Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种轧机机架辊水冷式齿轮箱体，在齿轮箱体的底面预制、加工水槽，焊接齿轮箱底板密封水槽，在齿轮箱体底部、水槽一侧焊接进水口，另一侧焊接出水口；冷却水由进水口进入齿轮箱底的水槽，将热量吸收，由出水口排出；润滑油中的热量被冷却水带出，降低了润滑油中的温度，杜绝了漏油，齿轮、轴承、密封圈处于正常工作状态下，延长了使用寿命，保证了齿轮箱的传动效率。

背景技术
目前，公知的轧机机架辊齿轮箱内采用稀油润滑，被轧钢板的高温通过输送辊、轴承及齿轮传递给齿轮箱内的润滑油，箱内的润滑油温度不断升高，过热的润滑油使油封很快失效，齿轮箱漏油，不得不改为定期注入干油的方式润滑，齿轮箱的传动效率降低，损伤齿轮和轴承，降低了齿轮箱的连续使用周期。
发明内容
为了克服上述技术上的不足，本实用新型提供了一种轧机机架辊水冷式齿轮箱体，该水冷式齿轮箱体不仅能有效冷却齿轮和轴承，而且还能延长齿轮箱的使用周期。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：在齿轮箱体的底面预制、加工水槽，焊接齿轮箱底板密封水槽，在齿轮箱体底部、水槽一侧焊接进水口，另一侧焊接出水口；冷却水由进水口进入齿轮箱底的水槽，将热量吸收，由出水口排出。
本实用新型的有益效果是：润滑油中的热量被冷却水带出，降低了润滑油中的温度，杜绝了漏油，齿轮、轴承、密封圈处于正常工作状态下，延长了使用寿命，保证了齿轮箱的传动效率。
