技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种紫菜加工设备,是紫菜一次性加工生产线中用于紫菜干燥的装置。
背景技术:
目前紫菜加工生产线中的干燥装置有两种类型:
一种是锅炉加热型,通过导热油锅炉或者热风炉产生热源,由生产线中的分机产生热风对烘箱中的紫菜进行干燥。设备投资成本高,安装和使用不方便,容易造成环境污染。
另一种是燃烧加热型,燃油(或燃气)通过燃烧器在燃烧管内燃烧,产生热空气经热气管散热后由排气管排出。生产线中的风机将燃烧管和热气管发出的热量转换为热风对烘箱中的紫菜进行干燥。其热气经单道热气管直接进入排气管排出,浪费了大量热能,效率低,燃料成本偏高。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理,有效节约能源的节能型蔬菜干燥装置。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:
一种节能型蔬菜干燥装置,包括燃烧室、烘干室,燃烧室下部设有与烘干室相通的热风出口,燃烧室中设有与燃烧器相通的燃烧管,其特征是:燃烧管与热气管相通,热气管与散热管相通,散热管与排气管相通,排气管通道上设置引风机。
散热管有设置在热气管两侧的两组管子,两组管子间呈串联形式。在热气管中的热气管与散热管连接处,设置将热气管左、右两段隔开的斜隔板,散热管的进气端与斜隔板一侧的热气管相通,散热管的出气端与斜隔板另一侧和排气管相接的热气管相通。散热管为高频翅片式散热管。
本实用新型结构合理,采用的散热管装置,可以使热气管中的热气再循环一周,充分利用了热能,大大节约了能源。散热管使用高频翅片式散热管,充分增加散热面积,提高热量转换效率,散热管与热风管平行安装,由导热隔板调节气流方向,结构紧凑、简洁实用。排气管连接引风机,使管道中的气流量和气压值符合燃烧器发挥功率的要求,有利于充分燃烧和输出额定的燃烧功率。

具体实施方式:
一种节能型蔬菜干燥装置,包括燃烧室9、烘干室10,燃烧室9下部设有与烘干室10相通的热风出口11,燃烧室上部装有一排压风机12,燃烧室9中设有与燃烧器1相通的燃烧管2,燃烧管2与热气管3相通,热气管3与散热管5相通,散热管5与排气管6相通,排气管通道上设置引风机7。散热管5有设置在热气管3两侧的两组管子,两组管子间呈串联形式(即相通)。在热气管3中的热气管3与散热管5连接处,设置将热气管左、右两段隔开的斜隔板4,散热管的进气端与斜隔板一侧的热气管相通,散热管的出气端与斜隔板另一侧和排气管相接的热气管相通,使热气经一周循环,经充分热量交换后排入排气管6,再排入总排气管8。散热管5为高频翅片式散热管。烘干室内热风进口处设置有可调节的撇风板13,使达到紫菜理想烘干状态。

1.一种节能型蔬菜干燥装置,包括燃烧室、烘干室,燃烧室下部设有与烘干室相通的热风出口,燃烧室中设有与燃烧器相通的燃烧管,其特征是:燃烧管与热气管相通,热气管与散热管相通,散热管与排气管相通,排气管通道上设置引风机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能型蔬菜干燥装置,其特征是:散热管有设置在热气管两侧的两组管子,两组管子间呈串联形式。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的节能型蔬菜干燥装置,其特征是:在热气管中的热气管与散热管连接处,设置将热气管左、右两段隔开的斜隔板,散热管的进气端与斜隔板一侧的热气管相通,散热管的出气端与斜隔板另一侧和排气管相接的热气管相通。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的节能型蔬菜干燥装置,其特征是:散热管为高频翅片式散热管。
