背景技术
运输乘客的车辆的门必须在运行时可靠地保持在关闭位置,因此以其驱动装置关闭是不足够的,而需要设置用于所述门的闭锁装置。不言而喻地,该闭锁装置在关闭门的时候自动地起作用,并且在驱动装置正常运行的情况下在开启运动的开始时松开。此外必需的是,闭锁装置在故障状态例如在常规的门驱动装置故障时可以由使用者解锁,从而随后能手动地将门打开。

具体实施方式

不必需的是,闭锁指状件11通过滑杆的落下限制在关闭位置上,也可能以其他方式检测门扇的位置和通过在闭锁传动装置4上的制动器防止位于除关闭位置之外的所有位置上。这特别是在摆动滑门时是有利的,在所述摆动滑门上已经设置这样的制动器。
如上所述,为了实现力矩分支机构,使用两个行星齿轮传动装置不是必需的,但考虑到行星齿轮传动装置的坚固性、紧凑性所述行星齿轮传动装置和在其他范围内可容易实现的转换装置是优选的构件。
图3至8示出本发明的变型,其中使门扇的闭合在关闭位置自动闭锁。在该实例中仅滑门或小型门作为示范对象使用,当然在摆动滑门上也可以使用所述变型,然后只是闭锁装置的、与在门扇上的操作元件共同作用的中间构件在到达关闭位置时匹配于这种门扇的倾斜的运动方向。为了容易地可区别于第一实施方式,附图标记从101开始三位数地构成。
所述装置包括电机113,该电机驱动行星齿轮传动装置的太阳轮101。行星齿轮传动装置具有内齿轮105,该内齿轮与带外齿部的齿轮抗扭转地连接,其那时与一个齿轮106啮合,齿轮106又使丝杠107转动。在丝杠107上抗扭转支承地安装用于各门扇的螺母108,其通过丝杠的转动沿丝杠轴线移动,并且同时带动与其相配的门扇109在打开位置和关闭位置之间移动,这样的门驱动装置是公知的并且在此不需要进一步说明。
闭锁销110与门扇109固定连接,所述闭锁销110在门扇109的关闭运动时经过卡爪103的较短的齿并且撞在较长的齿上,并且闭锁销逆着弹簧力转动到关闭位置(图6),通过弹簧力卡爪103被压入到开启位置(图5)。所述弹簧在所述的实施例中是受拉的螺旋弹簧,当然也可以绕卡爪103的旋转轴线设置扭转弹簧或拉簧,它们作用在卡爪103的齿的相对端的相应位置上。
通过位于图5和图6的视图之间的卡爪103的摆动运动,闭锁杠杆102的运动沿箭头F的方向(图6)释放。所述闭锁杠杆102现在与行星齿轮传动装置的行星齿圈连接(图3),并且在门关闭时在卡爪103的摆动之后摆动到图7所示的位置,在该位置上闭锁杠杆或者贴靠在行星齿轮传动装置的壳体上或者以肩部贴靠在卡爪103之一的背部。
如果现在闭锁杠杆102达到终端位置,从而门驱动装置被锁止,并且可以通过作用在门扇109上的还不很大的开启力打开。这可以仅通过沿开启方向启动电机113实现:因为电机扭矩不能使门扇109或其闭锁销110从卡爪103的齿移走,行星齿轮102转动并且构成为闭锁杠杆的元件沿图7中的箭头F’的方向到达图6所述的位置。现在行星齿轮111(图3)的止挡撞在壳体或车厢的固定销112上,并且由电机提供的总的扭矩现在传递到内齿轮105并由此经由齿轮106传递到丝杠107上,所述丝杠在齿103的沿开启方向作用的弹簧的支持下引导门的开启。
本发明的变型也不限于所示的实施例,而是可以不同地变型。因此齿也可以不同地支承或者也提供共同的旋转点,并且通过相应的折弯的结构释放用于闭锁杠杆102的空间。可以选择其他弹簧装置,这在以上已经说明。闭锁销110的结构可以不同地改变,特别是在门扇(摆动滑门)的倾斜进行的关闭运动时。特别地所述结构也可以作为用于减少摩擦的滚轮或者弹性的结构。通过电机113的设计为行星齿轮传动装置的力分配或力矩分支机构以及行星齿圈102的简单的和坚固的结构得到一种紧凑的且耐用的构造,该构造也通过直接作用在行星齿圈102构成为闭锁杠杆102的元件上允许简单地安装紧急开启装置,这在很多使用情况下是基本的条件,行星齿圈必须不直接支承闭锁杠杆或者完全整体地构成,如果这也是一种简单和坚固的构造。
代替闭锁销110也可以在每个门扇上设置一个具有凹槽的接触轨道,在该轨道上,在闭锁杠杆102端部设置的滚轮运行直到它到达凹槽,从而允许闭锁杠杆且由此行星齿圈的转动。
特别在两种上述提及的实施方式中,机械上有利的并且经常由客户要求的是,即使在取消传动能量的情况下保持相应的开-关状态。这可以以简单的方式通过以下措施实现,即压簧“从外部”作用到齿圈102的凸出的部分,该压簧在其与车厢固定的铰接点和行星齿圈转动轴线之间的连接线的右侧位于两终端位置之一中,在所述连接线的左侧位于另一终端位置上。
当然,也存在其他可能性,因此拉簧可以作用在行星齿圈的端面上并且“向内”延伸,或者弹簧可以作用在驱动装置的其他构件上。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于滑门以及摆动滑门的闭锁装置,其具有至少一个门扇和一个传动链,该传动链包括至少一个电机、传动装置和驱动丝杠,其特征在于,在传递线路中设置一个力矩分支机构,该力矩分支机构在驱动丝杠(5)固定且电机(2)运行时将由此产生的反力矩经由一闭锁传动装置(4)导入到闭锁机构(1)上。
2.按权利要求1所述的闭锁装置,其特征在于,所述传动装置(3)和闭锁传动装置(4)是行星齿轮传动装置,它们通过行星齿轮相互连接。
3.按权利要求1所述的闭锁装置,其特征在于,为了使力矩分支,电机(2)可旋转或可摆动地支承,反力矩导致电机壳体的摆动,并且电机(2)由此作用到闭锁机构(1)上。
4.按权利要求1至2之一所述的闭锁装置,其特征在于,闭锁机构(1)包括一个与闭锁传动装置(4)作用连接的齿轮(9)、一个支承齿轮(9)的闭锁轴(10)和抗扭转地设置在闭锁轴(10)上的闭锁指状件(11,11’),所述闭锁指状件在闭锁状态下嵌入到门扇(8,8’)的闭锁元件(12,12’)中,或者在单扇门的情况下嵌入到门扇(8)和车厢的闭锁元件中。
5.按权利要求4所述的闭锁装置,其特征在于,至少一个闭锁元件(12)整体地构成在滑杆(14)上。
6.按权利要求4至5之一所述的闭锁装置,其特征在于,设有限制闭锁轴(10)转动的止挡。
7.按权利要求1所述的闭锁装置,其特征在于,在闭锁传动装置(4)上设有一制动器,该制动器在打开运动开始时起作用。
8.按权利要求1所述的闭锁装置,其特征在于,所述传动装置是行星齿轮传动装置,其行星齿圈可以在两个角度位置之间转动,并且具有或控制闭锁元件(102),并且与闭锁元件(102)共同作用的闭锁销(110)与门扇连接。
9.按权利要求8所述的闭锁装置,其特征在于,一弹簧作用在行星齿圈或闭锁元件(102)上,该弹簧的另一端作用在固定在门上的点上,并且该弹簧在两个终端位置之间通过一死点。
