背景技术
【0002】某些儿童安全座椅一方面利用成人安全带固定于汽车上的成人座椅上，另一方面在发生事故时又利用该安全带将儿童限制在座椅中。其他儿童安全座椅使用固定在汽车中的点来固定座椅，且具有自己的儿童限制带。本发明属于前一类型。
【0003】美国专利说明第4,854,639号描述了这类座椅的例子。座椅包括座椅身，该座椅身具有座位部分和靠背，该座位部分具有形成扶手的下侧壁，并且该拷贝具有上侧壁。形成于上下侧壁之间的槽口分别形成由带扣固定的成人对角/腰部安全带的搭接部分的导向装置。安全带的对角部分穿过椅背顶部的安全带导向装置。

发明内容

【0006】根据本发明，提供了儿童安全座椅，其包括：
·底座，该底座具有带乘客支承面的底座内壳；
·椅背，该椅背具有椅背内壳、形成靠背和靠背的向前延伸的侧部保护翼；
·底座内壳与椅背内壳之间的枢轴连接机构；以及
·支承面的相对侧上且至少部分高于支承面的安全带导向装置，每一侧的各个安全导向装置由以下部分构成：
·从两个所述内壳之一延伸出的外部结构，以及
·从两个所述内壳的另一内壳伸出的内部结构，内部结构在外部结构中延伸的接近程度随着椅背和椅背内壳上从各内翼延伸出的结构的倾斜而变化，
这样的配置使得穿过支承面的安全带由安全带导向装置定位并受侧翼限制不会往上升。
【0007】可以设想内部和外部结构为凸缘，这些凸缘或者具有单外壳厚度，或者为空心的，且具有双外壳厚度，并且被设置为在座椅宽度方向横向邻近，以可变电容器的方式重叠，其内部结构处于横向最内侧，其外部结构处于横向最外侧。但是在优选实施例中，外部结构是倒U形横截面的，且内部结构容纳于外部结构内。两个结构紧密配合，由此安全带平滑地从一个结构穿至另一结构。
【0008】虽然与底座内壳一体的结构可向下延伸至支承面的深度，通常其向下延伸程度达不到支承面，在向下至支承面的位置具有短的侧面。优选地，底座内壳具有在支承面的前面向上方延伸的侧面，且所述侧面一般延续其所述结构后面的线。
【0009】座椅在靠背中可以具有可调节构件，以允许座椅靠在成人车辆座椅的靠背上，即使这两个靠背的倾斜度设置得不一致。
【0010】另外座椅通常具有垂直可调节的头枕，使座椅适合于成长中的儿童使用。通常头枕在每一侧都具有上安全带导向装置，用于根据座椅所安装的汽车上侧面的对角腰部安全带的上方伸展。
【0011】通常座椅装有垫子，包括支承面上的座垫。

