Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及具有金属效果表面的塑料模制品以及它们在飞机内部装璜(Innenausbau)中的应用。
背景技术
用于飞机内部装璜的塑料模制品是已知的并且由Rhm GmbH & Co.KG以商品名EuroplexF和EuroplexPPSU销售。
EuroplexF是经不透明着色的抗冲击的、防火聚碳酸酯(PC)类型,类似地,EuroplexPPSU是经不透明着色的抗冲击的、防火聚苯砜(PPSU),这些材料满足OSU 65/65试验(根据FAR 25.853的放热试验)。PC满足FAR 25.853(a)(1)(i),(a)(1)(ii),还符合关于烟密度和毒性的要求,并且PPSU另外满足FAR 25.853(c)。
以0.8到8.0毫米的厚度供应板材,宽度为最大1400毫米。由该板材尤其制成座椅外罩、托盘、门护板、门框护板和灯罩。
发明内容
目的
金属效果的涂层至今通常用以为基于不透明模塑组合物的并且由EuroplexF或EuroplexPPSU组成的不透明塑料模制品提供金属效果的装饰。然而,该涂层的缺点在于,不是太耐擦划和耐碰撞,结果是飞机座舱的日常运行中该涂漆制品很快变得不美观。
传统金属颜料在遮盖性或不透明的基础模塑组合物中的使用必然不会获得涂层的效果。另外,基于细磨的金属颗粒的传统金属效果颜料由于它们具有灯心效应而损害用其装备的塑料模制品的防火行为。
目的
因此,本发明目的是开发一种具有例如对于塑料模制品而言典型的金属效果的模塑组合物,其不会将塑料模制品的防火性能损害到这些塑料模制品不能用于飞机装璜的程度。此外,该金属效果表面相对于飞机座舱中的常见应力应该是牢固的。金属效果表面的颜色印象应该,例如,与色调RAL 9006/9007对应。所用颜料在PPSU的加工温度下(在挤出期间大约为350到380℃螺杆温度)应该是稳定的。
采用不透明着色的基础材料(或不透明的基础材料)没有获得足够的金属效果(该效果被覆盖)。基于透明基础模塑组合物,起始情况是更好的,但是在此也存在对防火特性有影响的问题。
解决方案
该目的经由具有金属效果表面的基于透明防火PC和PPSU模塑组合物的防火塑料模制品而达到,在此所用颜料是Iriodin颜料,以及如果需要的话,影响色调的着色剂。
发明详述
合适的用于塑料模制品的塑料不仅包括透明的防火聚碳酸酯(PC)而且包括聚砜(PSU)、聚苯砜(PPSU)和聚醚砜(PES)(制造商:Bayer AG,BASF,Solvay)。
颜料Iriodin由Merck KGaA销售。
例如,Iriodin颜料以由相应的塑料和Iriodin颜料组成的母料形式引入。该母料由以下物质组成:2到50wt%的Iriofin颜料,其余是塑料颗粒。如果需要的话,还可以添加常规助剂或赋色着色剂。
为了挤出该塑料模制品,将适量的母料添加到该塑料模塑组合物中,以使Iriodin颜料的量与配方中预先规定的量相对应。
使用常用挤出机来挤出本发明的组合物以产生片材。在PPSU的情况下熔体温度大约是350-380℃,并且砑光机组的温度大约是180℃,在聚碳酸酯的情况下熔体温度大约是270-280℃并且砑光机组的温度大约是120℃。
可以通过常规方法例如深度拉伸或热成形来进一步使该塑料模制品变形。
可以通过Iriodin颜料的浓度和颜色的变化来模仿金属金、银、暗银(Altsilber)或铜。

Claims (6)

1.具有金属效果表面的由透明防火聚碳酸酯PC或聚苯砜PPSU组成的防火塑料模制品,其特征在于使用Iriodin颜料作为颜料。
2.根据权利要求1的防火塑料模制品,其特征在于基于用于制备该塑料模制品的模塑组合物计,Iriodin颜料的量为0.1到10wt%。
3.制备根据权利要求1的防火塑料模制品的方法,其特征在于将所需用量的在母料中的Iriodin颜料添加到模塑组合物中并且以本身已知的方式挤出得到塑料模制品。
4.根据权利要求3的方法,其特征在于塑料模制品的厚度为1.0到12毫米。
5.根据权利要求1的防火塑料模制品,其特征在于其具有按照RAL9007HR的颜色印象。
6.根据权利要求1的防火塑料模制品,其特征在于其具有按照RAL9006HR的颜色印象。
