Abstract

一种用于辐射成像检查系统的自动防护屏蔽门装置,属于辐射防护技术领域。它包括门板、两侧滑轨、齿条、齿轮和电机。其结构特点是,两侧滑轨固定在框架的上平面并用轴承与门板滑动连接。门板的底部固定齿条并与齿轮啮合,齿轮与固定在框架下面的电机轴连接。本发明可以实现对辐射成像检测系统的自动、完全和无干扰的屏蔽防护。实现智能控制、避免意外的辐射泄漏情况发生。

一种用于辐射成像检查系统的自动防护屏蔽门装置
技术领域
本发明属于辐射防护技术领域,特别是涉及一种应用于辐射成像检查系统的自动防护屏蔽门装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,应用于辐射检测系统的检测灵敏区出入口的防护装置通常为夹有铅层的橡胶帘等。由于它们是被动式的,所以会对要检测物体顺利的进出检测系统检测灵敏区造成一定的影响;采用这种形式不可能做成全封闭的,会存在一定的射线泄漏,防护屏蔽效果不理想。同时,由于受本身结构的限制,只能应用于垂直方向。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种用于辐射成像检查系统的自动防护屏蔽门装置,它可以实现对辐射检测系统的自动、完全和无干扰的屏蔽防护。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种用于辐射成像检查系统的自动防护屏蔽门装置,它包括门板、两侧滑轨、齿条、齿轮和电机。其结构特点是,所述两侧滑轨固定在框架的上平面并用轴承与门板滑动连接。门板的底部固定齿条并与齿轮啮合。齿轮与固定在框架下面的电机轴连接。
按照上述的技术方案,所述框架的下平面前后两端设有对门板起限位防护作用的关门接近开关和开门接近开关。
按照上述的技术方案,所述框架的上平面前后两端设有对门板起止位作用的橡胶档块。
按照上述的技术方案,所述门板是由具有防辐射功能的金属材料或者是一般金属材料附加具有防辐射功能的金属材料屏蔽层制成。
按照上述的技术方案,所述金属材料屏蔽层为铅合金。
本发明采用了上述技术方案,具有如下有益效果:
1)由于采用了单扇整体防护屏蔽门,因此可以实现全封闭式的完全防护。
2)由于防护屏蔽门是由电器智能控制,因此不会对物体进出辐射检测系统的检测灵敏区造成任何影响。
3)由于采用了对门板的限位装置,可以保证辐射检测系统不会在防护屏蔽门关好之前就开始检测,从而可以避免意外的辐射泄漏。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明的实施方式作进一步描述。
参看图1~图3,本发明包括门板1、两侧滑轨2、齿条3、齿轮4和电机5。门板1是由具有防辐射功能的金属材料或者是由一般金属材料附加具有防辐射功能的金属材料屏蔽层8制成。金属材料屏蔽层8为铅合金。两侧滑轨2固定在框架6的上平面并用轴承7与门板1滑动连接。门板1的底部固定齿条3并与齿轮4啮合。齿轮4与固定在框架6下面的电机5轴连接。框架6的下平面前后两端设有对门板1起限限位作用的关门接近开关9和开门接近开关10。框架6的上平面前后两端设有对门板1起止位作用的橡胶档块11。
使用本发明时,将它利用框架6安装在屏蔽的位置。电机5控制门板1的启闭。橡胶档块11、关门接近开关9和开门接近开关10可分别给控制系统传递信号形成利用电器对门板1的智能控制,避免意外辐射泄漏情况的发生。

Claims (2)

1.一种用于辐射成像检查系统的自动防护屏蔽门装置,它包括门板(1)、两侧滑轨(2)、齿条(3)、齿轮(4)和电机(5),其特征在于,所述两侧滑轨(2)固定在框架(6)的上平面并用轴承(7)与门板(1)滑动连接,门板(1)的底部固定齿条(3)并与齿轮(4)啮合,齿轮(4)与固定在框架(6)下面的电机(5)轴连接;框架(6)的下平面前后两端设有对门板(1)起限位防护作用的关门接近开关(9)和开门接近开关(10);框架(6)的上平面前后两端设有对门板(1)起止位作用的橡胶档块(11);门板(1)是由具有防辐射功能的金属材料或者是一般金属材料附加具有防辐射功能的金属材料屏蔽层(8)制成。
2.按照权利要求1所述的用于辐射成像检查系统的自动防护屏蔽门装置,其特征在于,所述金属材料屏蔽层(8)为铅合金。
