Abstract
本实用新型导电端子,其包括主体部,由主体部延伸设有弹性臂,弹性臂末端设有接触部,其中所述主体部向下延伸设有焊接部,所述焊接部包括由主体部底端弯折延伸设置且可抵止焊料的挡板,及由挡板弯折延伸设有可夹持焊料的至少两夹持片。本实用新型导电端子,其可有效夹持焊料,使焊料固持稳定,且剔除了导电端子焊黏焊料的组合过程,使焊料只需要在日后组装到电路板上,焊黏到电路板对应塔接位置,形成导电部位整体黏固的焊黏过程,减少了各端子间的焊液相接触及焊接处溶入空气杂质污染的机会,使焊接处导电品质及焊黏强度得到保证,不会因为多次焊接造成污损问题,从而提高洁净处理的生产成本,使生产品质易于控制。
Description
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种导电端子。
【背景技术】
现有用于电性连接微处理器至电路板上的电连接器,通常具有以下两种端子构造,即针脚状端子及表面贴覆型端子。随着制造技术的不断发展,植球技术在业界得到了普及,使得表面贴覆型端子在微处理器用的电连接器中也广泛采用。如中国专利第03205304.5号及第01280419.3号,均是揭示现有的电连接器用的端子植球构造。通过将锡球定位,然后经加热至一定温度使锡球部分熔化而固接在端子末端,此种导电端子搭接锡球的结构,有下列缺点:
首先,必须藉由焊黏才能使锡球预先固着于导电端子,焊接电路板时,锡球又必须要再次加热进行焊黏,将造成重复焊黏的麻烦,导致各端子间的锡液相接触,而造成产品瑕疵或无足够的锡液焊接于电路板的焊接点,不仅使品管成本增加,而且造成电子、计算机设备无法使用或不稳定等缺陷。
再者,由于超过一次加工焊黏锡球作业,加大焊料损耗,及导电品质下降的机会,这是因为每次焊黏过程中,加热的焊料因热熔使周围的杂质极易混入,使焊料受到污染而使锡球本身电阻增加,此亦降低焊料纯度,导致锡球渐渐不易凝聚成型,易产生崩损的情形,然而要控制极为清净得宜的焊接环境,必定会增加成本及困难度。
因此,有必要设计一种新型的导电端子与锡球的组合结构,以解决前述问题。
【发明内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种导电端子,其可稳定固持焊料,且可避免因重复焊黏而造成的诸多问题。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型导电端子,其包括主体部,由主体部延伸设有弹性臂,弹性臂末端设有接触部,其中所述主体部向下延伸设有焊接部,所述焊接部包括由主体部底端弯折延伸设置且可抵止焊料的挡板,及由挡板弯折延伸设有可夹持焊料的至少两夹持片。
与现有技术相比较,本实用新型导电端子,其焊接部包括由主体部底端弯折延伸设置且可抵止焊料的挡板,及由挡板弯折延伸设有可夹持焊料的至少两夹持片,使焊料固持稳定,且剔除了导电端子焊黏焊料的组合过程,使焊料只需要在日后组装到电路板上,焊黏到电路板对应塔接位置,形成导电部位整体黏固的焊黏过程,减少了各端子间的焊液相接触及焊接处溶入空气杂质污染的机会,使焊接处导电品质及焊黏强度得到保证,不会因为多次焊接造成污损问题,从而提高洁净处理的生产成本,使生产品质易于控制。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型导电端子作进一步说明。
参照图1至图3,本实用新型导电端子1,用于IC插座(未图示)以将芯片模块(未图示)电性连接至电路板(未图示)。
所述导电端子1,其包括主体部11,由主体部11倾斜向上延伸设有弹性臂12,弹性臂12自由端设有接触部13,其中所述主体部11向下延伸设有焊接部14。
