Abstract

Description

传感器装置和制造传感器装置的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种传感器装置,该传感器装置具有用于从外部紧固传感器装置的法兰部件以及与该法兰部件固定连接的用于容纳电部件的套管。此外本发明涉及制造传感器装置的方法。
背景技术
一种传感器装置是以感应式转速传感器的形式公开的,该转速传感器具有容纳电部件的壳体,该壳体具有第一壳体部件,该第一壳体部件被在注塑过程中由塑料制成的第二壳体部件部分地包围,其中在两个壳体部件的接触区域中实现了紧密的连接。在构成罐状的第一壳体部件中设置带有线圈的线圈架,该线圈具有触针和导线。没有设置用于外部固定该转速传感器的法兰部件。
此外还公开了一种用于检测旋转部件转速的装置,该装置具有电操作地、不接触地对旋转部件进行取样的采样器,以及用于对采样器给出的信号进行信号处理的仪器,以形成与转速成比例的输出信号。各个部件设置在塑料半壳中,围绕塑料半壳设有注模并形成整体封闭的注模外壳。在注模过程中在外壳上注模出紧固法兰。
发明内容
本发明的目的是实现开头所述类型的传感器装置,该传感器装置的法兰部件与套管简单而可靠地连接。另外本发明的目的还包括提供一种具有这种法兰部件和这种套管的传感器装置的制造方法。
根据本发明由此实现了第一所述目的,即套管设置在法兰部件的凹部中,并且利用摩擦焊缝与该法兰部件相连接。
本发明有利地提供了一种套管与法兰部件非常稳定且持久的连接,此外这种连接可以廉价生产。因此根据本发明的传感器装置特别适用于大规模生产,例如这种传感器装置在机动车制造中是必需的。在摩擦焊接时,各部件通常在高速运转的旋转装置中压制在一起,其中一个部件被固定,而另一个部件旋转;在充分加热后,释放驱动装置的压配合,并且各部件利用压力相互连接。基于这种连接的高机械承载能力,根据本发明的传感器装置可以有利地安装在机动车中,因为该传感器装置能够很好且持久地承受住机动车中持续出现的振动负荷,尤其是驾驶中的振动导致的负荷。
例如可以设想,由于这两个部件彼此相反的振动轴向运动,实现了法兰部件和套管的摩擦焊接。与此相反,对于简单且可靠的焊接,根据本发明的一个改进方案,有利的是凹部具有环形的截面,并且套管具有圆柱形轮廓,从而可以利用各部件彼此相反的旋转运动实现焊接。
根据本发明的一个有利的改进方案,套管的外直径小于凹部的内直径以形成间隙。以这种方式,套管可以以预定长度容易地插入凹部内。
根据本发明的一个有利的改进方案,可以实现部件彼此优选的局部摩擦以及由此指定的焊接,即套管在其面向凹部内壁的圆周上具有凸起,并且摩擦焊缝设置在该凸起的区域内。
为了进一步减少传感器装置的制造成本,并为了另外避免可能的腐蚀风险,根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案,套管和法兰部件至少在摩擦焊缝的区域内由塑料构成。由此简化了摩擦焊接。
根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案,套管设计为罐状。通过由此实现的套管单侧封闭,可以更好地保护容纳在套管中的电传感器部件不受环境影响,尤其是潮气的影响。
根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案,当套管在开放端部处的内壁上具有环形斜面时,套管和法兰部件的自动连接以及摩擦焊接将变得简单。由此在制造过程中简化了例如柱塞或移动套管的手指的插入。
原则上,根据本发明的用于检测的传感器装置可以设计成记录任何量值,尤其是物理量。然而与此相反,根据本发明的一个有利的改进方案,电部件是传感器的组成部分,尤其是霍耳传感器或温度传感器或感应式传感器的组成部分。这类传感器典型地设置在机动车中,并且通常不仅要求在恶劣的环境影响下能正常可靠工作,而且要求廉价的制造性。根据本发明的传感器装置这些要求可以特别好地满足。
上述第二目的通过一种方法实现,在该方法中,将法兰部件插入焊接容纳部,将圆柱形套管利用间隙插入法兰部件的凹部中,将柱塞驱动入套管内,以在凹部的内壁区域内扩张套管,其中套管和法兰部件发生径向挤压形变,并使套管和法兰部件相对于彼此进行相对旋转,从而实现套管与法兰部件的摩擦焊接。以这种方式提供了传感器装置可靠而简单的制造。该方法特别适用于制造上面描述的根据本发明的传感器装置。
根据本发明的一个有利的改进方案,套管通过焊接容纳部以预定长度插入凹部内。由此可以以非常简单的方式在单一生产设备上制造具有不同作用长度的套管的传感器装置。

