背景技术:
软管广泛应用于石油、化工、民用及建筑等行业,现有的管道修复领域所用软管属于无纺布缝制结构,这种无纺布缝制的软管不仅强度低而且耐腐蚀和防渗漏性能差。
实用新型内容:
为了解决背景技术中的问题,本实用新型提供一种复合型编织软管,该复合型编织软管强度大且具有良好的耐腐蚀和防渗漏性能,解决旧管道不开挖大修工程中管道内防腐技术问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:该复合型编织软管包括化纤管体,化纤管体外表面有绒毛,化纤管体内壁覆有防渗层。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果:该复合型编织软管采用化纤材料作为软管的主体材料,采用横纵交错编织的方法,编织成软管外表面带有绒毛结构,同时在软管内表面覆一层防渗膜,化纤材料编织成的管体具有一定的抗拉强度,软管内表面防渗薄膜具有耐腐蚀和防渗漏的功能,解决管道腐蚀问题。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明:
由图1所示,本实用新型利用化纤材料的柔软性同时具有的强度大的特点,本复合软管用化纤材料作为软管的主体材料,采用经纬线编织法编织成化纤管体1的一外表面带有绒毛3,内表面为平滑面,平滑面上再覆上一层防渗层2,化纤管体1内壁的防渗薄膜与化纤管体1粘合在一起,形成整体复合型软管结构。此软管不仅具有足够的强度,而且具有一定的防渗性和耐蚀性。
该复合型软管在旧管道不开挖大修工程中采用直拖的方法进行管道衬里修复,软管外侧绒毛结构可携带充足的粘结剂,把软管从被修复管道一侧用拖拉的方法拖拽至钢管的另一侧,然后在水压或气压的作用下,使软管与被修复管内壁充分贴合并稳定压力一定时间,使粘结剂固化。软管防渗薄膜内表面变成钢管内表面,起耐腐蚀和防渗漏作用。
