背景技术
模压塑料洗衣桶家用洗衣机市场上,现有的大多数桶是用卡箍和/或螺钉组装连接的。通过卡箍将桶前段和桶后段相连接,桶后段装有已组装好的内部部件,如鼓、轴等。
用焊接方式连接两个桶在市场上并不鲜见。在现有不同的焊接方法中,最通用的是振动焊接。这种振动可通过超声或摩擦产生,且在连接处材料的熔化需要加压,以在被焊接件之间产生紧密接触。与用卡箍连接桶的方案相比较,焊接桶可不用螺钉、卡箍,而且也不需要有防水密封。
文件EP 601347B1介绍了一种洗衣机,或联合洗衣和干衣机(包括家用型),它包括塑料洗衣桶,桶容放有旋转鼓,鼓内放置被洗物件;该洗衣桶主要由圆周方向的柱形整体外壳组成,外壳有后壁和法兰形前壁,后者装有一些单独模压的突起,以便以后通过制成这些突起的塑料的熔焊,连接到前开口的突起上。
桶焊接时通常是把突起的平面面对面地放置。桶和前壁的突起截面为L形,通过焊接把突起的两个边缘相互连接。在突起的两个被连接的边缘上施加压力。
焊接形成永久结合组的一部分,但不象铆接或粘接,它具有某些优点,例如制造速度快,接合处强度高,焊接过程通用性好,可适用于大量材料,且因此适合于各种聚合物或以聚合物为基础的合成材料,当前的洗衣机桶就是这种情形。
实用新型内容
本发明的目的是使洗衣机两桶的连接密封更好,这两个桶是用塑料焊接系统封闭的。
此目的可利用洗衣机(尤其是家用洗衣机)的桶来实现,该桶容放有旋转鼓,该鼓内放置被洗载荷,洗衣桶包括圆周方向的柱形外壳,它由桶前段和桶后段构成,两段沿各自的塑料边缘通过熔焊相连接,以将鼓包围在其内部,焊接时在前段和后段之间形成焊道,在焊道处边缘至少沿两条连接线会合,沿至少一部分焊道上在两线之间形成至少一个室。
这样,在桶两部分之间是沿着两条连接线相连接,因而形成一个室,一旦内连接线产生任何泄漏,水就被该室收集。
这种结构的另外一个优点是它要坚固得多,而同时又比目前的结构更富弹性。这种焊接连接的表面积较大,这增加了它的惯性,从而增加了对弯曲和扭转的抵抗力。
边缘中至少一个有一个底面,从相对边缘的相应底面伸出的至少一个伸出部分与该底面相连接,沿焊道形成至少一条连接线。因而,两个边缘的底面在被这个伸出部分连接的同时被它所分开。
在一个优选实施例中,两边缘具有各自的底面,相对底面的至少一个伸出部分与该底面相连接,形成沿焊道的至少两条连接线和在两边缘间的至少一个室。因此,桶的连接是通过将边缘的伸出部分连至边缘的底面而形成的,从而使封闭过程容易进行,因为边缘的伸出部分处于桶的更里面,另外也使另一个边缘的对中变得容易。
在另一个实施例中,边缘的一个具有一个底面,相对边缘的至少两个伸出部分与此表面相连接,形成至少两条沿焊道的连接线,和至少一个在两边缘之间的室,此室直接形成在一个边缘上。

该室从桶处于工作位置的最低点起形成于两边缘之间。这样就保证了收集大部分水的桶最低部分的密封性。
在另一个实施例中,该室沿焊道形成于各边缘之间,构成一个密封腔,使整个洗衣桶密封。
桶由塑料制成。因而桶前段及其边缘,和桶后段及其边缘分别做成一个单体,故不需双重塑注或在桶和边缘各部分之间作额外的连接。
这种洗衣机是前装卸型,在桶前段有一个开口,用来放入被洗载荷。
用焊接封闭的系统是靠振动和压力来封闭的系统,这对这类部件是最适宜的。由于具有两个单独的焊接段而不是一段,在被焊接区域所集中的热量较少。另外,由于有内对流表面,热的耗散也较好。

图1表示洗衣机,特别是家用型洗衣机用桶1的剖面示意图,该桶容放有旋转鼓2,鼓内放置被洗载荷。这种洗衣机是前装载型,在桶前段3内有一个开口,用来放入要洗的载荷。
桶1用塑料模压而成,包括一个圆周方向的柱形外壳,它由桶前段和桶后段构成,两段沿各自的塑料边缘通过熔焊相连接,以将鼓包围在其内部,焊接时在前段和后段之间形成焊道,用焊接封闭桶的系统是靠振动来封闭的系统。

