背景技术
电池在生产出来之后,要放到电池测试机上测试其容量、内阻、自放电等性能。一台电池测试机中,水平设置多个工位构成排,自上而下设有多排工位构成列。中国专利申请号200620063148给出了一种可记载电池与工位对应关系的电池测试机,其设有条形码扫描仪读取位于工位处的电池上的条形码。由于电池分多排放置在工位上,工人操作时需逐一对准扫描,由于电池排布密集,条形码扫描仪稍有偏移就容易误读旁边电池的条形码。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是给出可防止误读条形码的电池测试机。
电池测试机,其水平设置多个工位构成排,自上而下设有多排工位构成列,其特征是,设有竖直导轨和可沿竖直导轨移动和定位的水平导轨,条形码扫描仪装在水平导轨上可沿水平导轨移动。
由于水平导轨可沿竖直导轨移动,只要调整水平导轨的高度,便对应一排工位上的电池,定位水平导轨后调整条形码扫描仪的位置,即可分别对准每一节电池,对准后再扫描,就不会误读旁边电池的条形码。

具体实施方式
竖直导轨1上对应每一排工位设有插栓,水平导轨2上设有对应的插孔,水平导轨2可沿竖直导轨1移动。调整水平导轨2的高度对准一排工位,把插栓插入插孔使水平导轨2定位。
水平导轨2上也可设置夹持机构,调整水平导轨2的高度对准一排工位,用夹持机构夹紧竖直导轨1也可实现定位。
水平导轨2和条形码扫描仪3也可由电机驱动实现平移和定位。

1.电池测试机,其水平设置多个工位构成排,自上而下设有多排工位构成列,其特征是,设有竖直导轨(1)和可沿竖直导轨(1)移动和定位的水平导轨(2),条形码扫描仪(3)装在水平导轨(2)上可沿水平导轨(2)移动。
