Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种地下液硫储存池,包括隔热池壁层,其特征在于:所述隔热池壁层的内壁上还附着一层用耐酸陶瓷砖砌成的防腐层。同时在隔热池壁层和防腐层之间还可以设有用隔热耐酸浇注料砌成的保温层。与现有技术相比,本实用新型所提供的地下液硫储存池由于在隔热池壁层内设置了用耐酸陶瓷砖砌成的防腐层,在保证其保温性能的基础上,大大提高了其防腐性能,同时在池壁层和防腐层之间设置的保温层进一步加强了该地下液硫储存池的保温性能。因而本实用新型结构简单,成本低,且又能达到液体硫磺长时间存放后不会凝结成块的目的。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种化学品的储存容器,具体指一种地下液硫储存池。
背景技术
液体硫磺的熔点较高,其在140℃左右就会凝结成块,所以液体硫磺需要在一定温度下储存,通常的储存温度在140~150℃,因此要求储存容器具有保温性能;同时,由于液体硫磺的腐蚀性,还要求储存容器耐腐蚀。
与炼油加工企业配套的环保项目硫磺回收装置中所采用的液体硫磺储存池通常是建在地下,除了可以节约空间,另一个原因是建在地下可以有一定的恒温作用。如中国专利号为200520035063.7的实用新型专利所公开的专利文献中涉及到的地下液硫贮存池,采用隔热混凝土建成,这种液硫储存池的保温性比较好,隔热混凝土池壁层将液体硫磺与地层隔开,同时提供一定的保温性能,但是其防腐性较差,时间久了,液体硫磺会渗透到混凝土的细裂缝中去,腐蚀里面的钢筋,从而破坏池体的结构。因此,为了加强液体硫磺储存容器的防腐性能,也有的液硫储存容器采用在池壁层的基础上设置一层不锈钢内衬层,来提高液硫储存容器的防腐性能,但是这样由于不锈钢的热传导性能比较好,对容器的保温性能会有一定的损失;而且液硫储存池通常都比较大,要保证大体积的不锈钢容器在使用过程中的密封性,不但容器的制造成本大大增加了,且其加工也非常的复杂。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的状况,提供一种制作方便,成本低,且具有较好的防腐和保温性能的地下液硫储存池。
本实用新型解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:该地下液硫储存池,包括隔热池壁层,其特征在于:所述的池壁层上还附着一层防腐层。该隔热池壁层可以采用隔热混凝土浇筑,对储存在储存池内的液体硫磺提供一定的保温作用,该防腐层可以采用耐酸陶瓷砖砌成,耐酸陶瓷砖在市场上有成品可以购买,只需根据实际使用要求确定其技术指标。这样较之采用不锈钢内层,成本大大降低,但其防腐性能却丝毫不差。
为了增强该地下液硫储存池的保温性能,可以在所述的池壁层和防腐层之间设有保温层。所述的保温层可以采用隔热耐酸浇筑料浇筑,在市场上也有成品可以购买,只需根据实际使用要求确定其技术指标。这样在隔热池壁层保温的基础上,再增加保温层的保温作用,该地下液硫储存池的保温性能大大增加。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型所提供的地下液硫储存池由于在隔热池壁层内设置了用耐酸砖砌成的防腐层,在保证其保温性能的基础上,大大提高了其防腐性能,而且设置在池壁层和防腐层之间的保温层进一步加强了该地下液硫储存池的保温性能。因而本实用新型结构简单,制作方便,成本低,且又能达到液体硫磺长时间存放后不会凝结成块的目的。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
如图1所示,所述的地下液硫储存池包括有三层,依次由外而内砌设在地层上的隔热池壁层1、保温层2和防腐层3,其中,池壁层1采用隔热混凝土浇筑;所述的保温层2采用隔热耐酸浇筑料浇筑,可以进一步确保该地下液硫储存池的保温性能;而所述的防腐层3采用耐酸陶瓷砖砌成。采用这种结构的液硫储存池,可有效地确保液体硫磺长时间存放后不会凝结成块。

1、一种地下液硫储存池,包括隔热池壁层,其特征在于:所述隔热池壁层的内壁上还附着一层用耐酸陶瓷砖砌成的防腐层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的地下液硫储存池,其特征在于:所述的隔热池壁层和防腐层之间还设有隔热耐酸浇注料的保温层。
