Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种锁组件,且更特别地涉及一种安装布置用于进入加锁球把组件中的圆柱体组件。
背景技术
多种类型的常规锁组件被应用于各种装置中。主要通过以钥匙致动的销式转筒锁来保护家用或商用设施。在一种典型的锁中,圆柱体组件容纳转动圆柱体插塞,该圆柱体插塞具有纵向延伸的钥匙槽。驱动部件,例如凸轮,被连接到所述插塞的后面。该驱动部件致动锁闩启动或插闩移动的机构。
所述插塞和圆柱体之间的交界面被叫作剪切面。在圆柱体和插塞中形成多个径向延伸的平行的腔。在每个腔中布置弹簧偏置销子。在正常条件下,驱动部件堵塞所述剪切面以防止所述插塞相对圆柱体转动。但是,当适当形状的钥匙插入钥匙槽中,所述驱动部件和下部销子被移动,使得下部销子的顶部和驱动部件的底部在所述剪切面相会。然后所述插塞可以转动引起驱动部件的转动并且随后回收或延伸锁闩或插闩。
制锁工人经常重配钥匙或替换居民用或商用的锁。为了该目的,由不同制锁商制造可相互交换的圆柱体组件。不太有利地,所述可相互交换的圆柱体组件相当复杂。典型地,即使是来自同一个制造商,可相互交换的圆柱体组件也是专用于特殊类型的锁并且包括位于其中的特殊安装结构。例如,球把锁组件、握柄锁组件和拔销锁(deadbolt)组件每个都相应地使用专用于球把、握柄、及拔销的圆柱体组件。这样的安排使得重配钥匙和替换居民或商用的锁很复杂。
因此,希望提供一种不复杂的用于圆柱体组件的安装布置,其可以容易地安装在各种类型的锁内。
发明内容
根据本发明的用于加锁球把的锁组件包括插入件其限定一个轴,所述插入件包括围绕所述插入件周边的第一槽、与所述第一槽横向的第二槽及穿过所述第二槽的开口;圆柱体组件,沿所述轴可接纳在所述插入件内;和止动件。所述止动件包括大致与所述轴平行的弹簧挡,所述止动件可与所述插入件啮合使得所述弹簧挡啮合所述圆柱体组件而将所述圆柱体组件保持在所述插入件内,所述弹簧挡包括基本上与所述轴平行的一对突片,该突片至少部分地延伸穿过所述开口以与所述圆柱体组件啮合而将所述圆柱体组件保持在所述插入件内。
一种前装的锁组件,包括:球把;插入件,其限定一个轴并可接纳在所述球把内,所述插入件包括围绕所述插入件周边的第一槽、与所述第一槽横向的第二槽及穿过所述第二槽的开口;圆柱体组件,沿所述轴可接纳在所述插入件内;及止动件,其包括大致与所述轴平行的弹簧挡,所述弹簧挡包括基本上与所述轴平行的一对突片,所述突片至少部分地延伸穿过所述开口以与所述圆柱体组件啮合而将所述圆柱体组件保持在所述插入件内。
在该止动件被安装在插入件上后,插入件插入到球把内。该插入件从球把的后面插入并被固定在那里。然后圆柱体组件从球把及插入件的前面插入。当圆柱体组件被推进到插入件的孔内时,引导该圆柱体组件进入所述孔的伸出部推过所述突片,直至所述突片与圆柱体组件上的止动槽啮合,以将圆柱体组件固定在插入件内。
通过利用工具穿过球把的后面插进而压下弹簧挡的台阶部分,容易取下圆柱体组件。该工具向前推动所述台阶部分,这样提升所述突片离开止动槽使得圆柱体组件可以从球把的前面被抽出。容易完成拆卸,甚至当球把已经被安装,可以有效地防止圆柱体组件的移动。
因此本发明提供一种不复杂的用于圆柱体组件的安装布置,其容易安装到各种类型的锁中。

具体实施方式
图1表示锁组件10的总分解透视图。所述锁组件一般包括插入件12,圆柱体组件14和止动件16。所述插入件12和圆柱体组件14被接纳在球把18中以形成加锁球把组件。应该明白虽然在该图示实施例中公开了特殊部件形状,但是其它设置也可从本发明中受益。
