本发明涉及一次性无源射频电子锁具,包括锁杆和锁头,所述的锁杆由塑料外套、金属锁杆骨架、射频识别(RFID)芯片、阻抗变换器、导线、接插金属套、绝缘套、避振绝缘橡胶、沟槽、导电网组成,所述的锁头由钢座、塑料内托、塑料外套、O型橡胶圈、接插金属针、弹簧卡圈、天线、塑料外壳组成。本发明可以通过无接触方式读写被锁的金属箱体信息的识别和运输中物流信息的跟踪和记载,便于物流控制管理,本发明具有很强的机械强度,以及防雨水、防伪、防盗等功能。

Description

一次性无源射频电子锁具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属箱体运输中一次性无源射频电子锁具,尤其是一种可以通过无接触方式读写被锁的金属运输箱体信息的识别和运输中物流信息的跟踪和记载,并且有很强的机械强度,应用于金属物流箱体安全防盗的一次性锁具。
背景技术
在现有的技术中,金属箱体在运输中都是采用挂锁,通过直接在金属上刻字的传统方法在锁上保存信息,容易被伪造破坏后重新复制,防伪性差,如采用条码、数码摄像识别技术,由于识别距离近,识别可靠性差,不能现场记录物流信息,并且锁具还没锁上,就可以伪造信息,对物流的安全性和记录,识别带来不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种可以读写金属箱体物流信息、机械强度高、保密性好的一次性无源射频电子锁具。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:一次性无源射频电子锁具,包括锁杆和锁头,其特征在于,所述的锁杆由塑料外套、金属锁杆骨架、射频识别(RFID)芯片、阻抗变换器、导线、接插金属套、绝缘套、避振绝缘橡胶、沟槽、导电网组成,所述的锁头由钢座、塑料内托、塑料外套、O型橡胶圈、接插金属针、弹簧卡圈、天线、塑料外壳组成。该锁具由锁杆、锁头两部件插入前无法读取锁内信息,插入后拉力可大于1200kgf,可以锁集装箱门或其他金属箱,金属箱体移动速度小于20km/h时,可以在3.5m~6m距离处读取此电子锁具内的所有信息识别和运输物流信息的跟踪记载,到达目的地后,用大力钳剪断锁杆,所有信息无法读出,并且无法恢复功能。
所述的射频识别(RFID)芯片设于锁杆的底部,并由避振绝缘橡胶包覆。该芯片可以读写各种信息。
所述的锁杆杆尖部分采用的内藏接插金属套与金属锁杆骨架组成同轴电缆。屏蔽了锁杆内腔的电子电路,使锁杆没有插入锁头前无法读出电子信息。
所述的锁杆内腔中导线从头到尾连接射频识别(RFID)芯片,阻抗变换器,接插金属套。只要任何一处剪断,金属锁杆骨架和内导线变形,无法恢复,所有电子信息无法读出。
所述的锁杆采用两条沟槽结构。当一条无法锁住锁头时,另一条可以备用,也可以两条并用,保证锁具拉力强度。
所述的锁头的钢座设有斜面沟漕,斜面沟漕与锁杆沟槽、弹簧卡圈配合,形成一个越拉越紧的止回结构。当锁杆与锁头插入并向外拉时,越拉越紧,拉力可达到1200kgf以上。
所述的锁头的内藏接插金属针与锁杆内的接插金属套作为同心圆电子连接,并且与各金属外壳构成电子回路。由于是同心圆安装插件,所以锁杆与锁头可以任何旋转角度插入,便于操作。
所述的锁头的塑料外壳根据天线的实际需要,可制成圆筒形、方形、T形、三角形或扁平形。
所述的锁头内藏天线与钢座配合,可组成UHF的螺旋天线、微带天线、半振子天线,也可组成VHF的线圈天线及低频的磁棒天线,空心线圈天线。
所述的锁具利用金属箱体门或金属墙面作为其射频反射面。加强了读写电子信息的讯号强度。
所述的锁杆还内藏阻抗变换器,使电子电路有良好的阻抗匹配。
所述的锁头还内藏O型橡胶圈,当上锁后,具有防雨水作用。
本发明一次性无源射频电子锁具的特点是:它包括锁杆和锁头两个部件组成,当上锁时,只要锁杆通过金属箱体的门锁环,并插入锁头即可以通过读写机具写入或读取信息。