可以预料,在焊接过程中,伸出部分在至少1毫米距离内的塑料部分,在连接桶的两段时将熔化。这样就能消除与伸出部分相连接的底面上可能存在的不规则性。
本发明提出的这种焊接连接设计,增加了连接处对不同力的强度,尤其比起在两个面之间采用传统的平焊而言更是如此。代替具有单一焊接表面的连接,我们采用另一种在两个表面上的焊接,这两个表面处在不同的平面上,且相互分开由位于两表面间的密封室所占据的距离。这种设计消除了被焊接表面的连续性,从而改善其强度,并使得连接处更不容易断裂。此外,在焊接附近的材料所受到的热影响将是最小。
这种设计还有一个优点是,由于每部分焊道在强度和弹性方面可能有不同的要求,各桶段沿焊道的边缘截面应该有所改变。弹簧、减震器、马达等是边缘截面的结构特点,它们或者起加强作用,或者使振动焊接机能产生适当的压力。虽然这种焊接有两条不同的焊接线,但操作是在同一时段进行的。
采用肋条34,44将边缘连至桶2的表面,以加强边缘也是有益的,因为振动焊接机将在形成底面的桶的外凸出部分处支靠在这些边缘上。让机器支靠在边缘上可能会使边缘变形和损坏,为此利用肋条来加强这些区域。
底面不一定需要是平的,但平的底面可保证用振动连接的系统更好地工作。各伸出部在整个焊道上或桶前段和后段的边缘上基本保持平行,同时各边缘或单个边缘各伸出部之间的距离保持不变,虽然这并非很重要。如果连接需要,可以把属于单个边缘的那些伸出部分连接在一起,就象一个单一的伸出部。
这种结构显著地改善了桶的密封性,为了在洗衣过程中不出现泄漏,这是很重要的特性。倘若沿整个周边的焊道不完善,就比较容易产生这种泄漏问题,而这在焊接过程中又很难检查出来。
使用本发明时,水要泄漏必须通过一个双层壁。水首先要通过焊接内壁的缺陷,然后通过外壁,才能进入密封室。这种可能性比只有单个焊接表面的情况要小。

Claims (11)

1.用于洗衣机,尤其是家用洗衣机的桶(1),其容放有旋转鼓(2),该鼓内放置被洗载荷,此洗衣桶(1)包含由桶前段(3)和桶后段(4)形成的圆周方向柱形外壳,前后段通过边缘(31、41)塑料的熔焊在各塑料边缘(31、41)处相连接,在桶前段(3)和桶后段(4)之间形成焊道(5a,5b),以将鼓(2)包围在桶内,这种桶的特征在于,边缘(31、41)至少沿两条连接线(51,52,53,54)相连接,沿焊道(5a,5b)的至少一部分在边缘(31,41)之间形成至少一个室(6,61)。
2.如权利要求1所述的洗衣机桶,其特征在于,至少一个边缘(31)具有底面(33),从相对边缘(41)的相应底面(43)伸出的至少一个伸出部(42)与底面(33)相连接,因而沿着焊道(5a,5b)形成至少一条连接线。
3.如上述各权利要求所述的洗衣机桶,其特征在于,两个边缘(31,41)各有一个底面(33,43),相对边缘的至少一个伸出部与此底面相连接,因而沿焊道(5a,5b)形成至少两条连接线(52,53,54),并在边缘间形成至少一个室(6,61)。
4.如权利要求2所述的洗衣机桶,其特征在于,一个边缘(41)具有底面(43),相对边缘(31)的至少两个伸出部与该底面相连接,因而沿焊道(5a,5b)形成至少两条连接线(52,53),并在两边缘(31,41)间形成至少一个室(6)。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的洗衣机桶,其特征在于,室(6,61)是由两个边缘(31,41)的底面(33,43)和沿焊道(5a,5b)的伸出部(32,42)之间形成的空间限定的。
6.如权利要求2或5所述的洗衣机桶,其特征在于,底面(33,43)基本是平面,它们相互平行且垂直于桶(2)的外表面。
7.如上述各权利要求所述的洗衣机桶,其特征在于,室(6,61)从桶(2)工作位置的最低点起形成于边缘(31,41)之间。
8.如权利要求1或7所述的洗衣机桶,其特征在于,室(6,61)沿焊缝(5a,5b)处于边缘(31,41)之间,形成密封室。
9.如上述各权利要求所述的洗衣机桶,其特征在于,桶(2)用塑料制成。
10.如上述各权利要求所述的洗衣机桶,其特征在于,洗衣机是前装载型,在桶前段(3)内有一开口(10),用来放入被洗载荷。
11.如上述各权利要求所述的洗衣机桶,其特征在于,对其焊接封闭的系统是一种振动封闭系统。