具体实施方式
【0017】参照附图，所示座椅具有底座1，包括聚丙烯材料模制的底座内壳2，该底座内壳2具有模制底部封口3。内壳提供乘客支承面4和软座垫5(仅在图1中以虚线示出)。座椅也包括椅背6，其具有同样模制的椅背内壳7，也装有软座垫(未示出)，并具有整体靠背8和侧翼9。底座和椅背可通过模制铰链10枢轴连接于模制铰链10处。椅背具有高度可调节的头枕11，由按压面12释放调整。头枕配有相对的上安全带导向装置14。座椅的这些特征为常规特征，因此不再更详细说明。
【0018】根据本发明，在椅背侧翼9和底座壳侧部22之间的接合处，座椅具有两个下安全带导向装置21，后者侧部在乘客支承面4高度方向上向上延伸。导向装置是相对于侧翼9和侧部22的凹陷，且一般具有以铰链10的枢轴线15为中心的曲面23。
【0019】在图2所示配置中，其中椅背转向最前，导向装置21完全由与底座壳2整体模制并延续侧部22的线的倒U型外部结构24界定。该结构延伸至侧翼的底边邻接于侧翼9。所述翼在结构24上方倾斜延伸。另外在座椅倾斜的图3中可见的并与侧翼9整体模制的内部结构25容纳于外部结构24的内部。当座椅倾斜时，内部结构25封闭外部结构24和翼9之间的缺口，使得成人座椅安全带B(图1中虚线所示)不能在两个壳模塑件之间拉动。而且由于内部结构25在外部结构24内封闭，形成了基本连续的导向装置表面26。
【0020】除了从倒U型结构24的孔32向下分叉用于内部结构25的辐板，倒U型结构24是普通辐板(即未加固辐板)31。为了使压力被反作用，辐板配有垂直延伸的肋骨33，以便紧靠内部结构。内部结构25包括普通外部辐板34和朝向内部的加固凸缘35。弯成内部结构的大体形状的通道36位于其放射状内部的后边缘下，并且底部具有横梁37。底部封口3具有直立结构38，其具有加固肋骨39和鼻状物40。这些被定位于在内部结构25后向上延伸，而鼻状物啮合于通道36，并由与横梁37的啮合来限制椅背的倾斜角度。
【0021】内部结构25的宽度使得在与外部结构24间留有间隙，但间隙刚刚只够让椅背自由旋转。因此，横向运动不仅受到铰链10的限制，而且也是结构24、25的横向啮合所不允许的。这种啮合加固了侧翼9，因为如果侧面撞击将使一侧翼变形，反作用于辐板31内侧结构及其肋骨33的结构25将限制侧翼的变形。反作用通过具有加固辐板41的下内壳的支承面被转移至啮合于相对面的下安全带导向装置21的成人安全带。这本身因外部结构中存在内部结构而被加固。

Claims (12)

1.一种儿童安全座椅，包括：
·底座，其具有带乘客支承面的底座内壳；
·椅背，其具有椅背内壳，形成靠背和所述靠背的向前延伸的侧部保护翼；
·所述底座内壳与所述椅背内壳之间的枢轴连接机构；以及
·在所述支承面的相对侧上且至少部分高于所述支承面的安全带导向装置，在每一侧的各个安全带导向装置由以下部分构成：
·从两个所述内壳之一延伸出的外部结构，以及
·从两个所述内壳的另一内壳延伸出的内部结构，所述内部结构在所述外部结构中延伸的接近程度随着所述椅背和所述椅背内壳上从所述各内翼延伸出的所述结构的倾斜而变化，
这样的配置使得穿过所述支承面的所述安全带由所述安全带导向装置定位并受所述侧翼限制不会把所述座椅往上升。
2.根据权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅，其中所述内部和外部结构为凸缘，其被设置为在所述座椅宽度方向横向相邻，并以可变电容器的方式重叠，而且所述内部结构处于横向最内侧，所述外部结构处于横向最外侧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的儿童安全座椅，其中所述凸缘为单外壳厚度。
4.根据权利要求2所述的儿童安全座椅，其中所述凸缘为空心的，且具有双外壳厚度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅，其中所述外部结构为倒U形横截面，且所述内部结构容纳于所述外部结构内。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一权利要求所述的儿童安全座椅，其中所述底座内壳配有在所述支承面上方延伸的侧面。
7.根据权利要求6所述的儿童安全座椅，其中存在与所述底座内壳为一整体的结构，这一结构仅向下延伸至所述侧面。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一权利要求所述的儿童安全座椅，所述座椅在所述靠背中具有可调节的构件，以允许所述座椅靠在成人车辆座椅的靠背上。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一权利要求所述的儿童安全座椅，所述座椅具有垂直可调节的头枕。
10.根据权利要求9所述的儿童安全座椅，其中所述头枕在每一侧都具有安全带导向装置，用于根据安装所述座椅的汽车一侧的对角腰部安全带的上方伸展。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一权利要求所述的儿童安全座椅，其中所述内壳由模制聚丙烯材料制成。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一权利要求所述的儿童安全座椅，其中所述内壳装有垫子。
