Abstract

高效环保省柴节煤防氟炉 [0001] 技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种炉具,尤其涉及一种民用炉灶。
[0002] 背景技术:目前,大多数民用炉灶都是由面板、底座、将两者固定连接的炉身、固定 在炉身中的炉芯、以及设在炉芯下方的炉桥构成。在使用过程中,由于柴、煤常常积压在炉 芯的底部而堵塞炉桥,因此容易造成炉膛供氧不足而导致燃烧不充分;不仅燃料消耗大、浪 费严重,而且烟气污染大、热效率低;另外,传统民用炉灶在添加燃料时还必须将炉盖揭开, 既麻烦又容易造成烟气外逸而污染环境。
[0003] 发明内容:针对现有技术中存在的上述缺陷,本实用新型旨在提供一种热效率高、 节约燃料、烟气污染小的高效环保省柴节煤防氟炉。
[0004] 为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:它包括底座、固定该底座上的 炉身、固定在该炉身中的炉芯、固定在该炉身上的烟道和面板、设置在该炉芯下端口处的炉 桥、以及设置在炉桥下方的灰箱;设有若干通气孔呈筒状结构的二次燃烧罩固定在炉芯的 上端口 ;该二次燃烧罩的上端口设有将炉身分隔为上下两个部分的隔板,该隔板下方为设 有风门的供氧室、该隔板上方为设有加料门和烟道的加热室。
[0005] 在靠近烟道入口处的位置设有挡火板;在炉芯与炉身之间设有隔热层;在二次燃 烧罩的上端口处设有封火盖。
[0006] 与现有技术比较,本实用新型由于采用了上述技术方案,因此具有节约燃料、热效 率高、烟气污染小、使用方便等优点,具体分析如下:
[0007] 1)由于在原来民用炉灶的基础上增加了供氧室和二次燃烧罩,因此不仅增加了 炉芯上端口附近的氧气供应,使烟气中的可燃气体能够充分燃烧,而且还能使火焰更加集 中;
[0008] 2)由于在靠近烟道入口处的位置设置了挡火板,因此能够延长高温烟气贮留的时 间、减少了热量随烟道排放而造成能量损失;
[0009] 3)设置在炉身侧面的加料门既方便了添加燃料、又能够有效避免烟气外逸,避免 了烟气中的氟对人体造成的损害。

[0012] 具体实施方式:下面结合附图和具体的实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明: [0013] 如图1所示:面板1通过上大下小呈倒凸字型结构的炉身9固定在底座12上,炉 芯11固定在炉身9中的下段部分;设有若干通气孔4呈筒状结构的二次燃烧罩15固定在 炉芯11的上端口 ,在该二次燃烧罩的上端口设有将炉身9上段分隔为上下两部分的隔板5, 该隔板的上半部分区域为加热室2、该隔板的下半部分区域为供氧室8 ;加料门17和烟道7 设在炉身9的上段部分对应于加热室2的位置,在炉身9的上段部分对应于供氧室8的位置设有风门16。在炉芯12的下端口处设有推拉式的活动炉桥13,在该炉桥的下方是固定 在底座12上灰箱架,抽屉式的灰箱14设置在该灰箱架上。为了延长高温烟气贮留的时间、 减少热量随烟道排放造成能量损失,在靠近烟道7入口处的位置设有挡火板6 ;为了减少热 量通过炉身散失,在炉芯11与炉身9之间填充有保温材料形成的隔热层10。为了便于控制 火力的大小,可在二次燃烧罩15的上端口处设置封火盖3。

- 一种高效环保省柴节煤防氟炉,包括底座、固定在该底座上的炉身、固定在该炉身中的炉芯、固定在该炉身上的烟道和面板、设置在该炉芯下端口处的炉桥、以及设置在炉桥下方的灰箱;其特征在于:设有若干通气孔(4)呈筒状结构的二次燃烧罩(15)固定在炉芯(11)的上端口;该二次燃烧罩的上端口设有将炉身(9)分隔为上下两个部分的隔板(5),该隔板下方为设有风门(16)的供氧室(8)、该隔板上方为设有加料门(17)和烟道(7)的加热室(2)。
- 2. 根据权利要求1所述的高效环保省柴节煤防氟炉,其特征在于:在靠近烟道(7)入 口处的位置设有挡火板(6)。
- 3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的高效环保省柴节煤防氟炉,其特征在于:在炉芯(11)与 炉身(9)之间设有隔热层(10)。
- 4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的高效环保省柴节煤防氟炉,其特征在于:在二次燃烧罩 (15)的上端口处设有封火盖(3)。
- 5. 根据权利要求3所述的高效环保省柴节煤防氟炉,其特征在于:在二次燃烧罩(15) 的上端口处设有封火盖(3)。