本发明锁具采用RFID射频识别技术,锁具中的ID号可以作为唯一的编号,不能加以修改,可以保证一箱一号不重复,不可复制,写入的电子信息具有全球唯一的信息和ID号,无须电源,利用读写机具射频无接触的数据交换方式,并且同时供给锁具内的射频识别(RFID)芯片的电源。
本发明锁具的锁杆由塑料外套与金属箱体的锁环绝缘,金属锁杆骨架用钢材制成,保证了锁具的机械强度,在锁杆的顶部有两条沟槽用于卡住弹簧卡,采用两条沟槽可以保证拉力大于1200kgf,做到万无一失,射频识别(RFID)芯片用于完成电子读写信息功能,阻抗变换器用于使整个电子电路有一个良好的阻抗匹配。绝缘套使接插金属套与金属锁杆骨架电子绝缘,避振绝缘橡胶使射频识别(RFID)芯片得到绝缘与保护,导电网用以与锁杆内腔有一个良好的电子接触,并且与导线组成50Ω的电缆。锁头由钢座,O型橡胶圈、天线和塑料外壳组成,其中O型橡胶圈用于防水,天线用于读写机具射频的发射和接收交换信息,钢座的内腔有一圈斜面沟,与弹簧卡圈和锁杆顶端的两条沟槽配合,完成锁紧功能,由于采用斜面沟槽,当锁杆与锁头拉拨时,越拉越紧,可以达到大于1200kgf的拉力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1、图2、图3所示,一次性无源射频电子锁具,包括锁杆A和锁头B,所述的锁杆A由塑料外套1、金属锁杆骨架2、射频识别(RFID)芯片3、阻抗变换器4、导线5、接插金属套6、绝缘套7、避振绝缘橡胶8、沟槽17、导电网18组成,所述的锁头B由钢座9、塑料内托10、塑料外套11、O型橡胶圈12、接插金属针13、弹簧卡圈14、天线15、塑料外壳16组成。由锁杆、锁头两部件插入前无法读取锁内信息,插入后拉力可大于1200kgf,可以锁集装箱门或其他金属箱,金属箱体移动速度小于20km/h时,可以在3.5m~6m距离处读取此电子锁具内的所有信息识别和运输物流信息的跟踪记载,到达目的地后,用大力钳剪断锁杆,所有信息无法读出,并且无法恢复功能。
所述的射频识别(RFID)芯片3根据使用的要求不同,可选用包括U-Code,EM4424,EPC-G2等在内的各种芯片,该芯片设于锁杆A的底部,并由避振绝缘橡胶8包覆,可以读写各种信息。所述的锁杆A杆尖部分采用的内藏接插金属套6与金属锁杆骨架2组成同轴电缆,屏蔽了锁杆A内腔的电子电路,使锁杆A没有插入锁头B前无法读出电子信息。所述的锁杆A内腔中导线5从头到尾连接射频识别(RFID)芯片3,阻抗变换器4,接插金属套6,只要任何一处剪断,金属锁杆骨架2和内导线5变形,无法恢复,所有电子信息无法读出。所述的锁杆A采用两条沟槽17结构,当一条无法锁住锁头B时,另一条可以备用,也可以两条并用,保证锁具拉力强度。所述的锁头B的钢座9设有斜面沟漕19,斜面沟漕19与锁杆沟槽17、弹簧卡圈14配合,形成一个越拉越紧的止回结构,当锁杆A与锁头B插入并向外拉时,越拉越紧,拉力可达到1200kgf以上。所述的锁头B的内藏接插金属针13与锁杆A内的接插金属套6作为同心圆电子连接,并且与各金属外壳构成电子回路,由于是同心圆安装插件,所以锁杆A与锁头B可以任何旋转角度插入,便于操作。所述的锁头B的塑料外壳16根据天线15的实际需要,可制成圆筒形、方形、T形、三角形或扁平形。所述的锁头B内藏天线15与钢座9配合,可组成UHF的螺旋天线、微带天线、半振子天线,也可组成VHF的线圈天线及低频的磁棒天线,空心线圈天线。所述的锁具利用金属箱体门或金属墙面作为其射频反射面,加强了读写电子信息的讯号强度。所述的锁杆A内藏阻抗变换器4,使电子电路有良好的阻抗匹配。所述的锁头B内藏O型橡胶圈12,当上锁后,具有防雨水作用。
本发明的锁杆A和锁头B两部件分开时,由于锁头B内没有射频识别(RFID)芯片3,而锁杆A虽然有射频识别(RFID)芯片3,但所有电子电路均被金属锁杆骨架2屏蔽,所以即使与读写机具的天线23很近的位置也无法读出信息,由于锁杆A的接插金属套6是内藏的,即使用手触摸也无法触及到,所以无法用人体作为天线15读出信息。