所述插入件12支持并且保护圆柱体组件14。所述插入件12优选地可接受在锁内,例如球把18的类型并且穿过多个支柱20(如图3所示)被固定在其中。虽然在公开的实施例中图示了球把组件,但应该明白其它用于锁组件的插入件,例如握柄也将从本发明中受益。
所述球把18优选地被制造为一体的部件。所述球把18包括前面22和后段24。该球把18一般是中空的并且所述后段24优选地为圆柱体以被接纳在被安装在门等上的锁结构内。应该明白所述的相对位置的术语,例如“前”“后”“上”“下”“之上”“之下”等指的是正常的操作状态,而不应考虑为是限制。
纵向延伸的孔26穿过所述球把18张开并且限定轴A。圆周凹进面28被布置在所述前面22之内并且绕着所述孔26的周边延伸。
所述圆柱体组件14包括筒体30及可旋转的锁的圆柱体32。钥匙槽34被限定在该锁圆柱体32的前面33上以允许插入钥匙使得该锁的圆柱体32可转动以操作该锁。致动部件35(图3)从所述锁圆柱体32的后部38内延伸以与延伸穿过闩锁的栓(未显示)的致动板(未显示)啮合,所述闩锁的栓是常规的,在此就不作详细说明。所述钥匙对销子设置的操作可以使用各种常规的形式,在此就不作详细说明。
圆柱体组件伸出部36从所述圆柱体组件14上延伸。所述伸出部36可以被形成为一个或多个部分以优选地形成沿着所述圆柱体组件14的纵向长度的导轨结构。应该明白各种伸出部的形状和布置可以从本发明中获益。
圆周凸缘40绕着所述筒体30的周长延伸。所述凸缘40被接纳于所述凹陷面28内以控制所述圆柱体组件14轴向插入所述插入件12中的深度(图3)。
所述插入件12是大致的圆筒形部件,其包括前段42和后段44。纵向延伸孔46沿着轴A穿过所述前和后段42、44。细长的端部开放的槽48被形成在所述孔16内大致与轴A平行。所述槽48穿过所述前段42。应该明白可以提供附加的槽(显示在图1中)以增加所述插入件12的通用性。
所述伸出部36优选地形成为所述筒体30的一个部分,以与槽48啮合而防止所述插入件12和圆柱体组件14相对转动。所述伸出部36也帮助引导所述圆柱体组件14进入到所述孔46内。止动槽37优选地整个地布置并且大致横向于所述伸出部36。
多个支柱接纳凹口50优选地布置在所述插入件12的后段44。所述凹口50接受所述支柱20的结构以保持所述圆柱体组件14在所述球把18内(图3)。
参考图2,所述插入件12包括周边槽52,其凹陷进入所述插入件12的外周边内。弹簧夹槽54横向于所述周边槽52布置并且与所述轴A大致平行的方向定向。所述槽52、54布置在所述插入件12的后段44附近。在所述弹簧夹槽54的末端,开口56布置成穿过所述插入件12。
所述止动件16包括第一弧形腿58、第二弧形腿60和从该处垂直延伸的弹簧挡62。当布置成在槽52的安装位置时(图1),所述腿58、60被限定为围绕所述轴A。
一对突片64大致从弹簧挡62垂直延伸。所述突片64优选地形成在弹簧挡62的远端并且限定端部为U形。所述弹簧挡62还包括在所述突片64和弧形腿58、60的中间的台阶部分66。应该明白术语“台阶”并不仅仅被视为对称的结构并且应该包括其它几何形状。
参考图3,当止动件16被安装在插入件12上后(图1),所述插入件12被插入到球把18内。插入件12优选地从球把后面插入并且在该支柱20的位置进行支持。
然后所述圆柱体组件14插入到插入件12的前面内。所述圆柱体组件14被推入到孔46内直到环形凸缘40与球把18中的凹陷面28啮合。当圆柱体组件14沿着轴A被推入到孔46内时,所述伸出部36被推过突片64并且弯曲弹簧夹62直到突片64啮合在止动槽37内。也就是,弹簧夹62弯曲而允许突片64经过分割的伸出部36,直到圆柱体组件14被充分地装配成突片64与止动槽37啮合以将所述圆柱体组件14固定在插入件12内。
