本实用新型公开了一种烟道烟气余热回收装置,包括热管,热交换室,热交换室设置烟道外上部,热交换室内灌有导热油,热管一头插在烟道内,另一头插在热交换室内,热管内填充有高温或低温介质,热交换室内设置多根蒸气蛇形管换热器,多根蒸气蛇形管换热器进水端连接分水器,出汽端连接蒸气集合器,插在热交换室内的热管排列在蒸气蛇形管换热器两侧。蛇形管在一定距离情况下,较直管长几倍,水在内加热时间长,蒸汽产生效率高,蛇形管中间一段是直管,热管与蒸气直管距离均匀,热交换好,直管压力均匀,管体不会变形、开裂,压力不会损失,并且换热量大;管体两端弯头弯度小,压力损失比盘管小很多。

本实用新型涉及一种能源回收装置,具体指一种烟道烟气余热回收装置。
技术背景:
在锅炉和溴化锂中央空调及窑炉的烟道的高温烟气带走了约15-25%的热量,浪费了能源,污染了空气。专利号为02223946.4的烟道余热回收装置主要回收烟气的显热,包括热管,水箱,进水管、出水管,水箱设置烟道外上部,热管一头插在烟道内,另一头插在水箱内,热管内填充有高温或低温介质,热管吸收的热能传到水箱内,水箱内有盘管换热器,进行热交换,该余热回收装置存在着下列缺点:1.热管插在烟道内一头排列是定位的,满足优化排列,以获得烟道内最佳热交换,插在水箱内另一头则不一定靠近盘管换热器,热管与盘管换热器距离不均匀,热交换差;2.盘管换热器弯头多,压力损失大,换热量低,影响效率;3.水箱、盘管换热器分立设置,结构复杂,制作成本高。4.如盘管内产生10kg/cm蒸汽压力时,盘管换热器弯头与直管压力不均匀,产生不均匀变形,易导致管体开裂。因此,该余热回收装置盘管换热器内难产生蒸汽。如将盘管改成蒸汽直管换热器,水箱、直管换热器不分立设置,整体设置,则热管与蒸汽直管换热器距离均匀,热交换好,弯头少,压力不会损失,换热量大,但有以下不足,在一定距离情况下,蒸汽直管距离短,水在直管内运行加热时间少,蒸汽直管内产生蒸汽的效果不理想。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种在一定距离情况下,热管与换热器距离均匀,热交换好,换热量大,水在换热器内运行加热时间长,蒸汽产生效率高的烟道烟气余热回收装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样来实现的,该烟道烟气余热回收装置,包括热管,热交换室,热交换室设置烟道外上部,热交换室内灌有导热油,热管一头插在烟道内,另一头插在热交换室内,热管内填充有高温或低温介质,热交换室内设置多根蒸气蛇形管,多根蒸气蛇形管进水端连接分水器,出汽端连接蒸气集合器,插在热交换室内的热管排列在蒸气蛇形管两侧。
所述的蒸气蛇形管管体弯头处设置有加强肋。
由于该烟道烟气余热回收装置,热交换室内设置多根蒸气蛇形管,多根蒸气蛇形管进水端连接分水器,出汽端连接蒸气集合器,插在热交换室内的热管排列在蒸气蛇形管两侧,蒸气蛇形管管体包括直管、弯头两部份,管体中间一段是直管,热管与直管距离均匀,热交换好,直管压力均匀,不会变形,管体不会开裂,压力也不会损失,承压高,并且换热量大;蒸气蛇形管两端弯头弯度小,压力损失比盘管小很多,管体弯头处设置有加强肋,增加弯头承压强度,受热交换室尺寸的限制,所述的蒸气蛇形管在一定距离情况下,较直管长几倍,水在蛇形管内运行加热时间长,蒸汽产生效率高,。

参考图1——图5,该烟道烟气余热回收装置,包括热管6,热交换室3,热交换室3设置烟道9外上部,热交换室3内灌有导热油,热管6一头插在烟道9内,另一头插在热交换室3内,热管6内填充有高温或低温介质,热交换室3内设置多根蒸气蛇形管4,多根蒸气蛇形管4进水端连接分水器8,出汽端连接蒸气集合器2,插在热交换室3内的热管6排列在蒸气蛇形管4两侧。烟道9烟气从进烟口1进来,被热管6换热后从出烟口7出去,蒸气蛇形管4管体包括直管、弯头两部份,所述的蒸气蛇形管4管体弯头处设置有加强肋5。
蒸气蛇形管4可水平设置,热交换室3内水平设置多层蒸气蛇形管4,蒸气蛇形管4内的水在同一平面流过热交换室3;蒸气蛇形管4也可垂直设置,热交换室3内多根蒸气蛇形管4垂直设置,将多根蒸气蛇形管4依次连接,蒸气蛇形管4内的水在热交换室3内有垂直流动和水平流动,水在热交换室3内运行加热时间更长,蒸汽产生效率也就更高。
分水器8、蒸气集合器2可以装在热交换室3内,也可装在热交换室3外,插在热交换室3内的热管6排列在蒸气蛇形管4两侧,水泵泵出的水进入分水器8,在多根蒸气蛇形管4内加热汽化,经蒸气集合器2出来的蒸气进入蒸气储汽缸。

1、一种烟道烟气余热回收装置,包括热管,热交换室,热交换室设置烟道外上部,热交换室内灌有导热油,热管一头插在烟道内,另一头插在热交换室内,热管内填充有高温或低温介质,其特征是:热交换室内设置多根蒸气蛇形管,多根蒸气蛇形管进水端连接分水器,出汽端连接蒸气集合器,插在热交换室内的热管排列在蒸气蛇形管两侧。
2、根据权利要求1所述的烟道烟气余热回收装置,其特征是:所述的蒸气蛇形管管体弯头处设置有加强肋。
