Abstract
一种单元板组合式空调风柜壳体，由多块单元板拼接组合而成，每块单元板为面板四周嵌插塑料框条组成，面板为内、外板中间夹硬质泡沫塑料保温板，塑料框内插有加强角铁，面板与框条为插入式联接，用螺钉把单元板平接或直角联接即成为壳体。

所属技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种中央空调末端设备-柜式风机盘管机组或组合空调(简称空调风柜)的壳体，功能是把过滤器、换热器、风机、电机等零部件固定并保护。
背景技术
目前，公知空调风柜的壳体是用铝或铁型材联成六面体框架，再把面板固定在框架上。
空调风柜工作时，壳体内、外空气的温度有较大的温差，热量会沿着金属框架和面板在壳体内、外迅速传递，为阻截能量流失，要在金属框架内面及面板与框架间粘贴较厚的保温材料，不仅工艺复杂还提高了成本。
面板与框架间漏风也是常见弊病，既增加能耗，还导致漏风处外面板凝露滴水，为减少漏风需提高面板的尺寸精度和端面平整度，这对加工设备精度和工人操作水平都有较高要求。
为适应空调风柜风压和尺寸的变化，面板会有两种厚度，则框架也要有两种尺寸才行。总之，现有空调风柜壳体的结构和材料决定了它的高成本和低生产效率。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种性能良好、成本低、可高效生产的空调风柜壳体。
硬质改性塑料绝热性好，容重小，价格低，成型容易，防腐性好，兼有刚性和弹性，寿命长，可回收再生，是替代金属制作空调风柜框条的理想材料。
其解决方案是：空调风柜壳体改为多块单元板拼接组合结构，每块单元板由面板四周嵌插塑料框条组成；面板为内、外板(金属或塑料)中间夹硬质泡沫塑料保温板；塑料框条内插有加强角铁，面板与框条为插入式联接，中间夹软泡沫塑料条密封；单元板可平接或直角联接，联接用螺钉紧固，并在相邻的框条间夹衬软泡沫塑料条以确保密封性，紧固螺钉可明装亦可暗装，暗装须先将框条外边开孔，螺钉在孔内紧固，再用塑料盖封孔。
本实用新型的进一步改进是：把塑料框条分解为主框条和副条，二者能快捷拼合及拆分，由此可方便实现螺钉的暗装紧固和拆卸。
同上，且副条能双向锁紧主框条，限制框条变形。
增加一塑料扩展条，将其套在主框条的里脚上，即组合成另一面板厚度用框条，此时保温板端面需开一装配槽，兼可提升面板的耐压强度，组合功能使物料通用，减少备料。
本实用新型的有益效果是：采用塑料及新型结构的空调风柜壳体，可简化制造工艺，减小对设备和工人的依赖，提高生产效率，降低材料和生产成本，减少漏风率和热损耗，减轻壳体重量，提高框架的防腐性。

具体实施方式
在图1.中，主框条(1)、副条(2)和角铁(3)组合成单边框条；内面板(4)、保温板(5)和外面板(6)组装成面板；把面板插入主框条(1)的里、外脚之间锁紧，并衬软泡沫塑料(7)密封。
在图2.中，按图1.组装的两块单元板成180°将两边框紧密对接后中间用螺钉(11)紧固，里边贴软泡沫塑料(13)，外放平联接铁片(12)，再用螺钉(10)紧固在框条(1)上。
在图3.中，按图1.组装的两块单元板成90°将两边框紧密拼接，中间夹有软泡沫塑料(8)，两框条(1)用螺钉(9)紧固，副条(2)紧固前拆下，紧固后装上。
在图4中，把扩展条(14)套在主框条(1)的里脚上则板厚加大，内板(4)、保温板(5)和外板(6)组成的厚面板插入框条，其间夹软泡沫塑料(7)密封，保温板(5)在端面开装配槽。
Claims (4)
1.一种单元板组合式空调风柜壳体，其特征是：由多块单元板拼接组合而成，每块单元板为面板四周嵌插塑料框条组成，面板为内、外板中间夹硬质泡沫塑料保温板，塑料框条内插有加强角铁，用螺钉把单元板平接或直角联接组合成壳体，面板端面与框条间及拼接时相邻框条间夹软泡沫塑料条密封。
2.根据权利要求1.所述的空调风柜壳体，其特征是：把塑料框条分解为主框条和副条，二者能快速拼合及拆分。
3.根据权利要求2.所述的空调风柜壳体，其特征是：副条能双向锁紧主框条。
4.根据权利要求2.或3.所述的空调风柜壳体，其特征是：增加一塑料扩展条，将其套在主框条里脚上，即组合成另一面板厚度用框条。
