本实用新型公开了一种电连接器组件,包括电连接器和金属片体,所述电连接器包括绝缘本体、若干收容于绝缘本体内的导电端子以及包覆着绝缘本体的金属壳体,所述金属片体包括辐射部和连接部,且所述金属片体的连接部连接于电连接器的金属壳体上,以将电连接器的金属壳体作为金属片体的接地部,使电连接器组件具有天线接收和发送通讯信号的功能。

【技术领域】
本发明是关于一种电连接器组件,尤其指一种具有天线功能的电连接器组件。
【背景技术】
现有的电连接器,尤其指插座式的电连接器,通常由金属壳体、绝缘本体及若干导电端子组成,如USB连接器、DVI连接器、IEEE1394连接器、HDMI连接器等等,都是属于这种形态的电连接器,此类连接器运用广泛,在各种电子产品上都可见其运用,如在PDA、手机、笔记本电脑等电子产品上。
同时,随着科技的进步,在上述电子产品中,运用无线通讯技术对数据、声音、图像等进行无线传输已被越来越多的运用。天线,作为一种用以感应电磁波的组件,是应用于无线通讯技术设备的必要装置。而现今的天线,大多内置于电子产品内部,例如一种平面倒F型天线,其至少包括由金属板材冲压形成的辐射部、连接部和接地部。在电子产品中,依照现有的设计,电连接器与天线是完全无关的两种装置,因此,电连接器与天线分别在电子产品中占据了不同的空间,但由于电子产品的设计趋于轻薄短小,为了节省电子产品内的宝贵空间,怎样将电子产品内不同类型的组件设计相关,是每个研发工作者值得考虑的问题。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种电连接器组件,该电连接器组件具有天线的功能。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器组件,包括电连接器和金属片体,所述电连接器包括绝缘本体、若干收容于绝缘本体内的导电端子以及包覆着绝缘本体的金属壳体,所述金属片体包括辐射部和连接部,且所述金属片体的连接部连接于电连接器的金属壳体上,以将电连接器的金属壳体作为金属片体的接地部,使电连接器组件具有天线接收和发送通讯信号的功能。
与现有技术相比,本发明电连接器组件具有以下优点:金属片体利用电连接器的金属壳体作为接地部,可节省自身的接地部结构,使金属片体与电连接器金属壳体之组合具有天线的功能,令电连接器与天线相互关联,从而为电子产品节省了宝贵的内部空间。

【具体实施方式】
请参照图1至图3所示,本发明涉及一种具有天线功能的电连接器组件100,该电连接器组件100组装于电子产品(未图示)中,其包括电连接器20和金属片体30。
在本实施方式中,所述电连接器20为一个Micro USB连接器,用于传输有线信号,该Micro USB连接器是一个插座式电连接器20,其包括绝缘本体21、若干收容于绝缘本体21内的导电端子22以及包覆着绝缘本体21的金属壳体23。其中,金属壳体23的下端面设有两个焊接部231,该等焊接部231相隔适当的距离,并位于同一直线上。
本发明通过将上述金属片体30连接于所述电连接器20的金属壳体23上,以将金属片体30和所述金属壳体23形成可接收和发送通讯信号的天线结构。一般的天线结构需具有辐射部、连接部和接地部等部位。在本实施方式中,金属片体30包括与电连接器20金属壳体23相连接的第一连接部31、与第一连接部31间隔设置的辐射部32、连接第一连接部31与辐射部32的第二连接部33以及设于第二连接部33上的馈入部34。其中,第一连接部31与第二连接部33形成天线结构的连接部,且第一连接部31与第二连接部33、辐射部32大致呈C形设置,而且,第一连接部31焊接于金属壳体23的上端面上,以将上述金属壳体23作为金属片体30的接地部(未标示),当然,第一连接部31除了采用焊接的方式与金属壳体23相连接外,亦可采用铆接、一体成型等其他方式;所述馈入部34由第二连接部33远离第一连接部31的一侧且邻近辐射部32处向下弯折延伸形成,而且,馈入部34与辐射部32相互垂直设置。在本实施方式中,电连接器组件100设置于印刷电路板(未标示)上,电连接器20的焊接部231及金属片体30的馈入部34皆焊接于印刷电路板的适当电路处,当然,根据实际情况,所述金属片体30的馈入部34亦可与馈线(未图示)相连接,也可设于金属片体30的其它位置处。这样,本发明电连接器组件100不仅可通过电连接器20传输有线信号,也可通过金属片体30及电连接器20金属壳体23所形成的天线结构来接收和发送无线信号。
本发明通过将电连接器20的金属壳体23作为金属片体30的接地部,使金属片体30在自身缺少接地部的情况下也具有天线的功能,令电连接器与天线相互关联,从而为电子产品节省了大量的内部空间,同时,较以往一般天线的构造,本发明还扩大了天线的接地面积。
本发明中的电连接器并不局限于实施方式中的Micro USB连接器,其它类似的电连接器,如USB连接器、HDMI连接器、IEEE1394连接器等插座式电连接器,只要其包括设有焊接部的金属壳体,均在本发明的创作范围内。

Claims (9)

1.一种电连接器组件,包括电连接器和金属片体,所述电连接器包括绝缘本体、若干收容于绝缘本体内的导电端子以及包覆着绝缘本体的金属壳体,所述金属片体包括辐射部和连接部,其特征在于:所述金属片体的连接部连接于电连接器的金属壳体上,以将电连接器的金属壳体作为金属片体的接地部,使电连接器组件具有天线接收和发送通讯信号的功能。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述金属壳体包括一个以上的焊接部。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述辐射部与连接部连成一体,并大致呈C形。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述连接部上且靠近辐射部处设有馈入部。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述馈入部与馈线相连接。
6.一种电连接器组件,焊接于印刷电路板上,其包括电连接器和金属片体,所述电连接器包括金属壳体,该金属壳体设有一个以上的焊接部,该焊接部配置在印刷电路板上,所述金属片体包括辐射部和连接部,其特征在于:所述金属片体的连接部连接于电连接器的金属壳体上,使金属片体通过金属壳体接地,以使电连接器组件具有天线接收和发送通讯信号的功能。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述连接部分为与电连接器金属壳体焊接的第一连接部和连接第一连接部与辐射部的第二连接部。
8.如权利要求7所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述第二连接部上设有馈入部,该馈入部焊接于印刷电路板上。
9.如权利要求8所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述馈入部与辐射部相互垂直。
