实施方案:
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:由散热壳体,前,后盖,电路板,场效应管,场效应管压块,电子元件,导线联结,场效应管,电子元件焊接在电路板上,将电路板插入散热壳体内,盖上前,后盖,引出导线,将场效应管压块压入壳体内。
本实用新型的有益效果是,结构简捷,散热性能好,体积小,装配方便。

具体实施方案:散热壳体(1)内插入电路板(2)并在电路板(2)上对称焊有多个场效应管(3)将场效应管压块(4)压入两侧场效应管(3)之间,固定前盖(5)引出插口(7),固定后盖(6)引出电机线(8),并在散热壳体内注入环氧树脂。
