本实用新型公开了一种烟道烟气余热回收装置,包括热管,热交换室,热交换室设置烟道外上部,热管一头插在烟道内,另一头插在热交换室内,热管内填充有高温或低温介质,热交换室为一整体室,室内灌有导热油,热交换室内设置多根蒸气直管,多根蒸气直管进水端连接分水器,出汽端连接蒸气集合器,插在热交换室内的热管排列在蒸气直管两侧。热管与蒸气直管距离均匀,热交换好;蒸气直管没弯头,直管压力均匀,不会变形,管体不会开裂,压力也不会损失,承压高,并且换热量大,能产生蒸汽,热交换室为一整体室,结构简单、制作成本低。

在锅炉和溴化锂中央空调及窑炉的烟道的高温烟气带走了约15-25%的热量,浪费了能源,污染了空气。专利号为02223946.4的烟道余热回收装置主要回收烟气的显热,包括热管,水箱,进水管、出水管,水箱设置烟道外上部,热管一头插在烟道内,另一头插在水箱内,热管内填充有高温或低温介质,热管吸收的热能传到水箱内,水箱内有盘管换热器,进行热交换,该余热回收装置存在着下列缺点:1.热管插在烟道内一头排列是定位的,满足优化排列,以获得烟道内最佳热交换,插在水箱内另一头则不一定靠近盘管换热器,热管与盘管换热器距离不均匀,热交换差;2.盘管换热器弯头多,压力损失大,换热量低,影响效率;3.水箱、盘管换热器分立设置,结构复杂,制作成本高。4.如盘管内产生10kg/cm蒸汽压力时,盘管换热器弯头与直管压力不均匀,产生不均匀变形,易导致管体开裂。因此,该余热回收装置盘管换热器内难产生蒸汽。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种热管与换热器距离均匀,热交换好,弯头少,压力不会损失,换热量大,效率高的烟道烟气余热回收装置,并且该烟道烟气余热回收装置结构简单、制作成本低、换热器内能产生蒸汽。
本实用新型的目的是这样来实现的,该烟道烟气余热回收装置,包括热管,热交换室,热交换室设置烟道外上部,热交换室内灌有导热油,热管一头插在烟道内,另一头插在热交换室内,热管内填充有高温或低温介质,热交换室内设置多根蒸气直管,多根蒸气直管进水端连接分水器,出汽端连接蒸气集合器,插在热交换室内的热管排列在蒸气直管两侧。
所述的热管管体可分为上下两部份,上下两部份管体不在同一轴线上。
由于该烟道烟气余热回收装置,热管一头插在烟道内,另一头插在热交换室内,热交换室内灌有导热油,热交换室内设置多根蒸气直管,多根蒸气直管进水端连接分水器,出汽端连接蒸气集合器,插在热交换室内的热管排列在蒸气直管两侧,热管与蒸气直管距离均匀,热交换好;蒸气直管没弯头,直管压力均匀,不会变形,管体不会开裂,压力也不会损失,承压高,并且换热量大,能产生蒸汽,热交换室可设为一整体室,蒸气直管为整体置于内,结构简单、制作成本低。

具体实施方式:
参考图1——图5,该烟道烟气余热回收装置,包括热管4,热交换室5,热交换室5设置烟道10外上部,热管4一头插在烟道10内,另一头插在热交换室5内,热管4内填充有高温或低温介质,烟道10烟气从进烟口12进来,被热管4换热后从出烟口11出去,热交换室5可为一整体室,也可分立,室内灌有导热油,热交换室5内设置多根蒸气直管6,多根蒸气直管6进水端3连接分水器2,出汽端连接蒸气集合器7,分水器2、蒸气集合器7可以装在热交换室5内,也可装在热交换室5外,插在热交换室5内的热管4排列在蒸气直管6两侧。水泵1泵出的水进入分水器2,在多根蒸气直管6内加热汽化,经蒸气集合器7出来的蒸气进入蒸气储汽缸8,止回阀9阻止蒸气回流。
所述的热管可为整体热管4也可分为上下两部份热管13,上下两部份热管13的管体不在同一轴线上,错开距离h,根据需要,可以让插在热交换室5内热管13上部份管体排列在蒸气直管6两侧,距离均匀,热交换好,而烟道10内热管13下部份管体又能满足优化排列。

1、一种烟道烟气余热回收装置,包括热管,热交换室,热交换室设置烟道外上部,热交换室内灌有导热油,热管一头插在烟道内,另一头插在热交换室内,热管内填充有高温或低温介质,其特征是:热交换室内设置多根蒸气直管,多根蒸气直管进水端连接分水器,出汽端连接蒸气集合器,插在热交换室内的热管排列在蒸气直管两侧。
2、根据权利要求1所述的烟道烟气余热回收装置,其特征是:所述的热管管体可分为上下两部份,上下两部份管体不在同一轴线上。