具体实施方式
图1中示出了设计为罐状的用于传感器装置的套管1的截面侧视图。该套管1用于容纳这里没有进一步示出的电传感器部件,并且该套管在远离底部2的开放端部3处的内壁4上设置有环形的斜面5。该斜面5用来在生产传感器装置时有助于柱塞的插入。
图2示出了相应的柱塞的头部6的侧视图。该头部6具有设计为环形凸棱的支撑件7。

图4示出了具有法兰部件9和套管1的第二传感器装置8,该套管具有底部2,其中套管1和法兰部件9借助摩擦焊缝11连接。相对于图3中的实施例,这里传感器装置8的作用长度18较长。
根据图5的第三传感器装置8具有中等的作用长度18。这里,摩擦焊缝11同样连接套管1与法兰部件9。
图3至图5的不同实施例的区别仅仅在于作用长度的不同,这些实施例表明作用长度仅仅取决于在生产传感器装置时使用的工具(焊接容纳部),而不取决于连接部件(即套管和法兰部件)的设计结构。因此,通过同样的部件可以实现任意的作用长度(在套管的长度范围内)。此外可以考虑,根据套管的位置对插塞件进行调节。

Claims (10)

1.一种传感器装置,具有:法兰部件,用于外部紧固所述传感器装置;套管,与所述法兰部件固定连接,用于容纳电部件,其特征在于,所述套管(1)设置在所述法兰部件(9)的凹部(10)中,并且利用摩擦焊缝(11)与所述法兰部件(9)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的传感器装置,其特征在于,所述凹部(10)具有圆形横截面,并且所述套管(1)具有圆柱形轮廓(12)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的传感器装置,其特征在于,所述套管(1)的外直径(13)小于所述凹部(10)的内直径(14),以形成间隙(15)。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的传感器装置,其特征在于,所述套管(1)在其面向所述凹部(10)的内壁(16)的圆周上具有凸起(17),并且摩擦焊缝(11)设置在所述凸起(17)的区域内。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的传感器装置,其特征在于,所述套管(1)和所述法兰部件(9)至少在所述摩擦焊缝(11)的区域内由塑料构成。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的传感器装置,其特征在于,所述套管(1)设计为罐状。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的传感器装置,其特征在于,所述套管(1)在开放端部处的其内壁(4)上具有环形的斜面(5)。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的传感器装置,其特征在于,所述电部件是传感器的组成部分,尤其是霍耳传感器或温度传感器或感应式传感器的组成部分。
9.一种用于制造传感器装置的方法,依次包括以下步骤:
-将法兰部件放入焊接容纳部,
-将圆柱形套管利用间隙插入所述法兰部件的凹部中,
-将柱塞驱动入所述套管内,以在所述凹部的内壁区域内扩张所述套管,其中所述套管和所述法兰部件发生径向挤压变形,以及
-使所述套管和所述法兰部件相对于彼此进行相对旋转,从而实现所述套管与所述法兰部件的摩擦焊接。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述套管通过所述焊接容纳部以预定长度插入所述凹部内。
