技术领域
本发明涉及一种包括置于主体部分内的锁闭装置的旋转操作把手。锁闭装置设定成相对于框架锁定操作把手,并且被至少一个挂锁通过相互作用锁定。
背景技术
用于控制机构的旋转操作把手的用途是非常广泛的。所述把手能与特别是电动柜门的开和/或闭装置联合使用,并且能与电动装置例如特别是开关装置的控制装置联合使用。
在电气领域,存在安全标准,其目的是保护使用者免受任何触电死亡的危险。因此,当旋转操作把手与电动柜或断路器控制装置的打开装置联合使用时,旋转操作把手必须包括锁紧装置,特别是阻止未经许可的人对把手进行任何操作。
某些标准推荐用挂锁锁紧旋转操作把手。
如专利文献EP0522848所描述的,同时用一个或多个挂锁阻塞把手的旋转。简单地将挂锁放置在把手上就足以阻止后者的旋转。
专利文献EP0522848、GB639687描述了在把手上安装挂锁引起与安装把手的框架的一部分相互作用的滑动锁紧螺栓的运动的解决方案。而且,只要挂锁保持在把手的位置上锁紧螺栓就保持在激活状态。
特别是专利文献US3321589所描述的简单的解决方案在于通过同时在把手上的孔和安装把手的框架上的孔里放置挂锁来阻止把手的旋转运动。事实上,当把手处于给定的位置时,例如相应断路器的打开位置,把手上的孔此时安置在置于框架上的孔对面。挂锁的搭扣穿过这两个孔阻止把手相对于框架的运动。

根据本发明旋转操作把手的锁闭装置包括具有至少一个通孔的旋转柱状物(drum),所述旋转柱状物可以布置在阻止操作把手的任何旋转的锁闭位置,而且在所述锁闭位置,所述至少一个孔与主体部分的孔对准,使得挂锁的钩环通过以阻止旋转柱状物从锁闭位置向非锁闭位置的任何旋转。

根据一个实施例,旋转柱状物向锁闭位置的旋转,是由夹紧装置的作用引起的,不依赖于操作把手的旋转运动。
有利地,挠性装置将旋转柱状物保持在非锁闭位置。
优选地,旋转柱状物包括三个用于当旋转柱状物处于它的锁闭位置时分别与主体部分上的三个孔对准的径向孔。

具体实施方式
根据本发明的一个实施例,如图1所示,旋转操作把手1包括沿轴Z方向的旋转轴。
旋转操作把手1被设定成位于框架5上并与未示出的激活装置相连。根据这个实施例,这些受旋转操作把手1的旋转运动支配的激活装置特别地用于指挥电动开关装置的打开和闭合。
旋转操作把手1包括主体部分2。所述主体部分优选地包括至少两个外部把持面2A、2B。这些人机工程学的把持面2A、2B使得使用者可用他的拇指和食指握住并转动旋转操作把手。根据这个实施例,把持面2A、2B基本上是平行的并且定义出一个控制平面XZ。

如图3和4所示,当旋转柱状物4处于锁闭位置时,锁舌与锁舌片8配合然后阻止旋转操作把手1沿轴Z相对于框架5的任何旋转运动。
如图1和2所示,当锁舌7在锁舌片8外面时,旋转操作把手1能自由地执行绕旋转轴Z的旋转。
优选地,旋转柱状物4旋转到其锁闭位置自动地引起锁舌7移进锁舌片8中。
根据这种操作模式,锁舌7从第一位置到第二位置的运动受旋转柱状物4旋转的支配。实际上,旋转柱状物4绕轴X的旋转使得锁舌从一个位置移动到另一个位置。

根据本发明第一个优选的实施例,旋转柱状物4的旋转自动地受旋转操作把手1的运动的控制。旋转把手1从打开位置向关闭位置的旋转导致旋转柱状物4从锁闭位置向非锁闭位置的旋转。相反地,所述把手从关闭位置向打开位置的旋转导致旋转柱状物4从非锁闭位置向锁闭位置旋转。

Claims (6)
