本实用新型涉及化工生产设备领域中的液氯汽化装置,特别是一种供生产环氧丙烷装备配套的液氯汽化装置其技术方案是:包括空气压缩机、汽化器和汽氯输送管线,在汽氯输送管线上并联有电控压力调节阀和机械阀。本实用新型通过在液氯汽化器出口安装氯气压力调节阀,替代价格昂贵的离心压缩机,实现去环氧丙烷氯气压力稳定在0.45MPa,然后并入系统总管到环氧丙烷装置,减少了用于稳定氯气的离心压缩机设备,节约资金约300万元,运行费用低廉,节能效果明显。

本实用新型涉及化工生产设备领域中的液氯汽化装置,特别是一种供生产环氧丙烷装备配套的液氯汽化装置。
背景技术
目前生产环氧丙烷中要使用大量的汽氯,而目前液氯汽化装置主要包括空气压缩机、汽化器和离心压缩机及配套的管线组成,汽化器的工作过程是蒸汽冷凝成水后再加热液氯,使液氯汽化,再通过离心压缩机加压送至环氧丙烷生产装置去。由于离心压缩机成本高,且排出的氯气压力不稳定,影响后续生产的正常运行,难以满足环氧丙烷生产装置的用汽要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种设备投入少,汽氯供应稳定的液氯汽化装置。
其技术方案是:包括空气压缩机、汽化器和汽氯输送管线,在汽氯输送管线上并联有电控压力调节阀和机械阀。
在进行上述改进的同时,汽化器的换热器材料也可以随着将锰钢材料替换为蒙乃尔材质,这样可以有效避免液氯对换热器的腐蚀,提高其使用寿命。
本实用新型通过在液氯汽化器出口安装氯气压力调节阀,替代价格昂贵的离心压缩机,实现去环氧丙烷氯气压力稳定在0.45MPa,然后并入系统总管到环氧丙烷装置,减少了用于稳定氯气的离心压缩机设备,节约资金约300万元,运行费用低廉,节能效果明显。

具体实施方式:
参照附图,在液氯汽化器3和空气压缩机1的出口安装氯气压力调节阀2(电控阀)一台,同时并联一只机械阀4(手动阀门),以备用,实现去环氧丙烷氯气压力稳定在0.45MPa,然后并入氯压机出口系统总管一块去环氧丙烷装置,减少了用于稳定这部分氯气的离心压缩机设备。
