本实用新型属于爆炸波吹灰技术领域,具体涉及一种爆炸波吹灰器用燃料气-空气混合器。
背景技术
爆炸波吹灰器又名脉冲吹灰器、冲击波吹灰器、激波吹灰器等,最早是由乌克兰的科技人员于上世纪八十年代最先提出的,主要是使燃料与助燃气体形成的预混气在通过喷管与烟道连通的爆炸罐内燃烧爆炸,通过爆炸冲击波的冲击作用和高速射流的冲刷作用清除换热面和烟道壁面的积灰。国内则自上世纪九十年代开始发展,由于清灰效果好且能够清除顽固性灰垢,发展十分迅速。
已有的爆炸波吹灰器都是采用空气作为助燃气体的,燃料也大多采用气体燃料,因而都需要混合器将燃料气和空气混合成均匀的可燃预混气,已有的混合器其混合气流道的厚度都在10mm以上,这种混合器的混合均匀度较差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种爆炸波吹灰器用燃料气-空气混合器,与已有技术相比,这种混合器的混合均匀度更好。
本实用新型的方案是:一种爆炸波吹灰器用燃料气-空气混合器,主要包括燃料气腔室、空气流道和混合气流道,在燃料气腔室的壁上具有与空气流道相通的燃料气出气口,朝着混合气的流动方向,在最前面的燃料气出气口向前L长的距离段内,混合气流道的厚度为B,其中B≤5mm,L≥4B。
小于或等于5mm的混合气流道厚度比已有技术大幅度地降低了混合气流的横向尺寸,这就使气流的流胞更易于在横向混合;实验表明:在使燃料气与空气的混合气流的厚度B小于或等于5mm、同时使燃料气与空气的混合气流处于紊流状态的前提下,自最下游的燃料气出气口开始朝向混合气的流动方向4B的距离段内,燃料气与空气就能够混合到基本均匀了。所以与已有技术相比,本实用新型的混合器的混合均匀度更好。
本实用新型的主要优点在于:
1.混合均匀度比已有技术好,试验证明,这种混合方法及装置的混合均匀度与已有技术相比具有较大的提高;
2.由于混合均匀度提高,爆炸波吹灰器的电点火头的积碳减轻,使用寿命更长,维护更简单,而且可以安装在距离混合装置很近的混合气流道上;
3.由于混合均匀度提高,在其它条件不变的前提下,更节省燃料气,混合气的爆炸强度也更高;
4.由于混合均匀度提高,混合器可以设计的更短,这对于爆炸波吹灰器混合点火部分的小型化、集约化、模块化设计具有十分重要的意义。

实施例1:
如附图1、附图2所示,本实施例的混合器主要包括空气管1和燃料气管3,燃料气管3套在空气管1内且二者的纵向中心线重合,燃料气管3外与空气管1内的环形空间的宽度为2.5mm,在燃料气管3的端部焊接有一块圆形的封板4,燃料气管3与封板4围成的管内空间构成了燃料气腔室6,在燃料气管3的管壁上,具有两圈沿圆周均匀分布的出气小孔2、8,这些小孔的直径是1.5mm,燃料气管3外与空气管1内的环形空间,被左端第一圈出气孔2分成左右两部分,左边的是空气流道7,右边的是混合气流道5,自右端起第一圈出气小孔8至燃料气管3的末端的距离为30mm。

1.一种爆炸波吹灰器用燃料气-空气混合器,主要包括燃料气腔室(6)、空气流道(7)和混合气流道(5),其特征在于:在燃料气腔室(6)的壁上具有与空气流道(7)相通的燃料气出气口(2),朝着混合气的流动方向,在最前面的燃料气出气口(2)向前L长的距离段内,混合气流道的厚度为B,其中B≤5mm,L≥4B。
