技术领域
本发明涉及一种自推进式真空清洁设备,用于清洁特别是在私人家庭区域内的光滑和织物的地面覆盖物,该设备具有壳体、真空抽风机、电驱动清洁辊、电驱动机构、电子控制装置以及电源。
背景技术
自推进式真空清洁设备已由参考文献U.S.5787545和EP0803224B1公开,并且在实际中已存在有多种实施方式。已知的实施方式以可充电电池作为电源,其在操作间歇在充电站中手动或者自动进行充电。在清洁操作过程中,自推进式真空清洁设备由电子控制装置控制,该电子控制装置作用于电驱动机构。可以设置各种接触型或者非接触型传感器,以识别障碍物和墙壁。此外,还已知在其电子控制装置的存储器中以电子地图的形式存储行进路径,以便能够在尽可能短的时间内清洁全部区域。对于典型的40瓦的功率需求量,直至可充电电池放完电的工作时间约为一小时。根据专利文献U.S.5787545,其中描述的真空清洁用具,应当具有较小的尺寸和最多100瓦的较低的最大电功率,从而典型地,其中最多5至10瓦被分配至真空抽风机,2至3瓦被分配至驱动机构中的马达。这种已知的真空清洁用具适用于从光滑地面覆盖物上去除粗糙、松散的颗粒,例如碎屑和线头。相反地,其对于织物地面覆盖物的清洁效果是不足的。
发明内容
基于上述背景,本发明的目的是提供一种自推进式真空清洁设备,其对于光滑地面覆盖物和织物地面覆盖物均具有令人满意的清洁能力。
根据本发明实现了上述目的,其中,在清洁操作过程中,自推进式真空清洁用具的最大电功率介于150至300瓦,从而120至220瓦被分配至真空抽风机,10至40瓦被分配至清洁辊的电动辊驱动器,并且5至40瓦被分配至驱动机构,从而电子控制装置的功率需求量小于最大电功率的5%。自推进式真空清洁设备的最大电功率涉及各个单独部件的最大电功率的值之和。根据本发明,对于光滑地面和织物地面覆盖物,能够在所述的最大电功率范围内取得相对均衡的抽真空性能,从而所需的电源容量没有不成比例地变大。对于具有较低最大电功率的自推进式真空清洁用具,必须将各部件设计得性能减弱,并且,织物地面覆盖物的有效清洁不可能与电源如何在各单独部件之间分配无关。对于增大最大电功率达到超出上述范围的情况,所需电源可能相当大并且由于该原因是不利的。还必须说明,即使对于最优的功率分配情况,当超出上述最大电功率时,清洁效果不会与电功率成比例地增加,并且,为提高清洁效果需要不成比例地额外消耗大量的电功率。根据本发明,自推进式真空清洁设备的各部件的电功率分配对于本发明同样至关重要,其中,将大部分电功率用于真空抽风机。
电子控制装置通常具有多种接触型传感器或者非接触作用传感器,以及至少一个用于驱动机构的电子控制器。适当的非接触型传感器可以作为例如声、电磁或者光传输与接收单元。电子控制装置需要的电功率在很大程度内与设计余量(remainder)以及真空清洁用具的重量无关,并且不直接对由真空抽风机和辊驱动器确定的额定抽真空功率产生影响。根据本发明,因此确定自推进式真空清洁设备的尺寸以便将小于5%的最大电功率分配至电子控制装置。
要施加给驱动机构的电功率同样不会导致真空清洁用具的抽真空功率的改进,因此,在本发明的优选实施方式中,该功率小于真空抽风机的最大电功率的15%。
优选地,提供可充电电池组作为电源。具有至少100瓦时的容量,可供自推进式真空清洁设备操作大约30分钟的可充电电池组是合适的。在本发明的范围内,能够在真空清洁用具自动返回的充电站中提供手动或者自动充电。也可以例如在充电站中手动或者自动地用已充电的可充电电池组替换已放电的可充电电池组,使得无需长时间中断即可延长操作周期。作为本发明的可选实施方式,提供燃料电池作为电源。优选通过甲烷工作的燃料电池能够被快速再填充,并相对于其重量具有高能量密度。
根据本发明,最大电功率至多为40瓦(即真空抽风机的功率的1/3)的辊驱动器,驱动单个清洁辊,根据本发明的优选实施方式,该清洁辊设置于抽真空气体流经的壳体内的刷腔中。在该构造的情况下,可以从光滑地面覆盖物和织物地面覆盖物的纤维上有效地松开并去除碎屑、线头和灰尘。可用刷辊或者具有连续或分段的软叶片的刮辊作为清洁辊。
可以实现行进方向和速度的特别简易的操控,因为驱动机构具有两个驱动马达,每个驱动马达分配有驱动轮,通过可变地致动驱动马达对真空清洁用具进行操纵。这样的实施方式同样确保了好的操纵性。
为优化抽真空性能,在维持尽可能低的真空清洁设备的能量消耗的同时,根据地面覆盖物的成分和肮脏程度,提供对于分配给清洁辊的辊驱动器和/或真空抽风机和/或驱动机构的可变功率的控制。通过控制驱动机构,能够在织物地面覆盖物上提供比在光滑地面上更低的行进速度。通过减小行进速度,可以加强对地面覆盖物的清洁。在光滑地面覆盖物上,污物颗粒相对易于去除,因此,即使在较高的行进速度下,通常也能够获得足够的清洁效果。作为对改变行进速度的补充或者替代,也可以提供真空抽风机的转速的调节。为了能够从织物地面覆盖物的纤维上松开污物,通常需要强大的抽真空气流和真空抽风机的相对高的转速。相反,在光滑地面覆盖物上,即使在较低的抽真空功率下,也就是在真空抽风机转速较低的情况下,也可以可靠地拾起经清洁辊松开的脏物。
为优化抽真空性能,驱动机构可以具有调整高度的设备,其能够根据地面覆盖物的成分被手动启动或者自动控制。同样能够根据地面覆盖物的成分提供驱动机构的高度调整。这样,真空清洁用具能够在光滑地面覆盖物上以非常低的高度通过地面覆盖物,由此保证有效地拾起污物颗粒。在织物地面覆盖物上,如果真空清洁用具的高度过低,则可能发生该真空清洁用具停滞于地面并因抽真空气流而贴在地面上。那么,无法保证驱动机构和织物地面覆盖物之间充足的吸力。通过驱动机构的高度调整,能够改变真空清洁设备和地面覆盖物之间的距离,由此,即使对于不同类型的织物地面覆盖物,如地毯或者长毛绒地毯,也能够获得好的抽真空效果。

单张附图显示了一种用于清洁例如在私人家庭区域内的光滑或者织物的地面覆盖物的自推进式真空清洁设备。在壳体2内设置真空抽风机3、电驱动清洁辊4、电驱动机构5,电子控制装置6和电源7。自推进式真空清洁设备1的最大电功率为225瓦,其中170瓦被分配至真空抽风机3,25瓦被分配至清洁辊的电动辊驱动器,25瓦被分配至驱动机构,5瓦被分配至电子控制装置6(包括传感器和显示器,图中未显示)。提供容量为150瓦时的可充电电池组8作为电源7。在可充电电池组8完全放电之前,在自推进式真空清洁设备自动返回的充电站中对可充电电池组进行充电。利用已充电的可充电电池组8可以进行至少40分钟的抽真空操作,由此保留真空清洁设备返回充电站的能量储备。在壳体2中设置用于容纳可充电电池组8的两个插入位9,以便也可以以简单的方式自动或者手动更换可充电电池组8。作为可充电电池组8的替换,也可以提供燃料电池作为电源7。
