Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机动车的燃油供给模块,特别是联结阀结构,其由止回阀和释压阀组成。
背景技术
常规的燃油供给模块包含设置在储油箱中的燃油泵,该储油箱装配在燃油箱中。燃油供给管道设置用于将由燃油泵泵送的燃油输送到发动机或高压燃油泵。通常,设置在燃油供给管道中的止回阀用于阻止燃油回流到储油箱中。此外,分开的调节装置或释压阀通常设置在燃油供给管道的另一个部分中,以保证燃油以预定的压力输送到发动机。
使用分开的止回阀和调节装置增加了部件数量、装配时间以及常规的燃油输送系统的成本。
发明内容
因此,这就需要提出一种联结阀结构,其在一个结构中兼有止回阀和释压阀两者的功能。
本发明的目的是实现上述要求。根据本发明的原理,该目的通过提供一种用于燃油供给模块的结构实现。该模块具有:燃油泵,安置在储油箱中;供给管道,与燃油泵的出口流体相通,用于给发动机或高压燃油泵供给燃油;以及回流管道,用于将多余的燃油从发动机回流到储油箱中。联结阀结构包括止回阀和释压阀,止回阀构造和设置为与供给管道相通,以允许燃油输送到发动机,并且防止燃油排放回燃油泵;释压阀通过导管与止回阀一体连接。释压阀构造和设置为与回流管道相通,从而当燃油在止回阀上的压力超出确定的压力范围时,释压阀将开启并允许导管中的燃油进入回流管道,由此将离开止回阀的燃油维持在确定的压力范围内。

具体实施方式
参考图1,燃油供给系统10包括:容纳在燃油箱14的内部的燃油供给模块12;高压泵16,该高压泵在燃油箱14外部。在工作时,燃油从燃油箱14进入到模块12的储油箱18,并且利用燃油泵20通过供给管道21泵送到高压泵16。高压泵将燃油输送到发动机中(未示出)。没有被发动机或高压燃油泵使用的燃油将通过回流管道22回到储油箱18。因此,模块12包括储油箱18、燃油泵20、法兰24以及根据本发明原理的联结阀结构26。
如图2所示,联结阀结构26优选的是一体的结构,其位于法兰24和储油箱18之间。在图3中更好地示出,联结阀结构26包括通过导管23与释压阀30一体连接的止回阀28。联结阀结构26优选地位于燃油泵20与供给模块12的法兰24之间。作为选择,联结阀结构26可以与法兰24结合成一体。止回阀28优选地是常规的单向阀,其允许燃油从燃油泵20泵送到管道21。止回阀28具有将阀构件34偏压到关闭位置的弹簧32,以阻止燃油通过管道36(图1)回流到燃油泵20。在实施例中,管道36包括限定导管的倒钩管接头(barbed fitting),其与连接到燃油泵出口的管子连接。
在工作中,泵20将燃油从储油箱18中经过止回阀28、通过供给管道38和21泵送到高压泵16(图1)。在实施例中,供给管道38是联结阀结构26上的倒钩管接头,其容纳最终与供给管道21相通的管子(未示出)。因此,管接头38和与其相关联的管子可以被认为是供给管道21的一部分。高压泵16用于将燃油送到发动机(未示出)。柴油发动机通常需要用到高压泵16,以将燃油输送给发动机。然而,根据应用,联结阀结构26能够用于带有或不带高压泵16的非柴油发动机。无论如何,止回阀28的目的在于,防止供给管道21排放(燃油),从而高压泵16在其进口处吸入最少量的空气。
释压阀30被构造和设置为连续地允许回流管道22中的燃油回到储油箱18中,同时,在正常情况下关闭与止回阀28相通的导管23的端部25。因此,释压阀30通过导管23与止回阀28流体相通,从而使得在由储油箱18输送而来的流体的高压力变化的情况下,释压阀30将开启并且允许导管23中的燃油通过现在开启的端部25回流到储油箱18中。这使供给管道21的从止回阀28中出来的压力在确定的压力范围之内,以提高高压泵16以及发动机的工作性能和效率。联结阀结构26具有倒钩管接头40,其与释压阀30相通。这些管接头40容纳管子(未示出),该管子与回流管道22连接。因此,管接头40与与其相关联的管子可以被认为是回流管道22的一部分。在释压阀30开启时,导管23中的燃油在这时自由地流入到回流管道22并回到储油箱18。释压阀30优选地是常规的弹簧偏压类型的,其利用弹簧42选择地确保在导管23中的预定压力下开启阀构件44。
如图2和3所示,止回阀28与燃油泵20的出口和高压泵16的进口相通,并且阀构件34通常情况下优选地基本垂直地指向。在优选的实施例中,释压阀30的阀构件44优选地基本横向于止回阀28的阀构件34指向。
参考图4,示出了联结阀结构26′的另一个实施例。结构26′与图1中示出的结构26是相同的,除了在图4中的优选的伞型的止回阀46设置在管接头40中。阀46允许来自于发动机的流体以箭头A的方向流入到腔体48中并且因此从管接头40的下部分流出。阀46阻止流体在与箭头A相反的方向上流动。因此,当交通工具发生翻车事故时,阀46防止回流管道22(图1)排放(燃油)。
因此,联结阀结构26在一个整体的结构中执行止回阀和释压阀两者的功能,其产生多个优点,包括减少部件数量以及降低成本。
为了说明本发明的结构和功能原理以及为了示出应用优选实施例的方法,已经示出并描述了上述优选实施例,并且在不背离这些原理的情况下可以对这些实施例进行修改。因此,本发明包括涵盖在权利要求的主旨中的所有更改。

