体水套的上下分别有集水箱,集水箱通过水套和立管连通,水泰与炉縢之间有 隔热保温层,立管则直接与炉膛相通,在上燃烧室出烟口处设有可移动挡板, 用于随时控制上燃烧室的烟气排放。本实用新型的作用过程如下,在生火时把灰斗、燃烧室门封严,把煤加在 上炉排上,加上木柴点燃,同时打开上燃烧室出烟口,柴火通过煤的间隙进入 燃烧室引燃煤炭,经过干燥、干镏、挥发、燃烧等阶段,产生的高温烟气一方 面通过上燃烧室出烟口经烟囱排出,另一方面进入下燃烧室,下层炉排一般不 加新煤,只接受上层炉排间距落下的漏煤,并依靠由灰斗进入的空气^^烧, 产生的高温烟气在燃烧室、烟箱内得到充分燃烧后,经反烧烟遨后由下燃烧室 出烟口经烟囱排出,当不需要使用上燃烧室时,可通过上燃烧蜜出烟口处的挡 板将上燃烧室出烟口封住,此时炉膛内的高温烟气只能从下燃娆室出烟口经烟 囱排出,在排烟过程中,高温烟气的余热被反烧烟道的水套和烟囱水套充分吸 收,而喇叭状的环形烟道和上大下小的烟囱水套更有利于热量酌吸收。与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有热效率高、节约燃^l"、可燃气体充分, 气体、固体未完全燃烧损失小,燃烧正常时烟囪基本不冒黑烟,经过用砖砌炉子反烧3小时实验后拆开烟墙观察,烟墙内部没有被烟火烧黑变成灰白色,正 反烧双层炉排炉具具有节能、炉内水温升的快、有利于环境保护的作用,做饭、 烧开水、取暖、炉口添煤时不向外冒灰烟, 一个月打一次烟囱都可以等特点。 附圉说明:附图1是本实用新型结构图附图2是附图1中的A-A视图附图3是附图1中的B-B视图
具体实li方案:本实用新型包括炉体9及炉体水套17、烟豳10及烟囱水套11、炉腾和烟 道,其特征在于炉膛采用双炉排结构,上炉排4位于炉腾中部,将炉塍分为上 下两个燃烧室,下炉排3位于炉体底部,并置于灰斗l上方,上、下燃烧室分 别设有出烟口,上燃烧室出烟口 14直接与烟囱相通,下燃烧室出烟口18经反 烧烟道15与烟囱相通,反烧烟遒四周设有与炉体水套相通的水套16,烟囱水 套11的内壁是倾斜的,形成上宽下窄的烟囱水套,在烟齒内的四周、紧貼烟囱 内壁设置环形烟道12,其形状为上小下大的喇叭状,在烟囱上方设有封盖,将 烟囱中部的烟道封住,使烟只能从环形烟道排出,炉体水套的上下分别有集水 箱2、 7,集水箱通过水套和立管5连通,水套与炉膛之间有隔热保温层6,立 管则直接与炉膛接触,在上燃烧室出烟口处设有可移动挡板13,用于随时控制 上燃烧室的烟气排放。立管5采用四根槽形铁与炉体水套垂直焊接,炉体水套17间距根据炉体大 小可设2—10mm,水循环靠立管保降畅通和增加受热面,炉口内盖8是保温盖, 用铸铁制成,内装石棉,中心用小蠊丝固定,上炉排4用4)18—20mm圆钢制 成,炉条间距25—28mm,下炉排3用d> 12—16mm圆钢制成,炉条间距12— 15mm,反烧烟道15左右立面溶水间距为14mm,后面间距为5mm,烟囱做成 长方立体形,内套前后立面作成上小下宽,从左右看是梯形状,梯形套内四周 用2毫米厚铁板折弯焊成烟道以增加水套受热面,让烟火从四周进入烟囱然后 排出,烟管上端中心用长方形铁板封严,让下部分起到燃尽室、烟气温度向四 周放热的作用。左右立面水套间距13—15mm,烧烟道挡板用4顶m厚铁板制成。 拉杆落下时,上烟道打开,拉杆向上拉起反烧烟道打开。

1、一种节能、高效、环保的民用采暖炉,包括炉体及炉体水套、烟囱及烟囱水套、炉膛和烟道,其特征在于炉膛采用双炉排结构,上炉排位于炉膛中部,将炉膛分为上下两个燃烧室,下炉排位于炉体底部,并置于灰斗上方,上、下燃烧室分别设有出烟口,上燃烧室出烟口直接与烟囱相通,下燃烧室出烟口经反烧烟道与烟囱相通,反烧烟道四周设有与炉体水套相通的水套,烟囱水套的内壁是倾斜的,形成上宽下窄的烟囱水套,在烟囱内的四周、紧贴烟囱内壁设置环形烟道,其形状为上小下大的喇叭状,在烟囱上方设有封盖,将烟囱中部的烟道封住,使烟只能从环形烟道排出,炉体水套的上下分别有集水箱,集水箱通过水套和立管连通,水套与炉膛之间有隔热保温层,立管则直接与炉膛相通,在上燃烧室出烟口处设有可移动挡板,用于随时控制上燃烧室的烟气排放。
