本实用新型涉及叶轮,具体涉及增氧机的一体化叶轮。
背景技术
增氧机是水产养殖中的一种增氧机械,传统的叶轮增氧机的叶轮全部采用钢质材料经加工整形焊接而成,存在着动力效率低,易腐蚀,使用寿命短等问题。目前,由塑料注塑成型的叶轮体和幅板构成的增氧机叶轮,叶轮体由叶片和锥体整体注塑成形,叶轮体和幅板通过紧固件连接在一起,采用上述结构的叶轮耐腐蚀,使用寿命长,平衡度好,使用效率高,但是,叶轮体和幅板连接或幅板与传动件连接时,一只扳手在一端相对固定紧固件螺栓,而另一只扳手在另一端旋转螺母,拆装维修不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种增氧机的一体化叶轮,拆装便捷,提高工效。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:该叶轮由塑料注塑成型的叶轮体和幅板构成,叶轮体和幅板通过紧固件连接在一起,叶片和锥体整体注塑成叶轮体,其特征在于:在锥体和幅板上分别设一组凹槽式六角头螺栓安装孔。
本实用新型的增氧机的一体化叶轮中,在锥体的中心位设大孔径锥孔,锥孔直径为锥体直径的20-30%。
当叶轮体和幅板或幅板与传动件连接安装时,六角头螺栓安置在凹槽式六角头螺栓安装孔内,在螺栓的另一端通过螺母直接紧固;使用时,叶轮体旋转大孔径锥孔处形成负压,充分翻搅提升水。
本实用新型具有以下优点:①六角头螺栓安装孔定位螺栓一端不跟转,拆装便捷,工效提高;②叶轮体旋转时,大孔径锥孔产生离心力,充分翻搅,提升水,增加氧含量。

如图1、2、3所示,该叶轮由塑料注塑成型的叶轮体1和幅板2构成,叶轮体1和幅板2通过紧固件连接在一起,叶片4和锥体3整体注塑成叶轮体1,其特征在于:在锥体3和幅板2上分别设一组凹槽式六角头螺栓安装孔5。
本实用新型的增氧机的一体化叶轮中,在锥体3的中心位设大孔径锥孔8,锥孔直径为锥体直径的20-30%。
当叶轮体1和幅板2或幅板2与传动件连接安装时,六角头螺栓6安置在凹槽式六角头螺栓安装孔5内,在螺栓6的另一端通过螺母7直接紧固;使用时,叶轮体施转,大孔径锥孔处形成离心力产生负压,充分翻搅提升水,增加水中氧含量。