Claims (18)

1.一种用于燃油供给模块的结构,所述模块具有:燃油泵,安置在储油箱中;供给管道,与所述燃油泵的出口流体相通,用于向发动机输送燃油;以及回流管道,用于将多余的燃油从发动机回流到所述储油箱,所述结构包括:
止回阀,构造和设置为与所述供给管道相通,以允许燃油输送到发动机并且防止燃油排放回所述燃油泵,以及
释压阀,通过导管与所述止回阀一体连接,所述释压阀构造和设置为与所述回流管道相通,从而当燃油在所述止回阀上的压力超出确定的压力范围时,所述释压阀将开启并允许所述导管中的燃油进入所述回流管道,由此将离开所述止回阀的燃油维持在确定的压力范围内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的结构,其中,所述止回阀包括阀构件并且所述释压阀包括通常横向于所述止回阀的阀构件设置的阀构件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的结构,其中,所述每个阀构件都是由弹簧来偏压的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的结构,进一步包括管接头,所述管接头构造和设置为连接所述止回阀与所述供给管道并且连接所述释压阀与所述回流管道。
5.根据权利要求4所述的结构,其中,所述管接头是构造和设置为与管子相接合的倒钩管接头。
6.根据权利要求1所述的结构,进一步包括第二止回阀,其构造和设置为与所述回流管道相通,以允许流体在一个方向从发动机流到所述储油箱,并且阻止流体在该方向的相反方向上流动。
7.一种用于燃油供给模块的结构,所述模块具有:燃油泵,安置在储油箱中;供给管道,与所述燃油泵的出口流体相通,用于向发动机供给燃油;以及回流管道,用于将多余的燃油从发动机回流到所述储油箱,所述结构包括:
第一装置,构造和设置为与所述供给管道相通,用于允许燃油输送到发动机并且防止燃油排放回到所述燃油泵,以及第二装置,与所述第一装置为一整体,并且与所述第一装置流体相通,用于与所述回流管道相通,从而当燃油在所述第一装置上的压力超出了确定的压力范围时,所述第二装置允许所述导管中的燃油进入到所述回流管道,由此将离开所述第一装置的燃油维持在确定的压力范围内。
8.根据权利要求7所述的结构,其中,所述第一装置是止回阀,其包括阀构件,并且所述第二装置是释压阀,其包括通常横向于所述止回阀的阀构件设置的阀构件。
9.根据权利要求8所述的结构,其中,所述每个阀构件都是由弹簧来偏压的。
10.根据权利要求7所述的结构,进一步包括管接头,所述管接头构造和设置为连接所述第一装置与所述供给管道并且连接所述第二装置与所述回流管道。
