污泥滤饼破碎和传输装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种污泥传输装置，具体地说，涉及一种用于将污泥滤饼破碎和传输的装置。
背景技术
城市污水污泥、河道及湖泊清淤污泥的主要特性一般是有机物含量高、容易腐化发臭、颗粒较细、比重较小、含水率高、呈胶状结构的亲水性物质。一般要处理的污泥，其含水率在90％以上，根据以上特点，必须用脱水能力强的机械对其进行脱水。
目前用于污泥脱水的装置有板框压滤机。板框压滤机属于间歇式的脱水装置，其一次能够处理大量的湿污泥，并且能够承受很大的液压，因此脱水效果好。用板框压滤机压滤后的污泥一般含水率在60％，而此污泥则被压滤成很大的滤饼，通常的处理方法是先将这些块状的污泥破碎成小块，然后用皮带机输送到搅拌机内与其他物料混合，再送去干燥。这种污泥滤饼破碎和传输的方法，需要大体积的破碎装置和较长的皮带机，处理效率不高，容易造成工厂空间和资源的浪费。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够同时实现污泥滤饼破碎和传输的污泥滤饼破碎和传输装置。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用了以下技术方案：
本实用新型的污泥滤饼破碎和传输装置，它包括污泥传输槽，其特征在于：该污泥传输槽与水平地面成10°～20°的倾斜角，在所述污泥传输槽内设置有一有轴螺旋绞刀，在该有轴螺旋绞刀的外切面分布有若干锯齿，相邻的锯齿在剖面上形成30°～50°的夹角，所述有轴螺旋绞刀由电机带动。

由于采用了上述结构，当污泥在压滤机内压滤完毕，打开压滤机，大块的污泥滤饼就会落到本实用新型的污泥传输槽内，此时打开电机带动有轴螺旋绞刀进行转动，其中螺旋绞刀的转动方向与污泥传输槽倾斜向下的方向一致，有轴螺旋绞刀开动后，其外切面上的锯齿会把大块的污泥滤饼逐渐分割成小块，由于相邻两个锯齿在剖面上形成30°～50°的夹角，防止了有轴螺旋绞刀会卡在污泥滤饼上无法转动的事故，而分割成小块的污泥滤饼在重力和有轴螺旋绞刀推动力的作用下传输到下一个设备，故本实用新型将污泥滤饼破碎和传输的处理工艺一体化，可以同时实现污泥滤饼破碎和传输的处理过程，提高了加工效率，节约了工厂生产的资源。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，它们分别是本实用新型污泥滤饼破碎和传输装置的示意图及有轴螺旋绞刀外切面的剖视图。一种污泥滤饼破碎和传输装置，它包括污泥传输槽1。该污泥传输槽1与水平地面成10°的倾斜角，在该污泥传输槽1内设置有一有轴螺旋绞刀2，该有轴螺旋绞刀2与污泥传输槽1等长，在该有轴螺旋绞刀2的外切面分布有大量锯齿4，相邻的锯齿4在剖面上形成30°的夹角，如图2所示可见有轴螺旋绞刀2的中心轴5，其中该有轴螺旋绞刀2由电机带动。
本实用新型使用时，当污泥在压滤机内压滤完毕，打开压滤机，大块的污泥滤饼就会落到污泥传输槽1内，此时打开电机3带动有轴螺旋绞刀2进行转动，其中有轴螺旋绞刀2的转动方向与污泥传输槽1倾斜向下的方向一致，有轴螺旋绞刀2开动后，其外切面上的锯齿4会把大块的污泥滤饼逐渐分割成小块，由于相邻两个锯齿4在剖面上形成30°的夹角，防止了有轴螺旋绞刀2会卡在污泥滤饼上无法转动的事故，而分割成小块的污泥滤饼在重力和有轴螺旋绞刀2推动力的作用下传输到下一个设备，实现了本实用新型的功效。
总之，本实用新型虽然例举了上述优选实施方式，但是应该说明，显然本领域的技术人员可以进行各种变化和改型。因此，除非这样的变化和改型偏离了本实用新型的范围，否则都应该包括在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
