Abstract

本发明是在用无模成形制造的成品内埋置芯骨,使成品的强度和刚性提高,开拓了该技术的应用范围。本发明的工艺是将预留有埋置芯骨沟槽的成品数据输入计算机,得到三维数字模型。成形时,计算机控制将颗粒料以分层厚度逐层铺展堆叠,在每层颗粒料上的二维图形实体范围内喷涂粘结剂,直至成形结束。清除未喷粘结剂的颗粒料,即得到有沟槽的成品。将芯骨置入沟槽内,用自硬填充料填补并修整而告完成。该工艺简单实用,对于用无模成形制造的易变形和易破裂的成品,如大而薄、细而长的成品,埋置芯骨后该难题得到破解。

技术领域
本发明涉及无模成形制造技术,特别是可提高成品强度的无模成形工艺及用此工艺制得的成品。
背景技术
现有的一种无模成形工艺是将成品的数据输入计算机,由计算机控制铺料装置将颗粒料以分层厚度铺展在工作平台上,喷涂装置在该层的成品截面图形的范围内精确地喷涂粘结剂,然后工作平台下移一层面的高度,完成一个工作循环。重复铺料—喷除—工作平台下移,直至成形结束。清除未喷粘结剂的松散颗粒料,即得到一件颗粒料被粘结剂粘结固化所形成的成品。成品可以是产品的实体,也可以是产品的铸型或型芯。无模成形制造技术省去了传统的制模作业,具有省时、省力和精确等优点,为企业青睐。
上述无模成形制得的成品是松散颗粒料经粘结剂粘结固化而成,其强度稍逊,特别是大而薄和细而长的成品,因其强度和刚度不足,易变形或破裂而报废,妨碍了该技术的推广应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提出一种可提高成品强度的无模成形的新工艺及其制得的新成品。
本发明的技术方案是:一种可提高成品强度的无模成型工艺,是将成品数据输入计算机,得到成品的三维数字模型,计算机根据一定的层厚进行分层,得到每一层截面的二维图形,成形时,由计算机控制将颗粒料以分层厚度逐层铺展堆叠在工作平台上,在每层铺好的颗粒料上计算机根据该层的二维图形实体范围内精确地喷涂粘结剂,所有的层粘接完后得到一个三维实体,清除未喷粘结剂的颗粒料就得到一个成品,其特征是:在成品数据中预留有沟槽,使成形时的二维图形相应预留有缺口或隔沟,成形完成后得到有沟槽的成品,然后在沟槽内放入芯骨,再用自硬填充料填补沟槽,使芯骨与成品结合成一体。
用所述的工艺制得的成品,其特征是:在成品的薄弱部位埋置有芯骨。
本发明的工艺简单实用,在成品内埋置芯骨后提高了成品的强度和刚性,达到发明目的。

具体买施方式
现结合附图作进一步的说明。
图1和图3分别是加置竖向和横向沟槽2的三维数字模型1示意图,图2和图4为分层堆叠成形过程,有沟槽的层面是有沟槽缺口3或隔沟4的二维图形,成形完成后即还原得到有沟槽2的成品实体。
图5是用现有无模成形工艺制得的发动机排气管型芯,全部是颗粒料经粘结剂粘结固化而成。它细而长,因强度和刚性不足,易变形和破裂,成品合格率不高。
图6是本发明实施例1发动机排气管型芯的纵剖视立体图,在型芯体5内埋置芯骨6。芯骨6使型芯整体的强度和刚性大大提高,开拓了无模成形技术的应用范围。
图7示出本发明的成形工艺过程实施例:铺料装置在工作平台7上均匀铺一层颗粒料后,喷涂装置按计算机指令只在该层面的实体二维图形范围内精确地喷涂粘结剂,然后工作平台7下移一层面的高度,再铺料—喷涂,一层一层地堆积直至成形结束。清除沟槽内和型芯外空间的松散颗粒料8,即得到喷有粘结剂的颗粒料粘结固化而成的型芯体5,它内有沟槽且沟槽上端敞口。然后将芯骨6置于沟槽中央并用自硬填充料9填补沟槽和压实,使芯骨6与型芯体5合二为一。最后修整、打磨沟槽上端口,完成制作工艺全过程。
图9是水泵叶轮型芯,大而薄,内有水泵叶片模的空隙10,强度不足,易变形和破裂。本发明是在叶片模空隙10之间埋置与叶片形状相似的弧形芯骨11,其制作工艺与发动机排气管型芯的雷同。芯骨11使水泵叶轮型芯的强度提高,破解了无模成形技术推广应用的难题。
在其它用无模成形技术生产成品时,在成品的薄弱部位均可按本发明的工艺方法埋置芯骨。
芯骨的材料是低碳钢,也可用铸铁。芯骨须经退火处理,以减少内应力。芯骨的形状和大小依据成品的具体结构而定。
沟槽宽度是芯骨宽度的3~5倍,过宽易使成品变形,过窄则易使芯骨与成品体结合不紧密,降低成品的强度。沟槽深度是芯骨高度的3~5倍,芯骨位于沟槽的中央位置,可保证提高成品强度的功效。
自硬填充料的成分是以100%颗粒料为基数,加1~2%粘结剂和0.3~1.2%固化剂的混合物,也可以是呋喃树脂砂、酚醛树脂砂、PEP SET树脂砂、水玻璃砂和石膏等。

Claims (5)

1、一种可提高成品强度的无模成型工艺,是将成品数据输入计算机,得到成品的三维数字模型,计算机根据一定的层厚进行分层,得到每一层截面的二维图形,成形时,由计算机控制将颗粒料以分层厚度逐层铺展堆叠在工作平台上,在每层铺好的颗粒料上计算机根据该层的二维图形实体范围内精确地喷涂粘结剂,所有的层粘接完后得到一个三维实体,清除未喷粘结剂的颗粒料就得到一个成品,其特征是:在成品数据中预留有沟槽,使成形时的二维图形相应预留有缺口或隔沟,成形完成后得到有沟槽的成品,然后在沟槽内放入芯骨,再用自硬填充料填补沟槽,使芯骨与成品结合成一体。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种可提高成品强度的无模成形工艺,所用的芯骨材料是经退火处理的低碳钢或铸铁。
3、如权利要求1所述的一种可提高成品强度的无模成形工艺,所述沟槽的宽度是芯骨宽度的3~5倍,沟槽的深度是芯骨高度的3~5倍。
4、如权利要求1所述的一种可提高成品强度的无模成形工艺,所用的自硬填充料是以100%颗料料为基数,加1~2%粘结剂和0.3~1.2%固化剂的混合物,也可以是呋喃树脂砂、酚醛树脂砂、PEP SET树脂砂、水玻璃砂和石膏等。
5、用权利要求1所述的工艺制得的成品,其特征是:在成品的薄弱部位埋置有芯骨。
