Abstract

一种线缆连接器组合,用于传输射频信号。包括第一和第二线缆连接器组合,其中第一线缆连接器组合包括第一插头连接器和第一插座连接器,所述第一插头连接器的周围设有一间隔装置,第一插座连接器与间隔装置配合且其外设有第一外壳,该外壳的相对两边对称设有一对凸片。第二线缆连接器组合则包括第二插头连接器和第二插座连接器,其中除第二插头连接器上对应的凸片较第一插头连接器上的凸片长外,其它均与第一连接器组合完全相同。这样,当第二插座连接器与第一插头连接器的间隔装置配合时,因其上所设的凸片较长而会与所述间隔装置相抵持,从而防止第二插座连接器与第一插头连接器间的误插。

线缆连接器组合
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种线缆连接器组合,尤其是指一种用于传输射频信号,且在不相匹配的插头连接器与插座连接器间设有防呆结构的线缆连接器组合。
【背景技术】
线缆连接器常用于射频信号的传输,一个线缆连接器组合一般仅能传输一个特定频率,而当射频信号的传输系统中需要传输两个以上不同的频率信号时,就可能需要使用两组以上的线缆连接器组合。而为了制造上的方便及降低成本,现有技术中一般均采用多个机械结构相同的连接器组合一起使用,但如此可能会出现如下的情况,例如,用于6GHz高频的插座连接器可能会不经意地与用于3GHz较低频率的插头连接器相连,这样就导致系统无法正常工作。当然,为维护这些精细的组件,可以改变其中一部分或全部组件的机械结构,但这样会增加模治具的费用,进而提高产品的成本。
【发明内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种线缆连接器组合,其不仅可以传输不同频率的射频信号,且不需要改造线缆连接器组合的任何形状即可进行防呆。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:本实用新型包括工作在不同的频率上的第一和第二线缆连接器组合。其中第一线缆连接器组合包括第一插头连接器和第一插座连接器,在第一插头连接器的周围设有一间隔装置,第一插座连接器与所述间隔装置相配合且其外设有第一外壳,该外壳的相对两边对称设有一对凸片。第二线缆连接器组合包括第二插头连接器和第二插座连接器,其中除第二插头连接器上对应的凸片较第一插头连接器上的凸片长外,其它均与第一连接器组合完全相同。这样,当第二插座连接器与第一插头连接器的间隔装置配合时,因其上所设的凸片较长而会与所述间隔装置相抵持,从而防止第二插座连接器与第一插头连接器间的误插。
与现有技术相比较,本实用新型的优点在于:通过将用于不同频率的插座连接器上的凸片设成的不同长度,并通过与间隔装置的配合与否,进而在不同频率的连接器组合之间形成防呆结构,从而防止插头连接器与非配对的插座连接器间的误插。

