本实用新型在客车车架主梁上通过支撑柱固定安装有厚钢板，厚钢板和复合材料构成封闭的腔，在封闭腔内安装有非金属板，并且封闭的腔的空间里填充有软硬体材料。
本实用新型在客车的坐椅的背部安装有肩部安全带和腿部安全带。

具体实施方式：

防撞装置即可以安装在汽车的前面，也可以在汽车的后面安装，在汽车撞到物体时，整个防撞装置起到减震作用，将外来力量大部分吸收。
本实用新型在客车的坐椅3的背部安装有肩部安全带5和腿部安全带4。
车内人员在坐在坐椅上时，将双肩置于肩部安全带内部，再将腿部安全带扣在大腿上，基本可以将坐车人员固定在车座上，在发生碰撞事件时不会将人甩出。并且，肩部安全带和腿部安全带均是采用卡扣式的，在车体稳定后打开卡扣撤离。
