本实用新型涉及一种柴油机部件,尤其是一种柴油机缸体。在缸体的顶平面和底平面上分别开设有用于穿拧螺栓将上缸盖、主轴承盖与缸体固定连接的上沉孔、上螺栓孔和下沉孔和下螺栓孔,在上螺栓孔和下螺栓孔的两盲孔之间的缸体内壁上设置有连贯加强筋。本实用新型按照框架结构的理念,通常缸盖螺栓搭子与主轴承盖搭子用连贯加强筋连接,在发动机工作时,使缸盖搭子的预紧力和燃气爆发压力传递到主轴承盖的螺栓搭子上,减小了对缸体侧面的变形影响,提高了缸体的刚性,采用这种结构能减小机体的变形量在60%以上。

本实用新型涉及一种柴油机部件,尤其是一种柴油机缸体。
背景技术
对于柴油机缸体,其顶平面和底平面分别与上缸盖和主轴承盖通过螺栓将固定连接,在连接面上设置有穿拧螺栓的沉孔和螺栓孔,螺栓穿过沉孔与螺栓孔通过螺纹连接。但通常缸盖如图1所示,螺栓搭子一般设计直接连接到机体侧面,与主轴承盖螺栓没有直接的联系,这样的设计缸体在缸盖螺栓的螺栓预紧力和发动机燃气爆发力下产生很大的变形,不仅造成活塞缸套的密封性能差,而且曲柄连杆机构工作的稳定性差,造成机体开裂和曲轴连杆的断裂等故障。
发明内容
为了克服上述缸体在缸盖螺栓的螺栓预紧力和发动机燃气爆发力下产生变形,本实用新型提供了一种柴油机缸体。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种柴油机缸体,在缸体的顶平面和底平面上分别开设有用于穿拧螺栓将上缸盖、主轴承盖与缸体固定连接的上沉孔、上螺栓孔和下沉孔和下螺栓孔,在上螺栓孔和下螺栓孔的两盲孔之间的缸体内壁上设置有连贯加强筋。
本实用新型的柴油机缸体按照框架结构的理念,通常缸盖螺栓搭子与主轴承盖搭子用连贯加强筋连接,在发动机工作时,使缸盖搭子的预紧力和燃气爆发压力传递到主轴承盖的螺栓搭子上,减小了对缸体侧面的变形影响,提高了缸体的刚性。从有限元分析结构,采用这种结构能减小机体的变形量在60%以上。

如图2所示的一种柴油机缸体,在缸体1的顶平面2和底平面3上分别开设有用于穿拧螺栓将上缸盖、主轴承盖与缸体1固定连接的上沉孔4、上螺栓孔5和下沉孔6和下螺栓孔7,其特征是:在上螺栓孔5和下螺栓孔7的两盲孔之间的缸体内壁上设置有连贯加强筋8。
