Abstract

本实用新型针对现有的指纹保管箱使用的棘轮棘爪结构的门锁机构存在的结构复杂、体积大、安装、维修不便的问题,设计一种以扭簧驱动为主的连杆驱动型指纹保管箱门锁机构,包括电机(1)、锁架(2)等,电机(1)安装在锁架(2)的一侧,锁扣(3)安装在保管箱箱门上并与锁舌(4)相对,其特征是所述的锁舌(4)枢装在锁架(2)上的枢轴(5)上,在锁舌(4)与锁扣(3)相对的一端上设有销轴(6),在枢轴(5)上套装有锁舌扭簧(7),锁舌扭簧(7)的一端与销轴(6)相抵,另一端与穿过锁架(2)的锁舌扭簧(8)的一端相抵,电机(1)的输出轴上安装有转轮(11),转轮(11)上铰装有连杆(9),连杆(9)的另一端套装在穿过锁架(2)的锁舌扭簧(8)的一端上。具有结构简单,体积小,动作可靠的优点。

连杆驱动型指纹保管箱门锁机构
技术领域
本实用新型涉及门锁机构,尤其是一种指纹保管箱上使用的门锁机构,具体地说是一种连杆驱动型指纹保管箱门锁机构。
背景技术
目前,指纹保管箱的锁具结构一般采用电机驱动棘轮机构的方式实现自动开锁。由于棘轮机构较为复杂,加工、安装、维修均不方便,同时其体积也较大,占用了较大的保管箱内的有效空间。为此,申请人进行了深入的研究,并与2006年申请了相关的实用新型专利,如图1所示,但在实际使用中发现,由于采用电机带拉索驱动的技术方案,由于拉索反复动作很容易产生疲劳面提前损坏,影响了保管箱的正常运行,一般使用寿命仅为2000次左右,同时,电机为了带动拉索而必须采用较大功率的电机,影响电池的使用寿命,因此这一状况有必要进一步加以改进。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有的指纹保管箱使用的棘轮棘爪结构的门锁机构存在的结构复杂、体积大、安装、维修不便的问题,设计一种以扭簧驱动为主的连杆驱动型指纹保管箱门锁机构。
本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种连杆驱动型指纹保管箱门锁机构,包括电机1、锁架2、锁扣3、锁舌4,电机1安装在锁架2的一侧,锁扣3安装在保管箱箱门上并与锁舌4相对,其特征是所述的锁舌4枢装在锁架2上的枢轴5上,在锁舌4与锁扣3相对的一端上设有销轴6,在枢轴5上套装有锁舌扭簧7,锁舌扭簧7的一端与销轴6相抵,另一端与穿过锁架2的锁舌扭簧8的一端相抵,锁舌4上设有一用于与锁舌扭簧8相抵的缺口A,电机1的输出轴上安装有转轮11,转轮11上铰装有连杆9,连杆9的另一端套装在穿过锁架2的锁舌扭簧8的一端上。
在锁架2上设有供锁舌扭簧8的一端穿插过并在其中移动的腰形通孔10。
所述的电机1的输出轴伸出转轮11外。
本实用新型具有以下优点:
1、本实用新型省去了传统的棘轮传动机构,通过电机拉动使锁舌定位的扭簧即可实现自动开门,结构十分简单。
2、大大缩小了整体尺寸,有利于扩大保管箱内部空间。
3、加工、安装简单,可大大降低加工和安装成本。
4、用途广,不仅可用于保管箱,还可用于其它电控保险箱、柜以及所有使用指纹锁的场合。
5、本实用新型的连杆使用寿命长,耗电少,可长期无故障工作。

具体实施方式
下面结构附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如图1所示。
一种连杆驱动型指纹保管箱门锁机构,包括电机1、锁架2、锁扣3、锁舌4,如图2所示,电机1安装在锁架2的一侧,锁扣3安装在保管箱箱门上并与锁舌4相对,锁舌4枢装在锁架2上的枢轴5上,并位于锁架2中,锁舌4上设有与锁舌扭簧8相抵的缺口(如图2中的箭头A所指处),在锁舌4与锁扣3相对的一端上设有销轴6,锁舌扭簧7套装在枢轴5上,它的一端与销轴6相抵,以使锁舌4产生一个始终打开的扭力,另一端与穿过锁架2的锁舌扭簧8的一端相抵,该锁舌扭簧8安装在保管箱壳体中,其一端保管箱壳体相抵,在锁架2上设有一个可使锁舌扭簧8移动的腰形通孔10,在锁舌扭簧8的伸出端上还套装有拉杆9,拉杆9的另一端与电机1的输出轴上安装的转轮11相铰接,在电机1的输出轴伸出转轮11以控制拉杆9的极限运动位置。
本实用新型的工作过程为:
当经过验证可以打开保管箱门时,电机1在电控系统的指令控制下转动,电机输出轴上的转轮带动拉杆9向左运动,拉杆9与锁舌扭簧8之间的距离发生变化,于是拉动锁舌扭簧8穿过锁架2的一端在锁架2上的腰形通孔10中移动,此时原本也压在该锁舌扭簧8上的锁舌4的一端脱离,此时锁舌4在锁舌扭簧7的作用下转动,原本与锁扣3相扣合的锁舌4的另一端与锁扣3相脱离,即完成开锁过程,整个门锁机构处于如图3所示的状态,此时拉杆9运动到极限位置并受到电机输出轴的约束而停止运动。
关门时,外力推动锁扣3,锁扣3推动锁舌4克服锁舌扭簧7的作用力转动,此时,锁舌4的另一端转动到锁舌扭簧8的上部,锁扣3也同时与锁舌4相扣合,锁舌扭簧8在扭力的作用下使拉杆9复位,处于如图2所示的锁紧状态。
本实用新型未涉及部分均与现有技术相同。

Claims (3)

1.一种连杆驱动型指纹保管箱门锁机构,包括电机(1)、锁架(2)、锁扣(3)、锁舌(4),电机(1)安装在锁架(2)的一侧,锁扣(3)安装在保管箱箱门上并与锁舌(4)相对,其特征是所述的锁舌(4)枢装在锁架(2)上的枢轴(5)上,在锁舌(4)与锁扣(3)相对的一端上设有销轴(6),在枢轴(5)上套装有锁舌扭簧(7),锁舌扭簧(7)的一端与销轴(6)相抵,另一端与穿过锁架(2)的锁舌扭簧(8)的一端相抵,锁舌(4)上设有一用于与锁舌扭簧(8)相抵的缺口,电机(1)的输出轴上安装有转轮(11),转轮(11)上铰装有连杆(9),连杆(9)的另一端套装在穿过锁架(2)的锁舌扭簧(8)的一端上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连杆驱动型指纹保管箱门锁机构,其特征是在锁架(2)上设有供锁舌扭簧(8)的一端穿插过并在其中移动的腰形通孔(10)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的拨块驱动式指纹保管箱门锁机构,其特征是所述的电机(1)的输出轴伸出转轮(11)外。
