背景技术:
软管广泛应用于石油、化工、民用及建筑等行业,现有的管道修复领域所用软管属于无纺布缝制结构,这种无纺布缝制的软管不仅强度低而且耐腐蚀和防渗漏性能差。
实用新型内容:
为了解决背景技术中的问题,本实用新型提供一种复合型可翻转编织软管,该复合型可翻转编织软管抗拉强度大且具有良好的耐腐蚀和防渗漏性能,解决旧管道不开挖大修工程中管道内防腐技术问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:该复合型可翻转编织软管包括化纤管体,化纤管体内表面带有绒毛,外壁表面覆有防渗层,化纤管体和防渗层贴合为一体,化纤管体为化纤材料,防渗层为聚氨酯材料。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果:该复合型编织软管采用化纤材料作为软管的主体材料,采用横纵交错编织的方法,编织成内壁带有绒毛的软管的主体,同时在软管外表面覆一层防渗膜,化纤材料编织成的管体具有一定的抗拉强度和承受载荷能力,软管外表面防渗薄膜具有耐腐蚀和防渗漏的功能,解决管道腐蚀问题。本软管翻转使用,翻转后软管的内表面的绒毛衬于钢管内壁固化,防渗薄膜为内表面起到防渗防渗防腐蚀的目的。

由图1所示,本实用新型利用化纤材料的柔软性同时具有抗拉强度大的特点,本复合软管用化纤材料作为软管的主体材料,采用经纬线编织法编织成化纤管体1,化纤管体1内表面带有绒毛3,化纤管体1具有成形均匀、质地柔软的特点,同时具有一定的抗拉强度;化纤管体1外壁表面覆一层防渗膜即防渗层2,防渗层2与化纤管体1贴合在一起,形成整体复合型软管结构。此软管不仅具有足够的强度,而且具有一定的防渗性和耐蚀性。
该复合型可翻转软管主要应用在旧管道不开挖大修工程中。翻转衬里是利用软管的柔软性,在水压或气压的作用下,使软管在被修复管道内完成软管内外表面的对换,即翻转前带有绒毛结构的软管的内表面经翻转后形成软管的外表面,同时,软管的外表面经翻转后变成软管的内表面。在管道修复作业中,首先对带有绒毛结构的软管的内表面进行浸胶处理,然后翻转软管同时将软管衬于钢管内壁,软管内表面的化纤材料经翻衬后,在水压或气压作用下,与被修复管壁充分贴合,稳压一定时间后,粘结剂固化。原覆膜外表面经翻衬后,变成软管内表面,防渗薄膜起耐腐蚀和防渗漏作用。
