本发明涉及一种移液装置,其包含呈小管形式的移液单元,所述移液单元具有容器室,和以排出口来实现的第一端,以及第二开口端。
                           背景技术
在实践中已知呈小管形式的移液器件,其具有容器室,和具有排出口的第一端,以及第二开口端。一种已知的移液单元是由塑料或玻璃制造的。第二开口端上的抽吸器件通过排出口将待施加到基底上的液体汲取到容器中。待施加的液体接着可施加到基底或输送到反应器皿中。唾液或类似物质的样本可添加到待施加的液体,接着可经受化学或生化测试。在移液到单独器皿中之前将待分析的物质添加到液体中。
                           发明内容
本发明的目标在于提供移液装置,通过所述移液装置,可以简化的方式来执行已经添加有待分析的物质的液体物质的施加。通过提供移液装置来实现所述目标,所述移液装置包括呈小管形式的移液单元,其具有施加室、以排出口实现的第一端、第二开口端。在移液单元的第二开口端的附近,引导套管状容器单元,使得其可在移液单元的向内径向突出且彼此相隔一些距离的两个密封唇上轴向移动,所述容器单元在面向移液单元的施加空间的那侧具有底部元件,且在面向远离施加室的那侧具有开口,且所述容器单元在其周边表面的附近具有至少一个开口,其轴向尺寸小于或等于密封唇之间的距离。容器单元可关于移液单元而从闭合位置移动到开启位置,在所述开启位置,容器单元的内部通过容器单元中的至少一个开口来与移液单元的施加空间形成连通。
移液器件优选包括由容器单元形成的器皿,其中,通过开口,可将(例如)待分析的物质引入到测试液体中。可通过关于移液单元移动容器单元在无需附加设备的情况下将添加有具有待分析的物质的测试物质的测试液体引入到移液单元的施加室中。具体来说,由于容器单元移动到开启位置,液体经由容器单元中的至少一个开口流入移液单元的施加室中,且以这种方式,液体可通过移液单元经由其排出口而施加到基底上或施加到反应器皿中。在容器单元的闭合位置,密封唇防止测试液体经由容器单元与移液单元之间的环状间隙泄漏到环境中,且防止测试液体流到移液单元的施加室中。当容器单元移动到开启位置时,至少一个开口越过在施加室的方向上起到密封作用的密封唇而移动,使得液体可接着经由容器单元与移液单元之间的环状间隙从容器单元的内部流到移液单元的施加室中。
在移液器件的一个优选示范性实施例中,容器单元具有遮盖元件。遮盖元件闭合容器单元的开口,使得容器单元中容纳的液体不能流出。当由例如棉药签的测试药签保持的样本要添加到位于容器单元中的测试液体时,移除可以(例如)盖的形式来实现的遮盖元件,将药签浸没在测试液体中,且接着将其从测试液体中取出。接着将遮盖元件放回容器单元上,使得接着可发生已添加有样品的测试液体的均化。接着,可将容器单元移动到开启位置,因此,测试液体流到施加室中,且可接着通过移液单元来施加。
遮盖元件可以捕获连接的方(例如通过膜铰链)与容器单元连接,,或遮盖元件还可以用于容器单元的独立盖的形式来实现。
在移液器件的开启后,即在容器单元移动到开启位置后,为了防止液体从移液单元经由排出口而脱离,移液单元可具有闭合元件。此闭合元件可成一体地模铸在移液单元上,或其还可形成附接到移液单元的独立组件。
在移液器件的另一优选实施例中,移液单元由可弹性变形、尤其是软塑料来形成,使得可仅通过在移液单元的侧面施加手动压力,来使容纳在移液单元的施加室中的液体经由排出口且从施加室中排出。
为了防止形成内套管的容器单元无意地滑到由外套管形成的移液单元中,内套管可具有至少一个环状槽,其通过与移液单元的密封唇中的至少一者互相作用,来界定内套管的闭合位置和/或开启位置。
合并本发明的移液装置还可用于混合多成分系统的复数种成分,藉此,一种成分最初放置在容器单元中,且附加成分放置在移液单元中。因此,举例来说,在待分析的样品已经添加到容纳在容器室中的成分后,且在已经将容器单元推到开启位置后,即使在施加前,两种成分的混合也会在移液单元的容器室中。
本发明的另一实施例是一种移液装置,其具有在一者内引导另一者的复数个容器单元,所述容器单元以罐的形状实现且在其侧壁上具有至少一个开口,所述开口在闭合位置位于各自相邻外侧的容器单元的两个密封唇之间,且通过将各自的容器单元移动到开启位置来在各自相邻容器单元的内部之间产生连接。以此方式,有可能在通过移液单元施加液体前,混合多成分系统的复数种成分。
对大颗粒和/或限定物质具有选择性的过滤器件也可位于移液管的尖端的附近。

                        具体实施方式
图1和2展示移液器件10,其包含移液单元12和容器单元14,且可(例如)用于例如唾液样本的测试物质的化学或生化分析中。作为注塑成型的塑料零件的移液单元12由软的、可弹性变形的塑料制成,且包含:第一端16,其以具有排出口18的移液尖端的形式来实现;和第二开口端20。在移液单元12的开口端20附近,引导容器单元14,使得其在从移液单元12的内壁向内径向突出的两个密封唇22和24上轴向移动。
具有内部36的容器单元14本质上以罐的形状实现,且通过在面向移液单元12的施加室26的那侧的底部元件28来闭合。在面向远离基座元件28的那侧,容器单元14具有可通过遮盖元件30来闭合的开口32。
在其周边附近,由硬性塑料制造且形成内套管的容器单元14具有开口34,开口34的轴向尺寸略小于以线圈的形式实现的密封唇22与24之间的距离。
当使用移液器件10时,代表内套管的容器单元14最初在图1中所说明的闭合或阻塞位置,其中开口34位于两个密封唇22与24之间,使得容器单元14的内部36与移液单元12的容器室26之间不存在连通。测试液体位于容器单元14的内部36中。
密封唇22在环形槽38中啮合在容器单元14的闭合位置,所述环形槽38在容器单元14的周边近似位于底部元件28的水平处,且因此限定阻塞位置。
移除以盖的形状实现的遮盖元件30,且将(例如)已经添加有唾液样品的测试棒或药签蘸到测试液体中。由唾液样品组成的培养物从而添加到测试液体。接着测试棒从容器单元14中取出,且接着将遮盖元件30放置在容器单元14上以闭合开口32。
接着,在容纳在容器单元14的内部36中的液体的均化后,可将容器单元14推到图2中所说明的开启位置,其中已经添加有唾液样品的测试液体从容器单元14的内部36流出,经由开口34,流到移液单元12的施加室26中。
接着,对于已经添加有唾液样品的测试液体的施加而言,将径向压力手动施加在移液单元上,因此,液体可经由排出口18施加到培养基或注入反应器皿中。

Claims (8)

5.根据权利要求1所述的移液装置,其中所述移液单元(12)由一可弹性变形的塑料形成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的移液装置,其中所述容器单元(14)具有至少一个环形槽(38),其通过与所述移液单元(12)的所述密封唇(22,24)中的至少一者的相互作用来限定所述容器单元(14)的所述闭合位置和/或所述开启位置。

8.一种移液器件,其包含:
一移液单元(12),其包括一具有一第一端(16)和一第二开口端(20)的施加室(26),其中所述第一端(16)具有一排出口(18);
一套管状容器单元(14),其位于所述移液单元(12)的所述第二开口端(20)的附近;
