本实用新型是一种适用于机械行业中联接两同轴线传动轴系,具有一定补偿两轴偏移和减振缓冲性能的联轴器。
背景技术
机械联接被广泛地使用在机器的制造、安装、维修等过程中,目前,常用联接方式的联轴器主要有两大形式:刚性和挠性联接;刚性联轴器存在的主要问题是电动机输出轴与联接轴之间为刚性联接,当电机输出轴与联接轴之间同轴度超差时,容易引起振动,产生噪音,降低传动精度,降低电机使用寿命;挠性联轴器的缺陷则是由于联轴器本身联接刚性不足,当需要反转时,容易产生反向间隙。特别是要求精度较高的机床业,很难满足其技术要求,制约了整机精度水平的提高,随着我国机床制造装备的迅速发展,高精度机电一体化数控机床越来越得到用户的认同,因此,需要以其精度更高的联接方式,满足数控设备高速、高精度发展的要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够补偿两轴偏移和减振缓冲性能的锥形胀紧波纹管联轴器。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案是:一种锥形胀紧波纹管联轴器,其特点是:其中包括内胀套、外胀套、波纹管、锁紧螺母,波纹管两端内径与外胀套配合,并与外胀套外端沿周向焊接,内胀套与外胀套靠锥形面接触,内胀套沿轴向左右两方向交错开槽,锁紧螺母与内胀套两端连接。
本实用新型的优点是:体积小,扭转刚度大,重量轻,同向质量分布均匀,转动惯量力小,动静平衡性能好,转动精度高,补偿轴向位移及两端线不对中性能好,可用于以传递扭距为主的各种精密机械中,具有较好的性能价格比和非常广泛的发展前景。

一种锥形胀紧波纹管联轴器,联轴器的弹性元件为压制成波纹形的空心薄壁圆筒,如图1所示,其中包括内胀套1、外胀套3、波纹管4、锁紧螺母2,波纹管4两端内径与外胀套3配合,并与外胀套3外端沿周向焊接,内胀套1与外胀套3靠锥形面接触,其中,内胀套1沿轴向左右两方向交错开槽,锁紧螺母2与内胀套1两端连接,保证径向锁紧力的存在,通过锁紧螺母2施紧,使内胀套在径向产生一个弹性压缩量,随着内胀套向外胀套锥形大端移动量的增加,胀套的径向压缩量不断增大,当达到一定数量值时,内外胀套的间隙消除,并产生一定的过盈量,形成锁紧力使联轴器与被联接轴之间无相对转动,被联接的二轴可以不用加工键槽,简化了加工工艺,增加轴的强度,并使联接轴与联轴器具有良好的对中性。
