还设有能够垂直贯通上述各突出部(12)、(12’)与各凹槽(16)、(16’)中央的销钉孔(17)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的室内装饰用合成树脂砖头，其特征在于，上述突棱(13)的横宽与上述各插接部(15)、(15’)之间的距离相同，并且也是自上述各插接部(15)、(15’)的外侧面至上面(14)角落的距离的两倍。
3.根据权利要求2所述的室内装饰用合成树脂砖头，其特征在于，上述突出部(12)、(12’)与插接部(15)、(15’)为正四角形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的室内装饰用合成树脂砖头，其特征在于，上述突棱(13)比上述各突出部(12)、(12’)长。
