Description

具有隔声隔热性能的多层窗玻璃
本发明涉及一种安装在窗户上用于隔声的多层窗玻璃,其包括第一层压玻璃板和至少一个第二单层玻璃板,其与第一玻璃板平行并与后者被一气层隔开,层压玻璃板的多个玻璃板由至少一层塑料膜结合在一起。这种窗玻璃通常安装于建筑物中以便减少在建筑物内部对外部噪音的感受,并可隔热。
多年来,在许多国家,隔热窗玻璃被广泛使用。更为常见的是,它们包括两层厚度相同、通常在2.5到4毫米之间的玻璃,其被一6到16毫米的气层隔开,并且在其四周用各种胶或可能的金属件结合在一起。在采暖期间,这种窗玻璃可改善用于居住、工作和休闲的住所的舒适性,并较大程度地减少热量损失。在隔声方面,包括一个4毫米玻璃、一个12毫米气层和一个10毫米玻璃的窗玻璃构成一个合适的基准。
为满足一定的隔热或隔声要求,已经推出了其它类型的窗玻璃,如多层和层压窗玻璃。然而,后者相对于其所嵌入的窗户存在重量和体积问题。尤其是,这种窗玻璃由厚度通常大于8毫米的单层玻璃板和通常由至少4毫米厚的玻璃板组成的层压玻璃板制成。这样所制成的多层窗玻璃的体积也会非常大,而且比平均值重,特别是比此前引述的基准绝缘窗玻璃重。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种象基准绝缘窗玻璃或多层和层压窗玻璃一样隔热隔声但又不那么笨重的窗玻璃。
根据本发明的多层窗玻璃的特征在于,所述层压玻璃板的两层玻璃板每层厚度在1.5到2.5毫米之间,所述单层玻璃板的厚度在3到5毫米之间,并且所述窗玻璃的重量比一种包括至少两层由与多层窗玻璃具有相同厚度的气层隔开的单层玻璃板的绝缘窗玻璃轻至少30%,而所述多层窗玻璃的加权隔声指数(声音衰退指数)Rw和所述具有两层单层玻璃板的绝缘窗玻璃的加权隔声指数(声音衰退指数)Rw之间的偏差不超过3dB。

具有改善的隔声性能的膜被称作满足专利EP-B1-0 100 701或EP-B1-0 844 075中限定的标准、尤其是用于对公路或固载噪声进行良好声音防护标准的膜。
在专利EP-B1-0 100 701中,所述膜被选择为使包含由一层2毫米的这种膜层连接的两块4毫米厚的玻璃板的层压玻璃所构成的长9厘米、宽3厘米的板具有的临界频率,与具有相同长度、相同宽度、厚度为4毫米的玻璃板的临界频率相差不超过35%。
在专利EP-B1-0 844 075中,在10-60℃的温度范围和50-10000Hz的频率范围内,当所述中间膜具有大于0.6的损耗系数tanδ和小于2.107N/cm2的剪切模量G`时保留所述中间膜。
或者当首选要确保相对空气动力噪声的防护时,最好采用专利EP-B1-0 387 148的选择标准来选择具有改善隔声性能的膜。该欧洲专利建议采用层压窗玻璃,其中间层具有大于0.15的v=Δf/fc弯曲阻尼,在进行该措施的同时通过冲击激励长9厘米、宽3厘米、由层压玻璃制成的板,其中在每个厚度为4毫米的两层窗玻璃之间有树脂,并且同时测量第一模fc的共振频率和振幅为A/√2时峰值Δf的宽度,其中A是在频率为fc时的最大振幅,以便其隔声指数对于大于800赫兹的任何频率来说与基准指数最多不相差5分贝,所述基准指数每倍频程增加9分贝直到2000Hz,而在更高的频率时每倍频程增加3分贝。

此外,单层玻璃板的玻璃厚度(3到5毫米)和层压玻璃板的厚度(从1.5毫米的两倍到2.5毫米的两倍)使极限最大比等于1.7(即5/(2×1.5)或(2×2.5)/3)。因此,尽管如基准窗玻璃的不平衡比为2.5(10/4),所述窗玻璃一面上的重量相对另一面的不平衡仍不会超过因数2。而且,单层玻璃板的组装相对层压玻璃板来说更为便利;不必将较重的玻璃板放在下面而且也没必要期望确保密封和机械性能的连接组件不被设置。此外,所述窗玻璃更容易处理。

Claims (14)

1、一种具有隔热隔声性能、安装在窗户上的多层窗玻璃(1),其包括一第一层压玻璃板(10)和至少一个平行于第一玻璃板且与后者被一气层隔开的第二单层玻璃板(20),所述层压玻璃板(10)包括至少两个被至少一个塑料膜(13)连接在一起的玻璃板(11,12),其特征在于,层压玻璃板(10)的两个玻璃板(11,12)的厚度都在1.5和2.5毫米之间,且单层玻璃板(20)的厚度在3到5毫米之间,所述窗玻璃的重量至少比绝缘窗玻璃的重量轻30%,其中绝缘窗玻璃包括被具有与多层窗玻璃(1)相同厚度的气层隔开的至少两个单层玻璃板,多层窗玻璃的加权隔声指数RW与所述具有两块单层玻璃板的绝缘窗玻璃的加权隔声指数RW之间的差不超过3dB。
