Abstract

本发明提供一种在胎面部上改善加强材料的缠绕方式的充气轮胎,在以螺旋状缠绕带状尼龙材质的加强材料时,将带束层端部和中央部划分成一定的台阶,通过改变各台阶的重叠的重复部分的量,调整胎面部的刚性偏差,同时,实现设计人员所希望的触地形状,由此使轮胎性能达到最佳化。

技术领域
本发明涉及在胎面部上改善加强材料的缠绕方式的充气轮胎,更详细地说,涉及下述一种充气轮胎,在以螺旋状缠绕带状加强材料时,将带束层端部和中央部划分成一定的台阶,通过改变各台阶的重叠的重复部分的量,调整胎面部的刚性偏差,同时,实现设计人员所希望的触地形状,由此使轮胎性能达到最佳化。
背景技术
最近,随着轿车性能的提高,人们开发了适于高输出轿车的高性能低扁平比的轮胎。随着车辆的高性能化和高输出化,所述超低扁平比轮胎的使用条件越来越严酷。为了开发适于这样高性能高输出车辆的轮胎,如图2所示,在现有技术中,在轮胎的带束层21的上侧,以螺旋状缠绕(winding)有一定宽度的带状的尼龙材质的加强材料22。该加强材料22除了能够提高轮胎的耐久性能外,还对操纵安全性等其它性能也带来有利的效果。
在现有技术中,在以螺旋状缠绕这种带状加强材料时,缠绕节距(pitch)一律采用为加强材料宽度的1.0倍或者0.5倍的倍率。而且,如图3所示,为了提高高速性能,提出了具有侧缘相互重叠的重复部分的技术(例如,专利文献1)。在图3中,参考标号31为带束层,32为加强材料。

发明内容
但是,上述现有技术的产品由于在带束层上侧上使用千篇一律的加强材料,所以存在不能起到调整胎面部刚性和足印(Foot print)作用的缺陷。
本发明是为解决上述现有技术的问题而提出的,其目的在于,提供一种充气轮胎,在以螺旋状缠绕带状尼龙材质的加强材料时,将带束层端部和中央部划分成一定的台阶,通过改变各台阶的重叠的重复部分的量,调整胎面部的刚性偏差,同时,实现设计人员所希望的触地形状,由此使轮胎性能达到最佳化。
本发明提供的充气轮胎,在轮胎带束层上侧,以螺旋状贴胶并缠绕带状尼龙材质的加强材料时,胎肩部和中央部的一定的台阶能够补充脆弱性能和刚性,其中,胎肩部的尼龙加强带束层宽度为20~60mm,缠绕节距(winding pitch)为加强材料宽度的0.3~0.7倍;中央部的尼龙加强带束层宽度在加强带束层宽度的15~35%范围内,缠绕节距为加强材料宽度的0.3~0.7倍。
所述胎肩部和中央部之间的台阶,通过调整以最适合地维持胎面部的刚性和足印形状,能够提高操纵安全性和制动性能,其中,尼龙加强带束层宽度在带束层宽度的15~35%范围内,其缠绕节距为加强材料宽度的0.8~1.2倍。
本发明能够获得下述效果:在轮胎带束层上侧以螺旋状缠绕带状尼龙加强材料的充气轮胎中,将带束层端部和中央部划分为一定的台阶,通过改变各台阶的重叠的重复部分的量,调整胎面部的刚性偏差,实现设计人员所希望的触地形状,由此使轮胎性能达到最佳化。
本发明的胎肩部和中央部的一定的台阶,对脆弱性起到补充作用,以及能够增强刚性,其它部分的台阶能够使胎面部维持刚性且调整足印形状,从而提高操纵安全性和制动性能。

具体实施方式
下面,根据附图对本发明进行详细说明。
本发明提供一种通过以螺旋状缠绕带状加强材料12并按照不同的台阶区别采用侧缘重复部分的量来使轮胎具有最适合的性能的充气轮胎。
通常,胎面部10的刚性和触地形状与耐久性能有密切联系。为了保持最适合水平的胎面部10的刚性和触地形状,必须先进行轮胎轮廓和结构的适当组合,在结构方面,特别是胎面部10上侧的加强材料12的缠绕方式与胎面部10的刚性有密切联系,直接影响其性能。
本发明为了提高这种性能,如图1所示,在胎面部10的带束层11上侧以螺旋状贴胶并缠绕带状尼龙材料时,胎肩部13和中央部的一定的台阶能够补充脆弱性以及增强刚性,其中,胎肩部13的尼龙加强带束层宽度SD为20~60mm,胎肩部13的尼龙加强带束层缠绕节距为加强材料宽度的0.3~0.7倍,中央部的尼龙加强带束层宽度CD在带束层宽度的15~35%范围内,中央部的尼龙加强带束层缠绕节距为加强材料宽度的0.3~0.7倍。
另外,胎肩部13和中央部之间的台阶能够通过调整最佳的维持胎面部10的刚性和足印形状以提高操纵安全性和制动性能,其中,中央部和胎肩部13之间的尼龙加强带束层宽度ND在带束层宽度的15~35%范围内,中央部和胎肩部13之间的尼龙加强带束层缠绕节距为加强材料宽度的0.8~1.2倍。
如下述表1所示,将使用本发明技术的轮胎(实施例)与现有产品(比较例1:一律以节距宽度0.5倍率进行缠绕的产品)相比较,从其结果可知,在干燥路面上的操纵性能提高了4%,在潮湿路面上的操纵性能提高了8%,在干燥路面上的制动性能提高了2%,在潮湿路面上的制动性能提高了5%,将使用本发明技术的轮胎(实施例)与具有侧缘部分重叠的重复部分的产品(比较例2:一律以节距宽度0.7倍率进行缠绕的产品)相比较,从其结果可知,在潮湿路面上的操纵性能提高了4%,在潮湿路面上的制动性能提高了3%的程度。

Claims (1)

1.一种在胎面部上改善加强材料的缠绕方式的充气轮胎,在轮胎带束层上侧,以螺旋状贴胶并缠绕带状尼龙材质的加强材料,其特征在于,
胎肩部和中央部的一定的台阶按照下述方式形成:胎肩部的尼龙加强带束层宽度(SD)为20~60mm,加强带束层缠绕节距为加强材料宽度的0.3~0.7倍;中央部的尼龙加强带束层宽度(CD)在加强带束层宽度的15~35%范围内,其加强带束层缠绕节距为加强材料宽度的0.3~0.7倍;而且,所述胎肩部和中央部之间的台阶(ND)在尼龙加强带束层宽度的15~35%范围内,其加强带束层缠绕节距为加强材料宽度的0.8~1.2倍。