当锁杆A与锁头B用于集装箱门锁环21一次性上锁时,如图5所示,由于金属锁杆A骨架与锁头B内钢座9均为钢材制成,加上有斜面沟槽19,如图4所示,不用工具无法打开,此锁具具有很强的机械强度,拉拨锁杆A与锁头B,拉力大于1200kgf。
当海关验查后上锁,可以用读写机具22对锁具进行读写操作,在物流运输时,如图6、图7所示,只要集装箱20在小于20km/h速度运动时,安装在顶头或道路24旁的读写机具天线23在距离锁具3.5m~6m就能读到锁具内的电子信息,方便于物流跟踪控制。
当集装箱20到达目的地,海关查验锁具信息开箱时,用大力钳工具钳断锁杆A,此时由于射频识别(RFID)芯片3与天线15部分分离,并且锁杆A变形,锁头B孔内留下一段锁杆A残头,永远无法拉出残头,所以此锁具无法恢复,锁具就完成了功能,此全球唯一的海关信息和ID号不复存在,防止了重复使用。

Claims (10)

1.一次性无源射频电子锁具,包括锁杆(A)和锁头(B),其特征在于,所述的锁杆(A)由塑料外套(1)、金属锁杆骨架(2)、射频识别(RFID)芯片(3)、阻抗变换器(4)、导线(5)、接插金属套(6)、绝缘套(7)、避振绝缘橡胶(8)、沟槽(17)、导电网(18)组成,所述的锁头(B)由钢座(9)、塑料内托(10)、塑料外套(11)、O型橡胶圈(12)、接插金属针(13)、弹簧卡圈(14)、天线(15)、塑料外壳(16)组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一次性无源射频电子锁具,其特征在于,所述的射频识别(RFID)芯片(3)设于锁杆(A)的底部,并由避振绝缘橡胶(8)包覆。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一次性无源射频电子锁具,其特征在于,所述的锁杆(A)杆尖部分采用的内藏接插金属套(6)与金属锁杆骨架(2)组成同轴电缆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一次性无源射频电子锁具,其特征在于,所述的锁杆(A)内腔中导线(5)从头到尾连接射频识别(RFID)芯片(3),阻抗变换器(4),接插金属套(6)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一次性无源射频电子锁具,其特征在于,所述的锁杆(A)采用两条沟槽(17)结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一次性无源射频电子锁具,其特征在于,所述的锁头(B)的钢座(9)设有斜面沟漕(19),斜面沟漕(19)与锁杆沟槽(17)、弹簧卡圈(14)配合,形成一个越拉越紧的止回结构。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一次性无源射频电子锁具,其特征在于,所述的锁头(B)的内藏接插金属针(13)与锁杆(A)内的接插金属套(6)作为同心圆电子连接,并且与各金属外壳构成电子回路。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一次性无源射频电子锁具,其特征在于,所述的锁头(B)的塑料外壳(16)根据天线(15)的实际需要,可制成圆筒形、方形、T形、三角形或扁平形。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一次性无源射频电子锁具,其特征在于,所述的锁头(B)内藏天线(15)与钢座(9)配合,可组成UHF的螺旋天线、微带天线、半振子天线,也可组成VHF的线圈天线及低频的磁棒天线,空心线圈天线。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一次性无源射频电子锁具,其特征在于,所述的锁具利用金属箱体门或金属墙面作为其射频反射面。
