目前具有降解污渍的自洁净玻璃,都是采用镀膜方法制造的镀膜玻璃。尚未见到具有亲光性、亲水性、能够自身发射远红外线的自洁净建筑玻璃及其制品面世。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种纳米抗菌远红外自洁净玻璃的制造工艺及其制品。这种玻璃产品具有纳米尺寸效应,表面抗菌灭菌功能,再常温下能够发射5000-15000nm(纳米)远红外线,具有亲光性、亲水性,在光和水的作用下,能够自动降解玻璃表面的污渍,实现自洁净的目的。
本发明的目的是通过以下方案实现的:一种纳米抗菌远红外自洁净玻璃,可以采用化工原料,也可以利用天然矿石原料,如锆英石、长石、滑石、高岭土、锂辉石、锂云母等,按重量份百分比组分为:ZrO2(二氧化锆)0~10、SiO2(二氧化硅)0~60、Al2O3(三氧化二铝)0~80、Na2O(氧化钠)0~30、TiO2(二氧化钛)0~10、ZnO(氧化锌)0~10、Fe2O3(三氧化二铁)0~4为主料,辅料为CaO(氧化钙)0~10、MgO(氧化镁)0~12、Cr2O3(三氧化二铬)0~5、CuO(氧化铜)0~3、MnO2(二氧化锰)0~3、Se(硒)0~3、Cd(镉)0~3、CoO(氧化钴)0~3、Li2O(氧化锂)0~30、Nd2O3(氧化钕)0~6。其玻璃的制造熔制工艺方法按照常规的方法。熔化温度在1300~1600℃,将主料和辅料研磨为纳米粉体,混合-熔化-搅拌-澄清-成型-成品-检验-包装。抗菌远红外玻璃可用于建筑、装饰幕墙玻璃。
如需生产抗菌远红外玻璃粉体,则在澄清后进行水炸-粉碎-过筛,制成所需的纳米红外粉和微米纳米红外粉体产品,比陶瓷红外粉生产工艺简便,远红外玻璃粉体材料可以刮涂或印刷在纤维织物上,可代替陶瓷红外粉。
如需生产一种(空气过滤、液体过滤用)抗菌远红外自洁净微孔玻璃,工艺方法如下:第一步、制备纳米级微孔膜板,选择直径为50-80纳米碳素纤维,长度800-1000纳米,纳米碳纤维的长径比为100以上,按通透量与比重20%-40%的配比量,加入SiO2纳米溶胶,同时加入纳米ZrO2粉体与纳米碳纤维混合、强搅拌均匀后,在碳纤维外表形成凝胶膜,经过水解,沉淀后洗涤,干燥,获得纳米硅、锆、碳纤维复合体,送入真惰性气体电炉的加料装置储备-待用。第二步,将上述纳米抗菌远红外玻璃配合熔液的澄清液送入惰性气体气氛电炉,熔液温度在1350~1500℃时,在惰性气体的保护下,加入纳米硅、锆、碳纤维复合体,搅拌均匀,澄清,在惰性气体保护下经过生产线成型-成品-退火,致密孔膜玻璃在生产线退火800℃时,输出到用空气、氧气氧化处理生产线,在800-400℃时除去致密膜中的碳纤维,获得具有抗菌材料纳米锆的圆筒型直通孔道,孔壁布满有尖晶锆纳米体离子,获得纳米、抗菌、远红外、自洁净微孔净玻璃产品,产品的表面具有纳米尖晶尺寸效应、抗菌灭菌效应、远红外效应、自洁净降解。检验-包装。关键在于采用碳化锆纤维微孔膜板和应用惰性气体保护的电炉熔制及成型生产线在惰性气体气氛保护生产的工艺方法。
纳米抗菌远红外自洁净微孔玻璃,在空气净化、液体的滤清和固体分离方面有广泛的用途。
如需要生产各色远红外抗菌自洁净玻璃或各色远红外抗菌自洁净微孔玻璃,应用上述远红外抗菌自洁净玻璃的主料配方ZrO2(二氧化锆)0~10、SiO2(二氧化硅)0~60、Al2O3(三氧化二铝)0~80、Na2O(氧化钠)0~30、TiO2(二氧化钛)0~10、ZnO(氧化锌)0~10、Fe2O3(三氧化二铁)0~4为主料,配以辅料CaO(氧化钙)0~10、MgO(氧化镁)0~12、Cr2O3(三氧化二铬)0~5、CuO(氧化铜)0~3、MnO2(二氧化锰)0~3、Se(硒)0~3、Cd(镉)0~3、CoO(氧化钻)0~3、Li2O(氧化锂)0~30、Nd2O3(氧化钕)0~6为稳定剂和着色剂,选择不同的辅料组合,可以生产出颜色不同的红玻璃、蓝玻璃、绿玻璃、黄玻璃等各色远红外抗菌自洁净玻璃制品。如氧化钴和其他着色剂一起使用时可以得到希望的任何色调玻璃。例如氧化钴与铬或铜一起使用时,从纯钴蓝色,带浅绿的蓝色、蓝绿色到铬绿色。氧化钴和氧化锰一起使用,可以得到紫色、紫罗兰色和黑色。硫化镉与硒一起使用,可以得到宝石红玻璃(适合惰性气体保护气氛的电炉熔制),硫化镉与硒也可作为硒红玻璃的着色剂;硫化镉与氧化锌一起使用,可以得到黄色玻璃;加入Nd2O3(氧化钕)3~6,可以得到美丽的紫色玻璃。
本发明的远红外纳米抗菌自洁净玻璃,是生产电热玻璃的理想原片材料。
