Abstract
一种卧式反烧环保节煤炉,其特点是包括有炉壳、位于炉壳上端的出火口,在所述炉壳内呈卧式设置有炉胆,该炉胆的一端为进煤端,另一端为出渣端,在所述炉壳上设有进煤端的进煤门以及出渣端的出渣门,在所述炉胆的下方设有与所述炉壳外部连通的进风通道,该进风通道通过炉桥连通所述的炉胆,在所述的炉桥与所述进煤门之间设有预热区底板。其优点是由于炉胆是呈卧式设置,并且一端为进煤端,一端为出渣端,在使用时,新加煤位于赤热煤的后方,因此,新添煤受热分解的挥发性可燃物和一氧化碳能够顺气流进入赤热煤的燃区进行燃烧,达到不冒黑烟,可连续保持旺火,充分燃烧,节能环保的目的,并且加煤不用端锅,操作更加简便。

背景技术
[0002] 现有的蜂窝煤炉是有炉壳,呈立式设在炉壳内的炉胆,以及位于炉壳上端的出火 口构成。这种结构的蜂窝煤炉在使用过程其燃烧方式是把新添的蜂窝煤添加在赤热的煤 上,火焰从下往上顺延燃烧,这种传统的燃烧方式称为顺烧,即:新添的煤在前(上方),而 火在后(下方),这就使得新添煤受热分解的挥发性可燃物和一氧化碳,顺气流上升到新添 煤上部低温区时是不可能燃烧的,从而造成冒黑烟,既浪费能源又污染环境,而且加煤时要 把锅端起来,操作很不方便。
发明内容
[0003] 本实用新型的目的就是提供一种新添煤所分解的挥发性可燃物和一氧化碳能够 得到充分燃烧,并且加煤不用端锅的卧式反烧环保节煤炉。

[0018] 在图1所示的结构中,本实用新型具有一个炉壳14,这个炉壳14的上表面为炉面 板l,在炉面板l的中部设有开口。炉壳14的夹层内设有保温层11。出火炉口5的下方为 呈卧式设置的炉胆2,炉胆2的一端为进煤端,一端为出渣端,在炉壳14的侧壁上设有进煤 端的进煤门7以及出渣端的出渣门15。在炉胆2内沿进煤方向依次分为预热区6、主燃区 4和燃尽区3。在炉胆2的下方装有炉桥12,在炉桥12与进煤门7之间设有预热区底板8, 炉桥12的下方为与炉的外部连通的进风通道IO,在炉壳14上与进煤门7同侧的侧壁上设 有进风通道10的进风门9。炉胆2的上侧面呈中部高两端低结构,炉的出火口 5是位于上 侧面的中部,该出火口5连通炉面板1中部的开口,这样的设计有利于火焰及热气流向出火 炉口5方向流动。为了便于制造,炉胆2的上侧面也可以是平的。本实用新型在使用时打 开进煤门7将蜂窝煤装入炉胆2内,煤在炉胆2内互相接触,处于预热区6主燃区4和燃尽 区3的三个不同位置,而有着预热、燃烧、燃尽的三种燃烧状态。当主燃区4的煤将要燃尽 时,打开进煤门7和出渣门15。将煤向着出渣门15的方向推进,煤渣从出渣门15排出,原 来在主燃区4和预热区6的煤依次到达燃尽区3和主燃区4,新加入的蜂窝煤则处在预热 区6,关上进煤门7和出渣门15,继续燃烧。当主燃区4的煤将燃尽时,再打开进煤门7和 出渣门15,推煤排渣和加入新煤,如此从预热、燃烧、燃尽连续循环地加煤燃烧,始终保持火 在前面而新加煤在后的反烧方式。煤在燃烧时进煤门7和出渣门15都关着,只有加煤时, 两个门才打开。进风门9的开启程度可以控制风量和火力的大小以及开火、封火。 [0019] 在图2所示的实施例中,炉的出渣门15设在与进煤门7同侧的炉壳14的侧壁上, 这个出渣门15通过呈L形的出渣通道16连通炉胆2的出渣端,加煤排渣时,煤渣从出渣端 落入出渣通道16中,打开出渣门15,即可将煤渣从出渣通道16中取出,从而实现加煤和出 渣都在炉的同一侧的目的。出渣门在煤燃烧过程中都是关闭的,只有在出灰时才打开。在 制造时,出渣通道16与炉胆2连通可以是组装可拆式,也可以是固定地装配在一起。

- 一种卧式反烧环保节煤炉,包括有炉壳(14)、位于炉壳(14)上端的出火口(5),其特征在于:在所述炉壳(14)内呈卧式设置有炉胆(2),该炉胆(2)的一端为进煤端,另一端为出渣端,在所述炉壳(14)上设有进煤端的进煤门(7)以及出渣端的出渣门(15),在所述炉胆(2)的下方设有与所述炉壳(14)外部连通的进风通道(10),该进风通道(10)通过炉桥(12)连通所述的炉胆(2),在所述的炉桥(12)与所述进煤门(7)之间设有预热区底板(8)。
- 2. 根据权利要求l所述的卧式反烧环保节煤炉,其特征在于:所述的进煤门(7)是设 在所述炉壳(14)的侧壁。
- 3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的卧式反烧环保节煤炉,其特征在于:所述的出渣门(15) 是设在与所述进煤门(7)同侧的所述炉壳(14)的侧壁上,该出渣门(15)通过呈L形的出 渣通道(16)连通所述炉胆(2)的出渣端。
- 4. 根据权利要求l所述的卧式反烧环保节煤炉,其特征在于:在所述炉胆(2)的出渣 端连通有向炉的下部延伸的出渣通道(16),所述的出渣门(15)设在所述出渣通道(16)的 下端。
- 5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的卧式反烧环保节煤炉,其特征在于:在所述进风通道(10)的进风口处设有进风门(9),该进风门(9)是位于与所述进煤门(7)同侧的所述炉壳 (14)上的侧壁上。
- 6. 根据权利要求l所述的卧式反烧环保节煤炉,其特征在于:在所述炉壳(14)的夹层 内设有保温层(11)。
