Abstract

一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体及组设于绝缘本体上的若干端子,所述端子包括横梁、自横梁一端弯折延伸的接触部,以及自横梁另一端同向弯折延伸的延伸部,所述横梁内侧向下弯折延伸设有焊脚,外侧向下延伸设有折弯部,自该折弯部末端延伸设有插入部,其中,所述插入部设有下压部,本实用新型通过对端子结构的改进,使得在组装端子时,自动机可以更稳定的插入端子,而不致使端子歪斜。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器,尤指一种用于移动电话的听筒或话筒上的电连接器。
【背景技术】
随着手机轻、薄、小的发展趋势,手机由于内部空间狭小而需要其内部零件也向着小型化的趋势发展,例如端子及绝缘本体等,这种情况下,端子及绝缘本体在装配时比较困难,而且不同电子装置之间的数据传输也愈来愈频繁,故对电连接器的组装稳定性要求也越来越高。
请参阅图1,为现有一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体1′及端子2′,其中绝缘本体1′略呈方形框体状,于其周围设有若干个端子收容槽10′,所述端子2′包括横梁21′、自横梁21′一端弯折延伸的接触部22′以及自横梁21′另一端与接触部22′同向弯折延伸的延伸部23′。所述横梁21′、接触部22′及延伸部23′围成一个大致一半的方框体,所述方框体内侧横梁21′向下弯折延伸设有焊脚24′,其外侧两端分别向下延伸设有折弯部25′,自该折弯部25′末端延伸有插入部26′。安装时,自动机夹持机构夹持端子2′自绝缘本体1′上方向下运动,所述插入部26′插入对应的收容槽10′内。然而,随着连接器的小型化发展,自动机从绝缘本体1′下方下压时存在对位困难,容易使得端子2′歪斜,导致端子2′安装不平稳,不利于大量生产。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是防止出现端子插入到绝缘本体内时存在对位困难,使得端子歪斜的现象。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体及组设于绝缘本体上的若干端子,所述端子包括横梁、自横梁一端弯折延伸的接触部以及自横梁另一端同向弯折延伸的延伸部,所述横梁内侧弯折延伸设有焊脚,外侧设有折弯部,自该折弯部向下延伸有插入部,其特征在于:所述插入部设有下压部。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:通过对端子结构的改进,使得在组装端子时,自动机可以更稳定的插入端子,而不致使端子歪斜,有利于进行大量生产。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图2所示,本实用新型的电连接器100包括设有收容槽13的绝缘本体1及收容于绝缘本体1内的若干端子2。由于本实施方式中共两个端子,且相邻两端子结构成镜像对称,为了简明起见,仅描述一个端子2及对应收容槽13。
绝缘本体1大致呈方形框体,其包括水平面10、垂直于水平面10的内壁11、与内壁11相对设置的外壁12,以及设置于内壁11与外壁12之间的若干端子收容槽13。其中,所述收容槽13位于绝缘本体1宽度方向上,其自水平面10向下凹陷形成,该收容槽13的内侧(未标示)与外壁12贯通,收容槽13一端内侧设有一级台阶131及二级台阶132,另一端设有突台130。所述收容槽13顶面(水平面10上)向收容槽13方向设有引导面134,便于自动机夹持端子2插入收容槽13内。所述方形框体宽度方向上的两个收容槽13之间设有横截面为“V”形的通槽121。
端子2包括横梁22、自横梁22一端弯折延伸的杆状接触部21以及自横梁22另一端与接触部21同向弯折延伸的延伸部23,所述横梁22、接触部21及延伸部23围成一个大致一半的方框体,所述方框体内侧的横梁22上向下弯折延伸设有焊脚26,其外侧两端分别向下延伸设有折弯部24,自该折弯部24末端延伸有插入部25,所述插入部25两侧延伸设有可供自动机夹持机构(未图示)夹持的下压部251,该下压部251的上表面2510处于同一水平面上。所述焊脚26一侧向下延伸形成一挡片260,该挡片260用以提供夹持线缆便于焊接的作用。
请参阅图3,组装时,自动机(未图示)自绝缘本体1的上方伸出一夹持机构夹持端子2上的下压部251向收容槽13方向运动,同时,自动机自绝缘本体1的通槽121下方穿过伸出一支撑(未图示)来支撑导电端子2的横梁22,在自动机的夹持机构及支撑的共同作用下,使导电端子2的插入部25平稳地压入至收容槽13内形成干涉配合。
电连接器组装完成后,端子2收容于绝缘本体1的端子收容槽13内,其中端子2的接触部21凸出于绝缘本体1上表面,且端子2的插入部25固持于收容槽13内。端子2的接触部21末端为抵压式接触型,位于绝缘本体1上方,且与一印刷电路板(未图示)电性接触,焊接部23通过挡片230夹持线缆且与线缆焊接在一起。
与现有技术相比,通过对端子2的改进,使得在组装端子2时,自动机可以两端下压端子2,可以更稳定的插入端子2,而不致使端子2歪斜,不会存在对位困难的情形,装配比较简单,有利于进行大量生产。

Claims (4)

1.一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体及组设于绝缘本体上的若干端子,所述端子包括横梁、自横梁一端弯折延伸的接触部以及自横梁另一端同向弯折延伸的延伸部,所述横梁内侧弯折延伸设有焊脚,外侧设有折弯部,自该折弯部向下延伸有插入部,其特征在于:所述插入部上设有下压部。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述下压部位于插入部两侧,且大致位于同一水平面。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述折弯部设有通孔,该通孔与插入部交界处形成一个水平面,该水平面构成一个下压部。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子接触部末端为抵压式接触型,其位于绝缘本体上方。