本发明纳米抗菌远红外玻璃,可以根据其具有能够发射波长为8-15微米的远红外线,法向光谱比辐射率在0.8微米以上,这个波段的红外线,可以被人体和许多物体所吸收,能够产生一系列物理、化学、生物、纳米尺寸效应。可以广泛应用于食品、饮料、酿酒等行业的包装及用具,具有抗菌保鲜作用。对人体具有保健作用。
实施例1
纳米抗菌远红外自洁净玻璃,按重量份百0.8分比组分由ZrO2 5、SiO2 50、Al2O3 30、Na2O 15、TiO2 1、ZnO 2、Fe2O3纳米抗菌远红外自洁净玻璃、Cr2O3 1、组成为主料,辅料为CaO 1、MgO 2、CuO 1、MnO2 1、Se 0.001、Cd 0.003、CoO 0.002、Li2O 15、Nd2O3 3组成着色剂和稳定剂按照常规玻璃的熔制制造工艺方法,熔化温度在1300~1600℃,将主料和辅料研磨为纳米粉体,用氧化钴和氧化锰一起使用组成着色剂,混合-熔化-搅拌-澄清-成型-成品得到紫罗兰色的纳米抗菌自洁净玻璃产品。
实施例2
抗菌远红外自洁净微孔玻璃,工艺方法如下:制备纳米级微孔膜板,选择直径为80纳米碳素纤维,长度1000纳米,按通透量为40%的配比量,加入SiO2纳米溶胶,同时加入纳米ZrO2粉体与纳米碳纤维混合、强搅拌均匀后,在碳纤维外表形成凝胶膜,经过水解,沉淀后洗涤,干燥,获得纳米硅、锆、碳纤维复合体,送入真惰性气体电炉的加料装置储备-待用。第二步,将上述玻璃配料ZrO25、SiO250、Al2O3 30、Na2O 15、TiO2 1、ZnO 2、Fe2O3 1、Cr2O3 1、组成为主料,辅料为CaO 1、MgO 2、CuO 1、MnO2 1、Se 0.005、Cd 0.005、CoO 0.002、Li2O 15、Nd2O3 2组成着色剂和稳定剂,按照常规玻璃的熔制制造工艺方法,熔化温度在1300~1600℃,将主料和辅料研磨为纳米粉体,混合-熔化-搅拌-澄清,澄清的溶液送入惰性气体电炉,熔液温度在1400~1500℃时,在氮气的保护下,加入纳米硅、锆、碳纤维复合体,搅拌均匀,在氮气的气体保护下经过成型-成品-退火至800-300℃时,用空气、氧气氧化处理除去致密膜中的碳纤维,获得具有抗菌材料纳米锆的圆筒直通孔道,获得远红外抗菌自洁净微孔净玻璃产品。
实施例3
纳米抗菌远红外玻璃酒瓶容器,按重量份百分比组分由ZrO2 5、SiO2 50、Al2O3 30、Na2O 15、TiO2 1、ZnO 2、Fe2O3 0.9、Cr2O3 1、组成为主料,辅料为CaO 1、MgO 2、CuO 1、MnO2 1、Se 0.001、Cd 0.003、CoO 0.002、Li2O 15、Nd2O3 3组成着色剂和稳定剂按照常规玻璃的熔制制造工艺方法,熔化温度在1300~1600℃,将主料和辅料研磨为纳米粉体,用氧化钴和氧化锰一起使用组成着色剂,混合-熔化-搅拌-澄清-成型-成品得到紫罗兰色的远红外纳米抗菌玻璃酒瓶容器产品。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有发射波长为8-15微米的远红外线和纳米效应,这是普通玻璃制品不具备的,而且可生产各种颜色、透明、半透明的产品。
Claims (8)
1、一种纳米抗菌远红外自洁净玻璃,按重量份百分比组分为:ZrO2(二氧化锆)0~10、SiO2(二氧化硅)0~60、Al2O3(三氧化二铝)0~80、Na2O(氧化钠)0~30、TiO2(二氧化钛)0~10、ZnO(氧化锌)0~10、Fe2O3(三氧化二铁)0~4为主料,辅料为CaO(氧化钙)0~10、MgO(氧化镁)0~12、Cr2O3(三氧化二铬)0~5、CuO(氧化铜)0~3、MnO2(二氧化锰)0~3、Se(硒)0~3、Cd(镉)0~3、CoO(氧化钴)0~3、Li2O(氧化锂)0~30、Nd2O3(氧化钕)0~6。
2、根据权利要求1所述纳米抗菌远红外自洁净玻璃的配方,制造抗菌远红外自洁净玻璃的工艺方法。
3、根据权利要求1、2所述纳米抗菌远红外自洁净玻璃的配方,制造各种彩色的抗菌远红外自洁净玻璃的工艺方法。
4、根据权利要求1、2所述纳米抗菌远红外自洁净玻璃的配方,制造抗菌远红外自洁净微孔玻璃的工艺方法。
5、根据权利要求1所述纳米抗菌远红外自洁净玻璃的配方,制造彩色抗菌远红外自洁净微孔玻璃的工艺方法。
6、根据权利要求1所述纳米抗菌远红外自洁净玻璃的配方,制造彩色抗菌远红外自洁净微孔玻璃过滤器、过滤材料的工艺方法。
7、根据权利要求1所述纳米抗菌远红外自洁净玻璃的配方,制造抗菌远红外粉体材料的工艺方法。
8、根据权利要求1所述纳米抗菌远红外自洁净玻璃的配方,制造抗菌远红外包装玻璃容器的工艺方法。