参考图4,利用例如螺丝刀或泡菜叉等工具T从球把18的后面插入而压下台阶部分66,圆柱体组件14容易被取下。也就是,工具T向前推动所述台阶部分66这样提升突片64离开止动槽37使得圆柱体组件14可以被从球把18的前面抽出。容易完成拆卸,甚至当所述球把被安装后,有效地防止圆柱体组件14的移动。而且,当所述圆柱体组件14被从球把前面插入时,圆柱体组件14容易被组装进球把18,所述球把已经被准确地预先安装在门上。
参考图5,另一个止动件16′包括突片64′,其被形成在弹簧挡62′的远端并且限定在端部观察大致为盒形(图6)。
虽然特殊步骤顺序已经被显示、描述并且被提出权利要求,应该明白所述步骤可以以任何顺序来完成,或者被分开或结合来完成,除非有相反的指示,并且将从本发明中获得好处。

Claims (20)
1.一种锁组件,包括:
插入件,其限定一个轴,所述插入件包括围绕所述插入件周边的第一槽、与所述第一槽横向的第二槽及穿过所述第二槽的开口;
圆柱体组件,沿所述轴可接纳在所述插入件内;及
止动件,其包括大致与所述轴平行的弹簧挡,所述止动件可与所述插入件啮合使得所述弹簧挡啮合所述圆柱体组件而将所述圆柱体组件保持在所述插入件内,所述弹簧挡包括基本上与所述轴平行的一对突片,该突片至少部分地延伸穿过所述开口以与所述圆柱体组件啮合而将所述圆柱体组件保持在所述插入件内。
2.如权利要求1所述的锁组件,还包括从所述圆柱体组件延伸的凸缘,所述凸缘至少部分地接纳在球把的前凹陷面的附近。
3.如权利要求1所述的锁组件,其中所述第二槽大致平行于所述轴。
4.如权利要求1所述的锁组件,其中所述弹簧挡被至少部分地接纳在所述第二槽内。
5.如权利要求1所述的锁组件,其中所述一对突片包括从所述弹簧挡垂直延伸的第一和第二突片。
6.如权利要求1所述的锁组件,其中所述一对突片和所述弹簧挡形成与所述弹簧挡一起的大致U形。
7.如权利要求1所述的锁组件,其中所述止动件包括从所述弹簧挡延伸的第一弧形腿和第二弧形腿。
8.如权利要求7所述的锁组件,其中所述第一弧形腿和所述第二弧形腿至少部分地绕着所述插入件延伸。
9.如权利要求7所述的锁组件,其中所述弹簧挡包括突片,该突片与所述第一和第二弧形腿相对地从所述弹簧挡垂直地延伸。
10.如权利要求9所述的锁组件,其中所述弹簧挡包括在所述突片和所述第一及第二弧形腿中间的台阶部分。
11.如权利要求10所述的锁组件,其中所述台阶部分在所述突片的方向延伸。
12.一种前装的锁组件,包括:
球把;
插入件,其限定一个轴并可接纳在所述球把内,所述插入件包括围绕所述插入件周边的第一槽、与所述第一槽横向的第二槽及穿过所述第二槽的开口;
圆柱体组件,沿所述轴可接纳在所述插入件内;及
止动件,其包括大致与所述轴平行的弹簧挡,所述弹簧挡包括基本上与所述轴平行的一对突片,所述突片至少部分地延伸穿过所述开口以与所述圆柱体组件啮合而将所述圆柱体组件保持在所述插入件内。
13.如权利要求12所述的前装的锁组件,其中所述插入件通过所述球把的后面可接纳在所述球把的孔内。
14.如权利要求13所述的前装的锁组件,其中所述插入件被支持在所述球把内。
15.如权利要求12所述的前装的锁组件,其中所述圆柱体组件可通过所述球把的前面接纳。
16.如权利要求12所述的前装的锁组件,其中所述止动件包括从所述弹簧挡延伸的第一弧形腿和第二弧形腿。
17.如权利要求16所述的前装的锁组件,其中所述第一弧形腿和所述第二弧形腿至少部分地绕着所述插入件延伸。
18.如权利要求16所述的前装的锁组件,其中所述弹簧挡包括与所述第一和第二弧形腿相对地从所述弹簧挡垂直地延伸的突片。
