(二)背景技术:
太阳能电池组件在生产时,需将电池片置于串模板上进行焊带的焊接,现有技术中,太阳能电池组件生产用串模板一般为一张平胶木板或平板钢化玻璃,其不足之处是,生产时太阳能电池焊带表面常产生压花现象。此外,电池片排列容易不够整齐,不同时在一条直线上,电池串条的外观差。
(三)发明内容:
本实用新型旨在提供一种能生产出外观较好的太阳能电池组件生产用串模板。
本实用新型的技术解决方案如下:
一种太阳能电池组件生产用串模板,包括置于电池片下的一张平板,其特征在于:所述平板上开有两条槽,两槽之间的距离与同一电池片上两主栅线之间的距离一致,槽深略大于焊带厚度,串焊时电池片下面的焊带正好在落在槽中。
该技术方案的积极作用在于:焊接时焊带与槽底不接触,焊带表面不会有压花现象,电池片焊带外观光亮平整。
进一步的技术方案为:
在所述平板的一侧固定连接有一个与平板相垂直的具有一定高度的直板,该直板与最近的槽之间的距离等于电池片主栅线与电池片边缘之间的距离。
生产时,电池片的一边依靠直板,可确保电池串条成一直线。

参见附图,本实用新型实施例为生产时置于电池片下的一张平板1,该平板上开有两条槽2,槽深略大于焊带厚度,两槽之间的距离与同一电池片上两主栅线之间的距离一致,该平板的一侧还固定连接有一个与平板相垂直的具有一定高度的直板3,该直板与最近的槽之间的距离等于电池片主栅线与电池片边缘之间的距离。串焊生产时,电池片的一边依靠直板3,此时,电池片下面的焊带正好在落在槽2中。既可确保电池串条成一直线,同时,焊带与槽底又不接触,焊带表面不会有压花现象,电池片焊带外观光亮平整。

1、一种太阳能电池组件生产用串模板,包括置于电池片下的一张平板,其特征在于:所述平板上开有两条槽,两槽之间的距离与同一电池片上两主栅线之间的距离一致,槽深略大于焊带厚度。
