Abstract

低压平衡式三螺杆泵的组成包括泵体、前盖、主动螺杆、从动螺杆、衬套,从动螺杆前端套有平衡套,前盖中具有回油环路,泵体中具有回油管,平衡套端面有小孔与前盖回油环路连通,回油管一端与前盖回油环路连通,另一端与低压腔连通。由从动螺杆前端平衡套小孔、前盖回油环路和回油管构成高压油泄压油路,高压腔的油在产生朝向泵尾端轴向力的同时渗入平衡套,并依次经过平衡套小孔、前盖回油环路以及回油管流入低压腔,使从动螺杆受到一个朝向泵前端的轴向力,在拉伸状态下趋于平衡,不会产生弯拱形变,减少与主动螺杆以及衬套内侧间的磨损程度,提高了泵的耐高压性能,延长使用寿命。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种三螺杆泵,特别是一种低压平衡式三螺杆泵。
背景技术
三螺杆泵由于其显著的优越特性,在工业领域中作为液压泵、润滑泵、燃油泵、输送泵等广泛应用于各行各业。
目前有一种采用高压平衡方式的三螺杆泵,如图1和图2所示,其组成包括泵体1、前盖11、主动螺杆3、从动螺杆4、衬套2,图中5为高压腔,6为低压腔。为了平衡来自高压腔液体的轴向压力,以便减少螺杆型面间的摩擦力,泵体1中具有连接高压腔5和从动螺杆4后端的高压油回路13,高压油通过高压油回路13和从动螺杆4后端平衡套41上的小孔411作用于从动螺杆4后端,使从动螺杆4本身在工作中趋于平衡。这种高压平衡的方式使螺杆受到两端相向的轴向力作用而处于被挤压状态,导致从动螺杆产生弯拱趋势的作用力,分别对主动螺杆和衬套内侧施加压力,增大了互相间的摩擦,从而降低三螺杆泵的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,克服高压平衡方式的缺点,提供一种低压平衡式三螺杆泵。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案如下:一种低压平衡式三螺杆泵,其组成包括泵体、前盖、主动螺杆、从动螺杆、衬套,其特征是:从动螺杆前端套有平衡套,前盖中具有回油环路,泵体中具有回油管,所述的平衡套端面有小孔与前盖回油环路连通,所述的回油管一端与前盖回油环路连通,另一端与低压腔连通。
本实用新型的有益效果如下:由从动螺杆前端平衡套小孔、前盖回油环路和回油管构成高压油泄压油路,当三螺杆泵工作时,一方面高压腔中的液体压力作用在从动螺杆前端,使其产生朝向泵尾端的轴向力,同时高压腔的油渗入平衡套,并依次经过平衡套小孔、前盖回油环路以及回油管流入低压腔,在从动螺杆的前端面形成一个负压,使从动螺杆受到一个朝向泵前端的轴向力,这样两个反向的轴向力相互抵消,使从动螺杆趋于平衡,并且此时从动螺杆处于拉伸状态,即使泵内压力到达一个较高水平,例如3.0MPa-4.5MPa,也不会使从动螺杆产生弯拱形变,较大程度的减少了从动螺杆与主动螺杆以及衬套内侧间的磨损程度,保证了泵的长时间安全运行,并且提高了泵的耐高压性能,延长使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图并结合实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。但是本实用新型不限于所给出的例子。
如图3和图4所示,低压平衡式三螺杆泵,其组成包括泵体1、前盖11、主动螺杆3、从动螺杆4、衬套2,从动螺杆4前端套有平衡套42,前盖11中具有回油环路111,泵体1中具有回油管14,平衡套4端面有小孔421与前盖11回油环路111连通,回油管14一端与前盖回油环路连通111,另一端与低压腔6连通。
