Abstract

Description
本发明涉及塑料包装,尤其涉及具有可鉴别的安全措施以打击使用伪造塑料包装的中空塑料容器和盖子。
发明背景和综述
在包括盖子和中空塑料容器的塑料包装的制备中,常见的做法是注模成型或者挤压成预制体,然后对该预制体进行吹塑成型,以获得容器的最终形状。就有些容器而言,至少容器的主体部分是多层构造,其中一个或多个中间层形成防止气体穿过容器的阻挡层。无论是多层构造还是多层构造,吹塑成型的容器和其盖子通常用于包装个人护理产品和医疗产品,比如药品。但是,不幸的是,药品时不时地会被伪造并置于伪造的包装中,这些伪造包装看起来和销售真正药品所用的真正包装相同。相应地,这些伪造包装用来欺骗药剂师和消费者购买伪造药品。

优选实施方案描述
一般性地参见图1,示出了根据本发明示例性实施方案地塑料包装10。包装10是由独立的塑料包装部件组装而成的,包括用于在其中容纳一个或多个产品,比如药丸或类似物,的塑料容器12,和用于将所述产品密封性地保持在容器12中的盖子14。

图2示出了图1的容器从其圆圈2处截取的放大剖面图。本文中,可以发现容器12的侧壁18优选是多层的,优选由多种熔融树脂构成,包括由基质树脂构成的内层和外层32、34,和由阻透树脂构成的中间层36。阻透树脂聚合物用以阻碍气体、水蒸气和/或气味迁移透过容器侧壁18。可以理解的是,所述多层侧壁18可以由更少或更多的层构成,而不会偏离本发明的范围。多层容器12和其预制体,优选具有N个基质层(例如,2或3)和N-1个中间层(例如,1或2)。在任何情况下,基质树脂层32、34优选由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)或者聚碳酸酯(PC)聚合物构成,但也可以由任何其它所需的容器材料构成。中间层36优选由尼龙或者乙烯乙烯醇(EVOH)钝化聚合物(passivepolymer)构成,但也可以由用于容器的任何其它合适的钝化或者活性阻透聚合物构成。但是,根据本发明的最宽方面,中间层36也可以是PET或者聚碳酸酯组合物,或者是消费后树脂组合物,这是因为是中间层36中的标记物提供本发明的一个区别特征。

除了该独特颜色编码方案以外,微颗粒标记物38也可以提供有其它可鉴别的特征。例如,标记物38可以提供有荧光剂。荧光剂是任何可以在紫外光下特殊辨别的材料,优选提供在标记物的比如一个或多个面上,或者以一个层的形式。相应地,可以首先检测微颗粒标记物38是否存在,如果其存在得到了验证,则随后可以在显微镜下进一步检测包装10,以鉴别标记物38的颜色编码。在另一实施例中,标记物38可以被磁化以具有特定的吸引强度,从而为进一步鉴别和跟踪包装和产品提供独特的磁性标记。微颗粒标记物是商业可得的,比如购自Microtrace,LLC of Minneapolis,MN。
图2B举例说明了本发明的一种可替换的示例性实施方案。图2B示出了可替换图2所示多层壁18的容器112的单层侧壁118。本文中,在形成容器112之前,例如,在注射成型或者挤压成型用于吹塑形成容器112的预制体之前或期间,将微颗粒标记物138添加到或者嵌入单层侧壁118的树脂中。
图3示出了图1的盖子14的放大部分剖面图。在形成盖子14之前,例如在注射成型或者压制成型盖子14之前或者期间,可以将微颗粒标记物38加入或者嵌入盖子14的树脂中。盖子底壁24可以是多层底壁,其中标记物被设置在中间阻透层中。图3也示出了一种修改方案,其中或者通过在底壁上原位成型或者通过粘合剂层52粘合到底壁上,将衬里50设置在底壁24的内表面上。微颗粒标记物38除了包括在盖壳中以外,也可以包括在衬里50和/或粘合剂52中,或者用后者代替前者。
图4示出了本发明另一示例性实施方案的放大部分剖面图。标记30通过粘合层48结合到容器12的多层壁18上。粘合层48包括在其中嵌入的微颗粒标记物38,比如通过将微颗粒标记物38混入液体粘合剂中,所述液体粘合剂可以施加到标签30的背部或者容器12的侧壁18上。
通过上述的一种或多种示例性实施方案,本发明的包括嵌入标记物的“真正”包装、容器和/或盖子,可以很容易和不含所述标记物的非真正容器区分开。具体的颜色方案可以和具体的合法来源或者起源相关,所述来源比如容器生产商、具体的产品或药品、生产商、工厂或生产设备、销售者、分销商、零售商、药剂师等。通过比如在显微镜下用50-100X放大检测包装的一部分,可以鉴别标记物,并且由此可以在现场或者市场上确认产品和/或其包装的真实性,其中所述包装可以可靠地追溯到具体所需的来源或者起源。换句话说,如果对包装或其中的产品的合法性有任何问题,则标记物提供了包装来源的可追溯性证据。实际上,本发明提供了用于鉴别包装或产品真实性的代码,它是用以打击伪造包装或其中的产品的可靠的包装安全特征,所以,有标记的包装使得伪造者难以复制。因此,通过使用本发明,药剂师和消费者得到了相对于进入市场的伪造药品的更强保护。
根据本发明的另一方面,可以在不同的包装部件中采用不同的标记物。例如,盖壳、盖子衬里或者衬里粘合剂中的标记物可以表明生产商,而容器或者标签粘合剂中的标记物可以表明产品号或者批次号。也必须理解,尽管荧光材料优选用于表明标记物的存在,但是从严格意义上来说,荧光或者磁性材料的这种使用是任选的。

Claims (18)

2、权利要求1的包装,其中所述容器和所述盖子的至少之一是成型的塑料构造,和其中所述多个微颗粒标记物被成型到所述容器和所述盖子的至少之一上。
