本实用新型涉及一种靠背可旋转的主要涉及家庭办公的座椅。特别涉及可旋转办公椅的靠背旋转即锁结构
背景技术
现有技术简易办公椅，靠背通过一支撑杆与椅座(或扶手)固定，支撑杆固定于底座上，或用螺栓把扶手固定在椅座和椅背两侧的扶手连接铁上，椅座、椅背和扶手为一个整体，使用者不能快速有效的安装办公椅。
发明内容
本实用新型为了改进消费者在安装靠背与椅座时耗时长、安装繁琐的缺陷，提供一种结构简单、安装简便快捷的椅用靠背锁紧装置
为实现本实用新型的目的采用如下技术方案：
一种椅用靠背锁紧装置，设于可转动的靠背与椅座之间，其特征在于，底座下固定有管状件，管状件内装圆柱梢，圆柱梢带有可使圆柱梢下滑的斜面，圆柱肖下端为复位簧体，圆柱梢下端设有手柄，所述靠背上固定有锁紧铁。
本实用新型的发明构思是为了减少椅子安装时所耗用的时间，设计一可旋转靠背，当靠背旋转至锁紧铁接触到园柱销斜面时，锁紧铁下压斜面，使得圆柱梢下滑，锁紧铁继续前移越过斜面后，圆柱梢复位将锁紧铁锁定于圆柱梢斜面后侧的槽或者与锁紧铁可扣合的装置中，这样可以快速便捷地实现靠背固定。
上述管状件通过基座固定于椅座底部，相对于斜面的后侧还设有一靠背后倾挡板。当靠背使用受力时，锁紧铁顶压靠背后倾挡板，下拉手柄，可释放锁紧铁使靠背下压折合到椅座的上方。
另一种实现的方式为在管状件上方设有一与锁紧铁相配合的锁紧扣。锁紧铁滑移插入基座插槽内时，管状件上方的锁紧扣将锁紧铁锁定；当需要折合靠背时，锁紧铁的扣合部下移，离开锁紧扣，使锁紧铁解锁松脱。
进一步，所述的手柄为一拉环，圆柱梢的一端自管状件下端伸出后，以拉环限定位置。
所述靠背的旋转结构，以靠背与扶手的销轴连接，实现靠背以销轴为支点转动。
本实用新型椅用靠背锁紧装置相对于现有技术中，通过圆柱梢和复位簧体，使靠背与椅座的连接简单和安装快捷，而且实现靠背可折合。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明：
实施例1
如图1～图4所示，一种椅用靠背锁紧装置，装于靠背1与椅座底板之间，靠背1可旋转，在运输包装时可以前倾折叠。
所述靠背锁紧装置包括锁扣和锁紧铁2，锁扣包括装于管内并可上下滑动的圆柱梢41、使圆柱梢即可复位的簧体42和圆柱梢下端的拉环43。
锁扣由外管4焊接在于基座6，基座6通过螺钉固定于椅座3底部，外管4内装圆柱梢41，圆柱梢41穿进复位簧体42及外管4，下端自外管4伸出下装一拉环43。圆柱梢41包含有对向锁紧铁2的斜面41a，当斜面41a受力时，圆柱梢41下滑。
见图3靠背1二边装一对连接角铁11，二只销轴13或者螺丝通过扶手7的安装孔装在连接角铁11上，形成旋转支点，扶手7和靠背1之间可以为垫圈12，销轴13后端可以加胶塞14。
锁紧铁2固定于靠背1下端，靠背1往上旋转时，锁紧铁2压向圆柱梢41的斜面41a，圆柱梢41下滑，锁紧铁2可以随着靠背1继续滑移，直到越过斜面，此时圆柱梢41复位，锁紧铁2的卡钩锁定于斜面后侧，本实施例中基座6与椅座之间固定有后倾档板5，与圆柱梢恰好保持有小而容置锁紧铁2下端卡钩的距离，靠背1在使用中，通过锁紧铁2锁紧于圆柱梢41和后倾档板5之间。当拉下拉环，圆柱梢41压缩，靠背1即予折叠。

1.一种椅用靠背锁紧装置，设于可转动的靠背与椅座之间，其特征在于，底座下固定有管状件，管状件内装圆柱梢，圆柱梢带有可使圆柱梢下滑的斜面，圆柱肖下端为复位簧体，圆柱梢下端设有手柄，所述靠背上固定有锁紧铁。
2.如权利要求1所述的椅用靠背锁紧装置，其特征在于管状件通过基座固定于椅座底部，相对于斜面的后侧还设有一靠背后倾挡板。
3.如权利要求1所述的椅用靠背锁紧装置，其特征在于管状件上方设有一与锁紧铁相配合的锁紧扣。
4.如权利要求1～3之一所述的椅用靠背锁紧装置，其特征在于所述的手柄为一拉环，圆柱梢的一端自管状件下端伸出后，以拉环限定位置。
5.如权利要求4所述的椅用靠背锁紧装置，其特征在于靠背与扶手为销轴连接。
