Abstract

一种高压空冷器管箱的密封结构,由管箱板和丝堵构成,管箱板中设置有工艺孔,工艺孔的外段内设置有螺纹,工艺孔的内段内设置有圆锥状台阶,丝堵设置在工艺孔的外段内、并通过螺纹与工艺孔连接,丝堵的前端设置有一个圆锥状的垫片,垫片的圆锥面与圆锥状台阶的圆锥面配合。本实用新型将现有技术中丝堵与垫片的平面密封结构改为两个锥面的线密封,只需很小的螺栓预紧力就可获得足以满足密封要求的密封比压,特别适用于高压工况。垫片与丝堵之间不会发生损伤垫片的相对运动,提高了密封可靠性。同时,密封结构设置在管箱内侧,介质无法与螺纹接触,不会产生螺纹咬死现象。

本实用新型涉及机械领域,尤其涉及空冷器,特别涉及高压空冷器管箱,具体的是一种高压空冷器管箱的密封结构。
背景技术:
石油炼制和化工过程中普遍采用空冷器作为冷却装置,空冷器中设置有管箱,管箱由单一的碳素钢或者单一的不锈钢板焊制而成,因制造工艺的需要,每个管箱上需钻几十个甚至几百个带有螺纹的工艺孔用于换管的焊接,等管箱制造完毕后再用丝堵将所有的孔堵死,使其在一定压力下工作时没有泄露。但是对于一些高压场合,如在加氢裂化和煤的液化装置中,高压空冷器(压力在18~22Mpa)的管箱上的丝堵在拧紧过程中与垫片发生相对运动,破坏了垫片表面质量,必须施以极大的丝堵力去压紧垫片,同时丝堵上的密封面与丝堵轴线的垂直度的制造偏差会导致密封失效。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种高压空冷器管箱的密封结构,这种高压空冷器管箱的密封结构要解决目前空冷器管箱的丝堵破坏垫片密封性能的技术问题。
本实用新型的高压空冷器管箱的密封结构由管箱板和丝堵构成,管箱板中设置有工艺孔,工艺孔的外段内设置有螺纹,工艺孔的内段内设置有圆锥状台阶,所述的丝堵设置在工艺孔的外段内、并通过螺纹与工艺孔连接,丝堵的前端设置有一个圆锥状的垫片,垫片的圆锥面与圆锥状台阶的圆锥面配合。
具体的,垫片的后端面中沿轴向设置有盲孔,垫片中沿径向设置有检漏孔,检漏孔与盲孔连通,丝堵的前端设置有凸出圆柱与垫片接触,丝堵中沿轴向设置有检漏通孔。
本实用新型的积极效果是明显的。本实用新型将现有技术中丝堵与垫片的平面密封结构改为两个锥面的线密封,只需很小的螺栓预紧力就可获得足以满足密封要求的密封比压,特别适用于高压工况。垫片与丝堵之间不会发生损伤垫片的相对运动,提高了密封可靠性。同时,密封结构设置在管箱内侧,介质无法与螺纹接触,不会产生螺纹咬死现象。

如图1、图2所示,本实用新型的高压空冷器管箱的密封结构由管箱板1和丝堵2构成,管箱板1中设置有工艺孔,工艺孔的外段内设置有螺纹,工艺孔的内段内设置有圆锥状台阶,所述的丝堵2设置在工艺孔的外段内、并通过螺纹与工艺孔连接,丝堵的前端设置有一个圆锥状的垫片3,垫片3的圆锥面与圆锥状台阶的圆锥面配合。
具体的,垫片3的后端面中沿轴向设置有盲孔4,垫片3中沿径向设置有检漏孔5,检漏孔5与盲孔4连通,丝堵2的前端设置有凸出圆柱,盲孔4内设置有螺纹便于垫片的安装和拆卸,丝堵2中沿轴向设置有检漏通孔6。

1.一种高压空冷器管箱的密封结构,由管箱板和丝堵构成,其特征在于:管箱板中设置有工艺孔,工艺孔的外段内设置有螺纹,工艺孔的内段内设置有圆锥状台阶,所述的丝堵设置在工艺孔的外段内、并通过螺纹与工艺孔连接,丝堵的前端设置有一个圆锥状的垫片,垫片的圆锥面与圆锥状台阶的圆锥面配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高压空冷器管箱的密封结构,其特征在于:垫片的后端面中沿轴向设置有盲孔,垫片中沿径向设置有检漏孔,检漏孔与盲孔连通,丝堵的前端设置有凸出圆柱与垫片接触,丝堵中沿轴向设置有检漏通孔。
