技术领域

背景技术
US-A-4 770 078公开了在现有技术的论述中(图1-3)的一件旋转刀具,该旋转刀具在需要维修时可以从框架上移除。为了允许机器在维修期间的使用,必须能够始终接近包括其静止(固定)轴的另一个旋转刀具。
为了克服该问题,US-A-4 770 078建议将旋转刀具分为旋转轴和罩套。罩套通过气压连接到旋转轴上。这类旋转刀具的缺点是很难使旋转刀具相对于砧分度。另一个缺点是缺少旋转刀具在其与驱动侧相对的轴向侧面上的支撑。
发明内容
本发明的目的是改进旋转刀具的调节可能性。另一个目的是允许维修以降低的成本实施并且能够以简化的方式拆除旋转刀具。
这已经由最初界定种类的旋转刀具和旋转切割装置实现,其中,轴适于刚性地安装在框架部件中,并且其中,罩套相对于轴可旋转地布置并且可以由此移除。因此,可以使罩套相对于轴的分度更容易,因为罩套可以相对于静止轴旋转。另外,仅仅需要对罩套执行维修,即现有的轴可以与另一个罩套一起使用,这样当在磨损的罩套上执行维修时可以继续生产。
优选地,罩套适于连接到用于生成罩套的旋转运动的动力源上。
优选地,轴承配设在罩套和轴之间。因此,可以实现静止轴和罩套之间受控的位置和相对旋转关系。
适当地,配设动力传递装置来向所述罩套传递旋转运动。
有利的是,罩套具有轴向长度和相对的轴端,其中,所述罩套适于由该轴支撑并且在所述罩套的端部之一附近连接到动力源上,并且其中,所述罩套适于由轴在相对端附近支撑。

图1显示了旋转切割装置2,它包括旋转刀具4和砧辊6。旋转刀具4包括分开的静止(非旋转)轴8,轴8包括轴部分或轴元件8a、8b,每个轴元件均通过螺钉12刚性地连接到相应的框架部件10a、10b上。与未显示的动力源相连的驱动轴14延伸穿过轴元件8a,以通过中间传递元件18a向形式为罩套(mantle)16的工具传递旋转运动,中间传递元件18a可旋转地安装在轴元件8a的外圆周上。旋转运动从轴14经由齿18c传递到元件18a上。旋转运动进一步传递到旋转支撑件18b上。圆柱轴承19分别配设在轴元件8a、8b和中间传递元件18a、18b之间,用于使罩套16相对于轴元件8a、8b定心。框架部件10a、10b通过适当的未显示的紧固装置固定到固定框架的其余部分上。罩套16设置有至少一个切割元件17。
在拆除过程中,框架部件10a、10b从框架未显示的其余部分上拆除下来,这样静止轴元件8a、8b加上传递元件18a、18b就可以从罩套16中轴向移出。罩套16可以拿走并且因此可以执行维修。安装另一个罩套16来代替移走的罩套,并且旋转切割装置就可以使用而不会有长的停机。
当然,可能分别拆除静止轴元件8a和8b中的一个(任一个)而非两个就足够了。
图2显示了旋转切割装置2′和旋转刀具4′的第二实施例。静止轴8′在这种情形下包括单个部件并且在罩套16的任一侧上通过螺钉12′连接到框架部件10a′、10b′上。驱动轴14′的旋转运动经由包括齿轮20a′、20b′、20c′、20d′的传递机构传递到罩套16′上。应当指出,部件20b′、20c′、20d′可以制造为两个零件或单个零件。定心是通过圆柱轴承19′实现的。
在拆除过程中,图2右部中的框架部件10b′从框架的其余部分上拆除(即左框架部件保持固定)。罩套16′因此可以从刀架8′上轴向拉开。
图3显示了旋转切割装置2″和旋转刀具4″的第三实施例。在这种情形下,剖面图中已经省略了切割元件。驱动轴14″经由容纳在罩套的槽中的联结元件22″直接向罩套16″传递旋转运动。静止轴8″被分成两个轴元件或轴部分8a″、8b″,它们在罩套16″的任一侧上连接到相应的框架部件10a″、10b″上。罩套16″通过圆锥轴承24″而相对于轴元件8a″、8b″和驱动轴14″定心。

Claims (19)
