Abstract
本发明涉及一种设置在印制电路板(20)上的具有插头部件(1)的电插塞连接装置,所述插头部件施加较高的电压值,为了避免在设置于印制电路板上的并继续引导的印制导线与在插头部件(1)中的电触件(8)的焊接点(22)之间的电压冲击,设置一个具有多个腔(13)的止动元件(10),所述腔的腔壁(12)可以插入到缝隙(23)内,所述缝隙加工在印制电路板(20)上,其中各腔分别包围在插头部件上的其中一个电触件的一个焊接点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于印制电路板的电连接装置。
背景技术
这种连接装置是必需的,以便对此在电触件较紧密地相互靠近地设置在插头壳体内时实现抵抗击穿电压的较大的空气间隙和蠕变间隙,为此所述电触件施加提高的电压值。因此在印制电路板上的直接的插头区域内也保证提高的耐电强度。
由EP 1 289 075已知一种插塞连接器,所述插塞连接器具有由带有较高耐电强度的弹性的绝缘的材料构成的绝缘和密封元件,所述绝缘和密封元件设置在插塞连接器壳体的底部上并且设有用于电触件的通孔。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,如下构成一种用于在印制电路板上插塞连接的连接装置,使得在利用待传递到印制电路板上的较高的电压的情况下,对此从插塞部件的电触件到继续引导的印制导线给定足够的安全距离,以便防止在印制导线之间的击穿电压。
这个目的如下解决,即提出一种用于印制电路板的电连接装置,包括一个插头部件,所述插头部件的绝缘壳体由多个套筒形成,电触件设置在所述套筒内,所述电触件具有一个插塞侧和一个连接侧,所述连接侧与设置在印制电路板上的焊接点焊接,电触件以其连接侧穿过印制电路板上的焊接点中的孔并且至少部分地插入止动元件的分开的腔内,所述止动元件可以从连接侧插到插头部件的套筒上;在印制电路板中在孔之间设置矩形定向的缝隙,每个焊接点通过缝隙与最近焊接点分开,止动元件的腔壁能插入到印制电路板上的相应形成缝隙内并且部分穿过所述缝隙。
由插头部件和止动元件构成的按本发明的连接装置固定地与印制电路板连接并且用于与相配插头的直接的电连接,用于每个电触件的大约450V的较高的电压。按本发明获得的优点特别在于,借助于设有分开的腔的止动元件,至少部分地包围设置在插头部件的绝缘体上的电触件,并且同时保证焊接点的分开,电触件通过所述焊接点与印制电路板上的导电的印制导线连接。插头部件由电绝缘的材料制成,包括一个在此为正方形的支承板,在所述支承板的内部插入或形成多个套筒,在所述套筒中插入电触件,所述电触件在其中一侧作为可插塞的销从套筒中伸出并且在另一侧作为焊接销从套筒中伸出。插头部件通过焊接销的那一侧插到印制电路板的装备侧上,使得电触件插入到孔中并且可以用焊接点焊接在背部侧(焊接侧)上。接着止动元件以构成腔的腔壁从焊接侧插入到印制电路板的为此设置的缝隙中,使得腔壁在支承板的下方如在支承板的上方一样包围电触件的一个区域,但是特别是分开各焊接点,其中各向外指向的区域保持外露。因此可以另外设定,在插头部件和止动元件之间设置一个止动连接,使得作用到插头部件或电触件上的力(拉力或剪力)通过止动连接引导到印制电路板上,以便为在印制电路板上的焊接点卸载。

具体实施方式
在图1中以立体图的形式显示电连接装置的用于装配在印制电路板20上的插头部件1。所述插头部件包括一个由绝缘材料制成的支承板5,形成在所述支承板上的套筒6用于容纳具有插塞侧3和连接侧4的电触件8,在此所述连接侧构成为焊接侧。支承板5设置成大约垂直于套筒6的纵向并且在套筒6纵向的中心。另外间隔件7形成在各外面的套筒6上,所述间隔件保证在套筒与印制电路板之间的最小距离。
图2显示止动元件10的实施形式,所述止动元件具有等侧边的、十字形的底板11和垂直地指向空间的、成型的腔壁12。在此构成总共四个腔13,其中三个形成正方形的和一个形成矩形的,其中所述矩形腔占据两个正方形腔的尺寸。腔的特点是各向外指向的侧面不通过壁限定,而是敞开的。同样地向外定位的角部区域在两侧上外露。在此止动钩16形成在水平设置的腔壁的各外侧上,止动元件10可以借助于所述止动钩在插入到印制电路板20上以后止动,其中在止动钩16上插入的接片15用于止动元件的固定的设置。
在图3中描述印制电路板20的局部视图,在所述印制电路板上设置多个孔21,并且在所述孔之间设置矩形定向的缝隙23。在此显示具有焊接点22的八个孔21,所述焊接点作为连接点用于与插头部件的电触件的焊接侧4焊接。正常地与焊接点22连接的印制导线在此没有显示。但是在此可见,每个焊接点或连接点22通过缝隙23与最近的焊接点或连接点分开。
图4以立体图的形式显示,主要看到印制电路板20的焊接侧、插入到缝隙23内的止动元件10以及插入到焊接点22的孔21内的具有壳体2的插头部件,其中电触件8的焊接侧或连接侧4从印制电路板的焊接侧上的孔21伸出。在此可见,十字头的终端侧分别具有一个敞开的侧面14。但是所有焊接点22或触件8电绝缘地即最佳地相互分开。
图5以侧视图的形式显示设置在印制电路板20上面(即左侧)的插头部件1和在印制电路板下面的(即右侧)以腔壁12插入到缝隙23内的止动元件10。在角部套筒6的外部区域上形成间隔件7,所述间隔件从支承板5开始,保证套筒6与印制电路板20的最小距离。
在图6中以显著放大图的形式显示图5的局部。在此可见,各分开设置在止动元件10的各腔13内的套筒6和电触件的位于所述套筒内的电连接侧4。
腔壁12插入缝隙23内,其中在此可见其中一个止动钩16,止动元件10借助于所述止动钩在移动通过间隙23时止动在印制电路板20的装配侧上。

Claims (3)
1.一种用于印制电路板的电连接装置,包括一个插头部件(1),所述插头部件的绝缘壳体(2)由多个套筒(6)形成,电触件(8)设置在所述套筒内,所述电触件具有一个插塞侧(3)和一个连接侧(4),插头部件(1)的所述连接侧(4)与设置在印制电路板(20)上的焊接点(22)焊接,其特征在于,电触件(8)以其连接侧(4)穿过印制电路板(20)上的焊接点(22)中的孔(21)并且至少部分地插入到止动元件(10)的分开的腔(13)内,所述止动元件能从连接侧(4)插到插头部件的套筒(6)上;在印制电路板(20)中在所述孔(21)之间设置矩形定向的缝隙(23),每个焊接点(22)通过缝隙(23)与最近的焊接点分开,并且止动元件(10)的腔壁(12)能插入到印制电路板(20)上的相应形成的缝隙(23)内并且部分穿过所述缝隙。
2.按权利要求1所述的电连接装置,其特征在于:止动元件(10)的分开的腔(13)通过垂直于底板(11)形成的腔壁(12)构成。
3.按权利要求2所述的电连接装置,其特征在于:止动元件(10)能借助于形成在腔壁(12)上的止动钩(16)与印制电路板(20)止动。
