Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于具有外部锥形轴颈的滚筒的滚轧机油膜轴承,特别地涉及一种具有整体轴向紧凑的液力安装和锁紧组件的油膜轴承。
背景技术
用于在扁钢轧机中的锥形轴颈备用滚筒的轴承需要一种把轴承安装到滚筒轴颈上并将之锁紧的装置。已知构建在轴承中的液力单元是一种大多数用户满意的安装和锁紧。不足之处是传统液力机构明显地增加了轴承/滚筒装置的轴向长度。这样增加的长度是一种缺陷,因为它使轴承/滚筒变长,因此使得滚筒更重,轧辊更长,以及滚轧机底座更宽。
因此,需要一种更紧凑的装置,该装置可能缩短轴承/滚筒装置,借此降低整个滚轧机的系统成本。
发明内容
根据本发明,油膜轴承包括安装在滚筒的锥形轴颈上固定位置中的内部锥形的套筒。该套筒在固定于外部滚筒轴承座内的轴衬中通过轴颈连接而旋转,外部滚筒轴承座依靠滚筒轴承座端板和外端板延伸。滚筒轴承座、滚筒轴承座端板和外端板在下文中统称为“滚筒轴承座组件”。管状活塞安装在滚筒的端部,并且相对端部固定。圆筒通过活塞在内部被分成第一腔和第二腔,套环布置在邻接套筒端部的位置。环形推力部件放入套环和活塞之间,并布置来重叠在套环和活塞的邻接端部之上。
第一腔的受压将使圆筒轴向前进,通过推力部件和套环使套筒进入它的固定位置。第二腔的受压将使圆筒轴向缩回,并且通过滚筒轴承座组件和轴衬使套筒从它的固定位置回缩。
较佳地,环形推力部件是滚柱推力轴承,该滚柱推力轴承具有在套环和圆筒之间锁住的内圈,以及在滚筒轴承座轴向延伸部分的面对面元件之间锁住的外圈。
可替换地,环形推力部件可能包括圆筒环,圆筒环较佳地具有突出的径向凸缘,该径向凸缘横跨在圆筒环和轴向滚筒轴承座延伸部分的内圆柱表面之间的空隙。

具体实施方式
首先参考图1,根据本发明的一个实施例的油膜轴承一般地用标号10表示。轴承具有内部成锥形的套筒12,套筒12轴向安装在滚轧机滚筒16的外部锥形轴颈14的固定位置。滚筒的锥形轴颈通向直径分段减少的端部18和20,并且套筒通过键22可旋转地固定在滚筒轴颈上。
套筒可旋转地通过轴颈连接在轴衬24中,轴衬24固定在外滚筒轴承座26内,外滚筒轴承座26通过滚筒轴承座端板28和外端板30轴向延伸。
管状活塞32放置在滚筒的直径减少的端部20上,并相对它固定。活塞通过销钉连接插入槽34形成轴向互锁关系,并且依靠键36可旋转地固定。
圆筒38具有封闭的内侧端和依靠端盖40封闭的敞开的外侧端。圆筒围住活塞32,通过活塞32,圆筒在内部分为第一腔42和第二腔44。套环46邻接套筒12。套环46和圆筒38各自提供了轴向对齐的圆筒突出部分46a、38a,通常由标号48标示的环形推力部件重叠在两突出部分上。
在图1的实施例中,环形推力部件48包括滚柱推力轴承,滚柱推力轴承具有在套环46和圆筒38上的对面轴肩之间锁住的内圈50,以及在滚筒轴承座端板28上的凸缘54和外端板30之间锁住的外圈52。
通道56、58提供一种用于可替换地向圆筒腔42、44中的一个加压的装置。当受压流体,比如油,传入到第一腔42内,圆筒38相对固定的活塞32轴向前进,通过推力部件48和套环46使套筒12推入它的固定位置。可替换地,第二腔44的受压将促使圆筒相对固定的活塞轴向缩回,通过包括滚筒轴承座26、端板28和外端板30的滚筒轴承座装置与轴衬24使套筒从它的固定位置回缩。
参见图2,其中相同的引用标号标示相同的部件,非推力侧轴承可见,其中的推力部件48′包括在套环46和圆筒38之间锁住的圆筒环60。圆筒环在套环和圆筒的圆柱突出物46a和38a上重叠。较佳地,圆筒环60具有径向凸缘62,凸缘横跨圆筒环和滚筒轴承座端板28的内圆柱表面64之间的空隙。
因此,可以明白通过相对于套环46和圆筒38的邻接部分以重叠的关系布置推力部件48、48′,提供一种轴向缩短以及有利紧凑的组件。

Claims (6)

1.一种油膜轴承,用于具有锥形轴颈的滚轧机滚筒,所述锥形轴颈通向直径减少的端部,所述轴承包括:
在内部成锥形的套筒,安装在所述锥形轴颈上的固定位置,所述套筒通过轴颈连接而在滚筒轴承座组件内安装的轴衬中旋转;
一管状活塞,安装在所述端部上并且相对所述端部固定;
通过所述活塞在内部分成第一腔和第二腔的圆筒;
邻接所述套筒的端部的套环;
介入于所述套环和所述活塞之间的并且布置成重叠在所述套环和所述活塞邻接部分上的环形推力部件;以及
用于可替换地向所述第一和第二腔中的一个施压的装置,所述第一腔的受压将使所述圆筒轴向前进,通过所述推力部件和所述套环迫使所述套筒进入它的固定位置,所述第二腔的受压将使所述圆筒轴向回撤,通过所述滚筒轴承座组件和所述轴衬使所述套筒从它的固定位置回撤。
2.如权利要求1所述的油膜轴承,其特征在于,所述环形推力部件是一种滚柱推力轴承。
3.如权利要求2所述的油膜轴承,其特征在于,所述滚柱推力轴承具有在所述套环和所述圆筒之间锁住的内圈,以及在所述滚筒轴承座组件的面对面元件之间锁紧的外圈。
4.如权利要求1所述的油膜轴承,其特征在于,所述环形推力部件包括在所述套环和所述圆筒之间锁住的圆筒环。
5.如权利要求4所述的油膜轴承,其特征在于,还包括从所述圆筒环径向突出并且横跨所述圆筒环和所述滚筒轴承座组件的内圆柱表面之间间隙的凸缘。
6.如权利要求1所述的油膜轴承,其特征在于,所述套环和所述圆筒具有通过所述推力部件重叠的轴向邻接的圆筒形突出物。