【具体实施方式】
请参照图1所示,本实用新型包括第一线缆连接器组合及第二线缆连接器组合,其中第一线缆连接器组合包括第一插头连接器8(参照图3)、第一插座连接器22、线缆21及间隔装置1,其中该间隔装置1包围于第一插头连接器8的周围(参照图4)。第一插座连接器22包括第一接收端25、包覆于第一接收端25的第一外壳24及保护线缆21的应力消除部23,另外,在第一外壳24的相对两侧分别凸设有第一凸片26,当第一插头连接器8与第一插座连接器22相配连接时,第一凸片26垂直于间隔装置1之上。线缆21包括编织层211、与第一接收端25相互电连接的轴芯导体212。
请参照图3所示,第一插头连接器8包括一大致呈方形体的绝缘基座10,在该基座10的上表面凸设有与第一插座连接器22的第一接收端25匹配的插入端12,以及在与上表面相邻的一侧面向外水平延伸设有一焊接片14,借之可将第一插头连接器8与印刷电路板(未图示)相焊接。其中所述插入端12由导电材料制成,包括一圆柱形的外导电部11及处于外导电部11内部的中心端子9,且该插入端12的底端嵌入基座10内。
请参照图2所示,间隔装置1由绝缘材料制成,其主体部2呈四方体状,且其四个角分别凸出形成有四个凸块5,每一凸块5的下面分别固定设置有焊接脚27,该焊接脚27用于把间隔装置1焊固于电路板上(未图示)。另外,主体部2的中间设有一个贯通的孔(未标号),包括分别用于收容第一插头连接器8的插入端12和基座10的上圆柱孔4及下方形孔6,且所述圆柱孔4的直径比外导电部11的直径大,而方形孔6略大于第一插头连接器8的基座10,这样可以使第一插头连接器8与间隔装置1容易地卡在一起。
图4示出了第一插头连接器8与间隔装置1卡接在一起的情况,此组合需要先将第一插头连接器8焊置于印刷电路板上(未图示)。而后,把间隔装置1安装在第一插头连接器1上,此时第一插头连接器1的基座10收容于间隔装置1的方形孔6内,而第一插头连接器1的插入端12则收容于间隔装置1的圆柱孔4内。由于插入端12的外导电部11的直径比圆柱孔4的直径小,因此,在间隔装置1的圆柱孔4内侧与插入端12的外导电部11的外侧之间形成一空间(未图示),此空间可用于收容第一插座连接器22的第一接收端25。
图5示出了本实用新型第二线缆连接器组合的组合情况,其与第一线缆连接器组合相比大体相同,包括第二插头连接器(未标号)及第二插座连接器16。其中第二插头连接器与第一插头连接器结构完全相同,第二插座连接器16包括第二接收端28、第二外壳18、第二应力消除部17以及第二线缆19,所述第二接收端28与第二插座连接器16的插入端(未图示)相匹配,所述第二应力消除部17用于保护第二线缆19。所述第二线缆19则包括第二线缆编织层191及与第二接收端28电相连的第二线缆轴芯导体192。另外,第二外壳18的相对两侧分别凸出设有一第二凸片20。不同之处在于:该线缆连接器组合没有间隔装置1,且第二凸片20较第一凸片26延伸得更长。如此,当第二插座连接器16与第二插头连接器相配接时,两者之间并没有抵接;但当与带有间隔装置1的第一插头连接器8相配接时,因第二凸片20较第一凸片26长而会抵接间隔装置1,进而致使该第二插座连接器16与第一插头连接器8无法互相配接,进而防止了误插。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型通过在不同频率的连接器组合的插座连接器22和16上设置的凸片26和20的长度的不同,以及通过有针对性地与间隔装置1的配合使用,从而使不同频率的连接器组合之间具有防呆的功能,从而防止了插头连接器与非配对的插座连接器的错插。

Claims (10)

1.一种线缆连接器组合,包括用于传输第一频率的第一线缆连接器组合和用于传输第二频率的第二线缆连接器组合,其中第一、二连接器组合分别包括大体相同的第一、二插头连接器及第一、二插座连接器,所述第一、第二插座连接器上分别设有第一、第二外壳,每一外壳的相对两边分别设有第一、第二凸片,其特征在于:在第一插头连接器外围进一步设置有间隔装置,其与第一、第二凸片之一配合,与另一凸片间形成防呆结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组合,其特征在于:所述间隔装置与第一凸片相配合,与第二凸片间形成防呆结构。
3.如权利要求2所述的线缆连接器组合,其特征在于:所述第二插座连接器上的第二凸片较第一插座连接器上的第一凸片延伸的更长。
4.如权利要求3所述的线缆连接器组合,其特征在于:所述第二插头连接器与第一插头连接器完全相同,第二插座连接器除凸片较第一插座连接器上凸片更长外,其它与第一插座连接器亦相同。
5.如权利要求4所述的线缆连接器组合,其特征在于:所述第一插头连接器包括导电的插入端和绝缘的基座,第一插座连接器包括与所述插入端相匹配的接收端。
6.如权利要求5所述的线缆连接器组合,其特征在于:所述间隔装置为四方体状,其上设有一位于下方的方形孔和位于上方的圆柱孔,其中下方的方形孔与第一插头连接器的基座配合,上方的圆柱孔与第一插头连接器的插入端配合。
7.如权利要求6所述的线缆连接器组合,其特征在于:所述间隔装置将间隔装置固定在印刷电路板上的固定结构。
8.如权利要求7所述的线缆连接器组合,其特征在于:所述间隔装置的固定结构包括多个固定于间隔装置底部的焊接脚。
9.如权利要求8所述的线缆连接器组合,其特征在于:所述间隔装的四个角分别延伸出凸块,焊接脚自每个凸块底部延伸出来。
10.如权利要求9所述的线缆连接器组合,其特征在于:所述第一和第二插头连接器在各自的基座的一侧分别延伸出一焊接片。