所述焊接部14包括由主体部11底端弯折延伸设置且可抵止焊料(本实施例中所述焊料为锡球2)的挡板141,及由挡板141两侧相互错开,弯折延伸设有可夹持锡球2的三个夹持片142,每一夹持片142上设有至少一夹持点143,即三个夹持片142上共设有至少三个夹持点143,可与锡球2相夹持。所述一夹持片142由与焊接部14连接的主体部11底端直接冲压而成,于是,主体部11底端与焊接部14连接处形成一通孔15,所述通孔15的形状与夹持片142的形状一样。
所述IC插座(未图示)设有收容导电端子1的端子容纳孔(未图示)。
组装时,可将导电端子1置于IC插座的端子容纳孔内,再将锡球2抵顶入导电端子1的焊接部14,直至各锡球2完全固持于焊接部14中。于是所述焊接部14的挡板141可抵持锡球2顶缘并限位锡球2顶缘高度,且所述三个夹持片142可扣住锡球2侧面最鼓处,产生夹持卡定效果,剔除了导电端子焊黏锡球2的组合过程,使锡球2只需要在日后组装到电路板上,焊黏到电路板对应塔接位置,形成导电部位整体黏固的焊黏过程,减少了各端子间的焊液相接触及焊接处溶入空气杂质污染的机会,使焊接处导电品质及焊黏强度得到保证,不会因为多次焊接造成污损问题,从而提高洁净处理的生产成本,使生产品质易于控制。
图4至图6为本实用新型导电端子1′的第二实施例,其与第一实施例不同之处在于,其焊接部14′由挡板141′弯折延伸设有可夹持焊料2′的两夹持片142′。所述夹持片142′由挡板141′相对两侧向下延伸形成,每一夹持片142′包括由挡板141′直接延伸的第一夹持片1421′,及由第一夹持片1421′弯折延伸的第二夹持片1422′。所述第一夹持片1421′与第二夹持片1422′相互垂直。所述两夹持片142′上的第二夹持片1422′朝相反的方向延伸形成。所述第一、第二夹持片1421′、1422′上分别设有至少一夹持焊料2′的夹持点143′,即在两夹持片142′上形成至少四个夹持锡球2′的夹持点143′,可将锡球2′有效夹持于焊接部14′中。其亦能达到第一施例所述的技术效果,在此不再赘述。
上述说明是针对本实用新型两个较佳的可行实施例的详细说明,但两实施例并非用以限定本实用新型的专利申请范围,凡本实用新型所揭示的技术精神下所完成的同等变化或修饰变更,均应属于本实用新型所涵盖专利范围。
Claims (10)
1. 一种导电端子,其包括主体部,由主体部延伸设有弹性臂,弹性臂末端设有接触部,其特征在于:所述主体部向下延伸设有焊接部,所述焊接部包括由主体部底端弯折延伸设置且可抵止焊料的挡板,及由挡板弯折延伸设有可夹持焊料的至少两夹持片。
2. 如权利要求1所述的导电端子,其特征在于:所述夹持片上设有至少三个与焊料相夹持的夹持点。
3. 如权利要求2所述的导电端子,其特征在于:由所述挡板两侧相互错开延伸设有三个夹持片,每一夹持片上设有至少一夹持点。
4. 如权利要求1所述的导电端子,其特征在于:所述夹持片由挡板相对两侧向下延伸形成。
5. 如权利要求4所述的导电端子,其特征在于:所述每一夹持片包括由挡板直接延伸的第一夹持片,及由第一夹持片弯折延伸的第二夹持片。
6. 如权利要求5所述的导电端子,其特征在于:所述第一夹持片与第二夹持片相互垂直。
7. 如权利要求5所述的导电端子,其特征在于:所述两夹持片上的第二夹持片朝相反的方向延伸形成。
8. 如权利要求5所述的导电端子,其特征在于:所述第一、第二夹持片上分别设有至少一夹持焊料的夹持点。
9. 如权利要求1、2、8任一所述的导电端子,其特征在于:所述焊料为锡球。
10. 如权利要求1所述的导电端子,其特征在于:所述弹性臂由主体部倾斜向上延伸形成。
